Jaghasta
Arigena of the Qunari
It has been seven years since the violent uprising of blood mages in Kinloch Hold. Demons had poured from the Fade, turning the majority of the Circle's population into abominations. The majority of those who survived were children or enchanters who got the children to safety.
Blood mages had survived the initial surge of demons, but had been slaughtered by Amell and his band of followers as he swept through the tower, ridding the Hold of demons and blood mages alike. He stopped the templars from killing all the survivors though, in a show of mercy that was uncharacteristic of the man who went on to slay the Archdemon and declare Anora queen of Fereldan, leaving the traitor-turned-Warden Loghain as her regent.
But the Veil in Kinloch Hold, weakened by the number of demons tearing through it seven years ago, is beginning to wear thin. Mages are beginning to have terrifying nightmares that spread through entire rooms. Templars, noticing the changes, have begun in creasing patrols, and hostilities are rising for everyone. Walking alone in the halls Mages have reported not only signs of corruption not yet cleaned up from so long ago but they also say that they...feel something watching them. Even while they're awake.
Something is very wrong in Kinloch Hold.
