To avoid harming your partner, you will be standing on the edge of the pool to avoid injury. Your partner will be playing the part of an attacker and you will use your power to push them back. Elizabeth, you can use your dark energy to push them back or restrain them but for the purpose of this session. Try to push your partner back and try not to wind them." He knew his children were alway improving and loved teaching them. His lessons were practical and could vary depending on how long it took for them to achieve the goal. Some lasted all day, some took half an hour. "Caroline, try force your partner to stop attacking you or change into something that scares them. Richard, your werewolf ablities give you natural strength. I want you to try to throw your partner into the pool. Now, you only have a few seconds to react when your partner attacks you. For the purpose of the lesson, your partner will be trying to tickle you and to avoid hurting them. We shall pretend that you are up in an alley and your partner is trying to kill you. If they tickle you, you are dead. If they are pushed into the pool. You will have defended yourself."

Jason chose to ignore Caroline. He hated the fact that he had to keep his secret from Alexandria. Jason didn't need to train today, he was done training. His father knew he didn't need it anymore. Jason wanted to have a normal life. He wanted to go to college and start a family with Alexandria instead of using his powers to fight. He wanted to graduate from an Ivy League and become successful. Jason knew he couldn't follow his dream though. A lot of children would love to use their powers, but to Jason, they were a curse. He knew he had to use his powers when he grew older, he didn't know how long he could hide his secret. He began to kiss Alexandria back. It made Caroline go away, which is good. Jason enjoyed being around Alexandria, she made him feel happy. "Hey there...." Jason smiled looking deeply into her eyes. "Yeah, your sister's here. She came to scare Richard, again. Don't you think it's sweet that Kennedy's dating Richard and that I'm dating you?" Jason asked.

Kennedy was about to go down the stairs when she heard Jason and her sister talking. Kennedy stopped and his behind the wall, listening to their conversation. She then stepped out as Jason was walking up the stairs. "I know something's wrong," Kennedy said seriously. "Yeah, it's because..... It's 'cause...... I can't tell you girls. I don't want to get you guy's in this mess," Jason said ashamed. "If you say so," Kennedy said, trying to shake the though off. It was hard to shake the thought off, it stuck, but Kennedy acted like it wasn't on her mind.

Elizabeth looked at her father and gave him a small grin "I you dont mind, I´m going to practice by my own since Jason is not going to practice today and there is no one left to pick" She said while making a small ball of dark energy and shaping it into something that looked like a human, she made the "human" get near the pool and she stood near him. She made the "human" try to attack her while she defended herself, she made a small dark energy shield and used it to trow the "human" into the pool where it desintegrated as soon as it touched the water, Elizabeth knew it was not a real challenge to battle against herself but that was her only choice

He turn him self to a wolf and he would go and Attack the Human and he realized that he was near the pool and he fell but he did pass. Richard Walked Up stairs with mad in his head To find his Sister and He Bumped in to Kennedy and he didn't know she was here and His Face was Turning in to a wolf from Stress and when He bumped in to Kennedy his Face was showing he tried so Hard to change it as fast as he can​

You're not a wolf and I know that, I have no idea why I saw a werewolf,"Kennedy said rubbing her head. She started walking down the stairs, still wondering why she saw a werewolf. Elizabeth realized it was time to go to school and stopped consentrating on the dark energy "human" trying to attack her, she recieved a dark energy ball in her back and she quickly responded the attack with a dark energy bolt, it hit the "human" but it went straight through the thing and the bolt hit a chair and broke it. Elizabeth groaned and used her dark energy to pick up the rest of the chair and trow it away. She was pretty sure someone could hear that since it was a loud hit but she didnt worry about it, Elizabeth picked up her things and started heading towards the exit
