Race (made by yourself or not, describe it if it isn't too obvious!): Namekian (from Dragon Ball Z). Namekians are green, with antennas on their foreheads. They do not have any reproductive organs and can never be female. They are normally raised to be peaceful. They look like this:

(picture is not required): Similiar to the picture in the spoiler, but with large, white pants and a bare chest.


Personality
: Arman doesn't talk very much, he prefers to just do it. He often wants to do anything alone, but if his pride isn't in his way, he'll allow help. Pride is very important to him, especially when fighting.


If he's nice or not depends heavily on the situation, where a stressful situation will make him lose his temper and a normal one he just acts.


Background
: Unlike other namekians, Arman was raised on Earth. How he got there is still unknown. He was found in the middle of nowhere in a desert and was raised there. His family was very caring and ignored the fact that he looked different. Thanks to this, Arman does not look down or judge anyone. He is also somewhat nice because of this. But just because he's nice doesn't mean he's evil. Since a while ago, he started working with Szaleniec.


Techniques (Up to three techniques may be chosen):


Explosive Cannon: Fires a beam of yellow energy from Arman's right arm. It explodes on contact with the force of three dynamites. This puts strain on Arman.


Bukujutsu: Allows Arman to fly. However, this hasn't been mastered by Arman and drains him like crazy so he can only maintain it for a few seconds.


Extend Arms: Arman extends his arm to a maximum of 6 meters (~20 feet). The longer the arms extend, the more sensetive they become, making them vulnerable for attacks.


Traits: Stubborn and often determined.

(made by yourself or not, describe it if it isn't too obvious!): Caucasian, however, when supernatural creatures look at her, her dark-blue irises will appear as purple (more at background).


Appearance
(picture is not required): Ellaine has platinum curly hair that she always tie up in a bun. Her big oval-like, dark blue eyes are always under her big black, round eyeglasses that can almost take up her small-heart shaped face. She have high-bridge nose and a thin, pinkish lips that perfectly matches her yellowish skin tone. Ellaine is 5'2 high and doesn't bother wearing high heels but instead always wear flipflops, a pair of jean shorts and a tee-shirt. You'll never, ever find her without a book in her hand.


Personality
: Ellaine is an introvert; she loves reading books-- romance English novels. Ellaine prefers books than anything in the world, of course, aside from food. She can literally read anywhere, whether it is quiet or pack with people.


Ellaine is very emotional, she can transfer from one mood to another, making her very hard to understand... except for her love of books.


Background
: Ellaine is an only child, born from a warlock and faerie parents, who lived in exile in the human world, making her have unusual features. For example, her purple irises. Fortunately, only people who have associated with supernatural can only see her purple irises so she doesn't have to go in trouble in wearing eye contacts, which, she hates. Her purple irises is a warlock mark, thanks to her father's genes. However, because of her mother's faerie genes, she have a yellow-purple wings that she can't hide, this made her always stay at home and the reason why she loved books and became an introvert.


At the age of 15, she and her parents discovered another unusual feature of her -- compulsion. Using compulsion, Ellaine made a necklace that has compulsion inside it, when someone, a human or a supernatural person, looks at her, it will compel them to forget that they saw her wings. Although, when that person knows that Ellaine has wings, the compulsion won't work.


At the age of 16, Ellaine finally get to go outside and discover the human world. She started going to a human high school.


Techniques

Purple Irises - Aside that the supernatural creatures can see it, Ellaine can use it to read someone's thoughts, however, Ellaine can't control it yet, making her sometimes read other people's mind. She hates this very much, especially when she reads filthy thoughts, that's why she avoids eye contact.


Yellow-purple colored wings - She can use it to fly but only up to where airplanes can fly. However, she doesn't know how to use this feature yet.


Compulsion - Using eye contact, Ellaine can compel a person or supernatural creature to do something for her or for someone. But (this applies to most supernatural creatures) when a creature she is trying to compel resists, the compulsion breaks. Ellaine can also add compulsion on things too.

Hak's spear fighting skills are the best in the country. His speed and strength allow him to deal powerful blows, even sweeping aside a large area of fog with one swift strike. Aside from his mastery in spear, he is also good in swordsmanship and archery. Yet, without any of these , he is forced inti hand to hand, and cant use his "lightening" ways.


Immense Strength: He is noted to have an unusual strength by numerous people.Even without his weapon, he can deal strong blows with his fists. Still, he cant handle too many wounds.


Endurance: One of his more defining attributes is his stalwart heartiness, first shown when enduring a bite from a poisonous snake when protecting.

Personality:


A mischievous and loyal person who strives to protect a single girl at all costs. He has a habit of being a bully and likes branding some of the others with names. Despite being playful, he is serious whenever it comes to his job. He doesn’t let personal matters interfere with his work, and does his best to do the most he can. His professionalism extends to a point where he addresses his childhood friends by their status.His devotion to his job roots from his belief to Emperor Il. At first, he had no intention to get involved on the royal family as he saw it as troublesome. However, when he witnessed the emperor’s bravery, he swore loyalty to them, seeing that he couldn’t leave them alone.


When it comes to his heart, he doesn’t let his greed take over him and destroys his impulses every time they resurface. There are times that he will show his affection in a teasing manner, but that’s the limitation of what he will show. However, when someone questions the distance he made between him and girls, he loses his composure and can become aggressive for his emotions towards a girl. Despite that, he still knows where to place himself, and chooses to support her to the best he can, even if he is hurting deep inside sometimes.



Appearance (details):


Hak is described as a handsome, tall man with sharp blue eyes. He has short, messy black hair with fringes hanging below his eyes. He has a well-built frame that is cultivated from his fights and trainings.


He wears a sleeveless blue overcoat seamed with bluish black hemlines over a royal blue robe with black collar and sash. He ties black ribbons in a crisscross pattern over the lower half of his sleeves to prevent them from getting in the way when he is fighting. Underneath his robe, he wears black pants and a pair of dark brown boots overlaid with more crisscross-patterned ribbons on the shaft. Occasionally, he can be seen wearing a sledge hat when he is hiding his identity.



He always carries his signature weapon, a Hsu Quandao, most of the time with its blade draped in a white cloth held by a black strap.



Bio:


adopted by Mundok, though the specifics of this event are still unknown. Under Mundok’s guidance, he became one of the strongest members of the Wind Tribe. At some point in time, he became friends with Yona and Soo-Won and whenever he and his grandfather visited the Hiryuu Castle, he always played with the two of them.


By the age of thirteen, he was powerful enough to defeat a man who was already a general at that time. At fifteen, he became Mundok’s successor and Yona’s exclusive bodyguard. Initially, he was against the idea of being a servant, telling Emperor Il that he wouldn’t be able to take afternoon naps if he were to accept the task. He also deemed the job impossible to be done, due to of the emperor’s dislike of weapons. However, when Yona was being assaulted by a man, he stopped him and finally accepted the position Emperor Il offered.



When he reached eighteen, he became the General Commander at the castle. Added to his list of titles is 'Chief of the Wind Tribe', which makes him one very young and accomplished person.

:

At 11 years old, Echo learned to use her powers. When her parents found her using them, they kicked her out. Now, she barely tells anyone about her power, or about any of the spirits because she thinks they will be afraid or hate her for it.

The only thing is, she can't shapeshift for everyone, she shapesifts for one person into a being that that person misses and loves. : Jeff is a bit shy, but he is a kind person when you get to meet him. He loves his family and protects his friends as long as the enemy has angered him enough.





Background
: He appeared in the desert alone. Bo the traveler found him and adopted him. He lived with his new family for 5 years, Due to his family being poor, he had to go out traveling collecting money and food, coming back to find a destroyed home. On a broken wooden plank, Jeff could see the word Szaleniec, or maybe it's a name... he vows to avenge his family. So he has trained ever since then and met some new friends! Now he is ready to fulfill his vow.

Purple wave: A purple wave erupts from Jeff's aura and shocks everything in it's path, on impact if causes a small explosion similar to a grenade. It does have some weaknesses though, it cannot shock Insulators, it only impacts the insulator a bit. But when it hits Conductors, the wave's strength DOUBLES!


Enchanted Sword: Jeff enchants his shorts word with Unbeing energy and makes it stronger and sharper. It can cut through Steel Armor and other materials Easily.


Purple Power: Jeff's physical Strength doubles to allow him do powerful attacks that can cause small dust explosions. Although this lasts only 1 minute and drains him a bit so he can only use it every 10 minutes.

The third technique seems a bit OP. Triple strength with no disadvantages is definitely OP in my book. Apply disadvantage or change technique.

A Zygar. A Zygar is somewhat close to the fantasy tale of a werewolf, yet is completely different at the same time. Whilst a Zygar has both a human form, and a wolf form, they are also decorated with wings upon their back, and unique tattoos on their bodies. Their wolf form is generally larger than any wolf on Earth, and is almost twice the size.

Personality:

Ashlyn is a kind, caring creature, who tends to distance herself from other people. She does this because of her main weakness, the fact that if she becomes too angry or upset, her wolf instincts take over, and she shifts, attacking whomever upset her, be they friend or foe. She is usually wary of things, including the humans, as if believing that they knew what she was, and that they would attack her for it.




Background:

Ashlyn grew up an orphan, living with other children at a orphanage. Back then she had no idea what she was, and was kicked out when her powers started to appear, including her wings. By then she was a teenager and, left on the streets, had to fight for survival, using her powers to help others as she did so.

Flight:
Possessing the power of flight, Ash is fast in the air, and is able to get to other places quickly, and is able to help with flying threats. However, this could also be seen as a weakness, as she cannot fly for too long due to the exhaustion it creates, and her wings are a large target for weapons to hit.


Shifting: Ash is able to shift into her wolf form. This comes with agility and heightened senses in that form, along with claws and fangs, though the instincts of a wolf usually follow, and it is these instincts that tell her to attack someone upsetting her.




Ice Breath: Ash is able to breath a cold breath of ice, which can trap a victim. However, this makes Ash easily affected by heat, even when not using the power, and also can only be used every so often, due to the breath having to build back up in her chest for her to use

Personality: Mercer is a very adventurous person. Since he was little he could never hunker down and stay in one spot for very long. He enjoys the thrill of battle whether it be man or beast. The reason that he took to monster hunting was that he wanted to defend those who could not defend themselves. I he could make some coin off if it, all the better. Mercer can be very chivalrous and polite when people get to know him. there are few things that he loves more then sharing drinks and tales around a fire with others. He tends to have a very cynical and sarcastic sense of humor. Still, he should be considered ruthless in battle. He will always make the kill under any circumstance with zero hesitation. He however does not believe in unjustified death, and requires a good reason to do so be it self defense or trying to save another.

Background:

Mercer grew up in his family's manor located in the far north. His entire family was nobility, yet he hated the lifestyle that they lead. The only advantage that it gave him was training in swordsmanship and lessons on alchemy. Still, his irritation and dread for "The Game" of court out weighed all of the positives. at the age of 12 he renounced this claim as heir and set of to train with a traveling monster hunter by the name of Ulfric. Ulfric taught young everything that he knew of slaying monsters. At the age of fifteen he and Ulfirc took on a contract to kill a Wrym that was terrorizing villagers. It was a long and gruesome battle, one that would claim the life of Mercer's mentor. When the battle was over, Mercer buried Ulfric on the same hill where the Wrym laid dead.

Mercer traveld on his own for quite a while afterwards, crossing into different kingdoms. He has seen more of the world than most ever would, from forests to deserts and mountains to oceans. However the danger is never lost on him. He knows the true horrors that this world hides and he strives to eliminate them all. Trolls one day & drowners the next, his life had never been easy since he left the Ancrath Manor. Still all of this has hardened Mercer and has shaped him to become extremely deadly. His alchemy rivals that of the top professors and his swordsmanship is nearly unparalleled. He carries a wide variety of arms and armaments on his pitch black steed, Bucephalus. His weaponry includes twin daggers, a silver rapier, twin short swords, a crossbow, a handgonne (a handgonne is basically a primitive hand cannon), and a silver buckler.




Techniques
:




Alchemy: During his studies as a child, he learned the study of alchemy. With his knowledge he can create various potions (healing, poison, stamina, etc) and grenades (grapeshot, fire, dust, etc) of different effect to use during battle.

Thousand Cuts: A special enchantment rune that allows all his weapons to cut deeper into flesh and bone causing more damage. No extra effect on armored enemies.

Foehn: A large blast of air/wind which Mercer can release with his hand to push throw or stagger enemies. He can also release a specialized version that super heats the air causing damage. Can summon once every 15 minutes. The super heated variant requires at least 3 hours of no use before hand and doubles the normal amount of recharge time for the next use.​

Please add some kind of restrictions on your techniques. They seem to have none.
 
Ok I added some restrictions. The first two are meant to not be to powerful as he relies mostly on sword play and his own skill. Alchemy really just lets him add to his equipment and can't really be used in battle while thousand cuts just gives him a little bit of an edge over unarmored monsters but its always there because his weapons are enchanted. Foehn is really the only one of real power and most of the time isn't used as a weapon. It meant to push enemies away so he can recoup for a minute or to knock them off balance.

Name: She goes by Thoeris, as her name is not translatable into common tongue.

(preferrably 18-25): She looks about nineteen, but Sprites generally age slower. She's actually around 120.


Race
(made by yourself or not, describe it if it isn't too obvious!): Water Sprite. A water sprite is typically an elemental variation of a fairy/fae. They often give off a brilliant glow and seem to be a glowing little light (think Navi, from Legend of Zelda). Though there are different species of sprites, the water variation has no wings but does have fins along the shoulder blade, as well as webbed fingers and gils. They look vaguely reptilian, and have two eyelids (one a clear film). They generally dabble in sorcery and potions, and are hunted for their elemental properties as well as their ability to shift into 'humans' (an universal fae trait).


Affinity: Good. I just don't see this particular character as bad, haha. ^^;


Appearance
(picture is not required): A slight and delicate girl with wavy obsidian hair and brilliant blue eyes, Thoeris seems to appear tinged blue no matter where she is, like someone's shining a faded blue lightbulb on her at all times. She has extremely pale skin, a creamy ivory colour, and pale blue scales lining her face, forearms, and thighs. She has gills right under her jaw, and the fins on her back appear as extremely lifelike tattoos when she shifts. Her hair is also extremely long, and easily reaches past her waist. Almost always wears a pale blue dress that looks a bit like a nightgown. Her human form is not much different, although she is much bigger (roughly the size and stature of a middle schooler) but her aquatic characteristics are almost all hidden, her webbing only appearing at the very ends of her fingers, her gils and scales disappearing until the look like ghostly veins beneath her skin. She no longer gives off a watery light.


Personality
: A bit quiet and thoughtful, Thoeris would be quite a fearsome soul if she cared enough to use her powers. However, she looks upon most affairs like one would do if you lived for so long; with a distinct fair of indifference. Despite the fact that she is extremely knowledgeably and mentally sharp, she rarely acts on her wit because she thinks others will eventually sort it out, or time will dilute the problem (she often fails to remember that her perspective of time is extremely skewed). She is extremely kind and calm, and is very good at reading people. She often reacts to conflict with indifference and passive aggression, although there are rare cases where she snaps and lashes out. She herself is a bit emotionally closed although she tries to lift emotional burdens from others.


Background
: Thoeris was born in a northern ocean with a colony of Water sprites that lived on the underside of an iceberg. She lived a content and lazy life for more than seventy years before an exploring ship that had wandered a bit too far from it's route happened to travel close to this iceberg. Curious, Thoeris stowed away on the boat along with a few other sprites and happened upon human life. She's been sort of meandering about in the human world for the past fourty or so years, and has struck up wonderful relations with the river sprites and the sprites that live around a dock. She currently works as a fisherman, and fixes boats as a side job.


Techniques
(Up to three techniques may be chosen):


Summoner: Thoeris summons a water spirit to do her bidding, and crafts a body made of water and ice for them. Size and multitude scales with the amount of pure water close by (does not count if it's any other liquid/mixed in with something). Only summons reptiles/amphibians/aquatic life, or close variations. This ability can be used constantly if not quickly, as it takes a good minute to summon the water spirit. It deals a physical blow to herself if the spirit is damaged and not released by her own hand.


Siphon: Thoeris draws up a reserve of water through impure sources, most interestingly organic life forms like plants and animals. This ability draws up any and all water molecules, but only through the things she directly touches (So she can't draw water from a human's leg if she's only touching their arm, etc.) and has a very small are of effect. This does, however, amplify her other abilities. Cannot be used if any other ability has not been activated.


Ripple: Thoeris alters her biological makeup in such a way that she becomes a liquid solution that retains it's shape but is impervious to almost all attack. She can attack in this form, but only if she solidifies or "icifies" a section of her body. This ability also scales with the amount of pure water close by, and sustainability/strength is determined by this factor. Her size cannot change, but her mass can. She is still affected by heat, cold, and anything that can react with water. However, fire, lighting, and the like, if they pass through her in this form, will only register as a flesh wound starting from the point of contact and not as an entire flaming hole through her body.

Personality: Quiet. When she smiles, she feels bad, when she don't do anything, she feels good and when she giggles, she feels very good.


She's a good person, means she don't kill anyone without a reason.


Background: Her parents punched her when she said something wrong, so she stopped to speak. Her mother don't really liked her, cause she was a half demon. Her father were killed by the husband of her mother. One day, her mother asked why she doesn't speak with her. She was in fear to speak, so she don't answer of the question of he mother. Her mother punched her and take a knife as she said this words: when you don't want to speak to you mother, then you don't have to speak to others. Her mother sliced ger throat. Since that day, she wasn't able to speak.


Techniques: After her mother sliced her throat, she ran away and was looking for a master to teach her How to fight. Her master, Rin Akuma, taught her three techniques. The techniques are a mix of ninjutsu and denn magic. He gave her a sword named Corona.


The first technique is simple. She Teleports behind her Target and slice it in two halfs. Her master called it:

The second technique isn't that simple. She concentrates her aura in her hands and creates a Fire red kunai. If she loses her concentration, the kunai vanishes and she lose her power for a moment. But when she throw the kunai on an enemy, she steals the power and can throw another kunai on another enemy.

The last technique is very dangerous for her and her Target. If she start this technique, her Target die, but when she stop this technique, she cut herself in two pieces. She concentrates her aura in her hands. Her hands start to burn and the flames form blades. Than she starts to run, vanishes and appears behind the enemy. When the fire disappears, the enemy's head explodes and the blood starts to cook. Her master called this technique:


Aigaretsu: Burning wings of dead

: Deutschan Elf (A special breed of Forest Elves evolved especially for German climate. They are the last known race of Elves to exist. The powers of this race is incredibly limited but not as punishing to use. This breed of Elves also only last the normal lifespan of a human (slightly longer), but after they die, their body decomposes into a seed and when replanted (Elven tradition for funeral) it becomes a tree made to deter what caused the death of it's original body.

Personality
: Very determined towards his job. Until the recent events all he could think about was superheroing, even though he knew his actual powers are extremely limited. He is also an introvert, and you will much sooner find him fighting villains than


Background: Stark was raised in one of the last safe places for Elves of any kind. He quickly learned that is race was weaker than any other, or at least he believed. When Stark was 13 years old the Soviet Union invaded and seized the safe haven run by his parents. While Stark got away many did not, and were forced to work under harsh conditions serving the Soviet Union. Later Stark learned that all safe havens had been captured. This lead to him spending a many years in Alps. At the tender age of 21 he finally left the mountains on the news that the USSR had fallen. He later learned that he was one of the few Elves that had survived the Cold War. He promised himself that he would fight all evil to prevent others from feeling his pain. The week before the event, Stark got a call from his family, saying that they had survived.This was of course a ploy by Szaleniec (who was using his mastering of languages to fake his parent's accents), to get Stark away from the killings so he didn't pose a threat to the killing of the other superheros.


Techniques
:

  1. Agility: Stark prefers to use his genetically inherited agility to act as the 'Spiderman' of the group. Jumping on walls, using his ability to jump high to decapitate any monster they might be dealing with.
  2. Persuasion: Stark is also able to convince villains to give it up, with shocking results. As his eyes go green his genes activate their ability to ride the Aether. This was originally used to persuade beasts/prey to halt for easier hunting, but due to evolution the dumbest of humans can also be tricked. Szaleniec knows this and of course recruited average intelligence guards.
  3. Command of Nature: He doesn't know this but Stark has inherited the passive gene in his family. The ability to command nature. This evolved by side with Persuasion, but due to it traveling in passive genes, it is incredibly rare, and can only be trigger at intense concentration or a life threatening scenario. Szaleniec being the evil genius he is tested Stark's blood for this gene, which he found. Suspecting it to trigger when one of Stark's friends are killed. He distracted him with his family.
