Boethiah

Prince of Plots, Queen of Shadows
As the Brass Tower Numidium won the siege of Alinor in Tiber Septim's time, it created a ripple through reality before reportedly disappearing. In the Fifth Era, Numidium appeared once more to finish his siege that had lasted for thousands of years in this state. The Aldmeri Dominion proved no match for Numidium, and the Altmer were the first to be crushed into nonexistence and the Thalmor had achieved their goal. While continuing his spree of change and destruction across Nirn, some races survived. Piling on top of each other, the Mane led the Khajiit to Llesweyr, the new homeland of the Khajiit. In the East, the Nerevarine returned to Morrowind and used Akulakhan to battle the Numidium while the Dunmer flew to Masser on the Wonderweir, a ship capable of trans-dimensional travel utilizing the same technology of the Weir Gate in the Imperial Battlespire of the Third Era.

The other races weren't as lucky as the Dunmer or Khajiit to escape mostly unharmed. The Nords lost the use of the Voice, and Skyrim as it once was, ended up utterly destroyed, leaving small villages behind that couldn't compare to the glory of the past. Hammerfell ended up sharing a similar fate to that of Yokuda, and become a group of tiny archipelagos where mountains once reigned. With no place left to go, the Redguards successfully became mostly nomadic seafarers with a few port cities being made. The Bretons suffered alongside the Redguards and joined in becoming a naval civilization while the Orsimer stuck to the Wrothgarian Mountains and built a strong kingdom deep within the bowels of Nirn. The Bosmer met a tragic fate as their forests were either sunk of burned and most accepted the call of the Wild Hunt, becoming a race of ravenous deformed beasts who terrorize any traveler who pass by. However, there are still rumors of the odd surviving Bosmeri tribe once in a while. In the swamps of Black Marsh, the Hist did their best to shield the Argonians from destruction which proved only somewhat successful. Being one of the most widespread races in Tamriel, the Imperials met a multitude of fates, with some joining ship crews of the Redguards to others relocating to the mountains surrounding Cyrodiil. The Sload benefited the most from the widespread death. As spirits of the dead were sent to the Dreamsleeve to be cleansed and recycled, their memories began to manifest as water which was used to expand the coral reefs of Thras.

In the year 5E 856, a Dunmeri scholar formed the Providihn Daenthi'm Dunmeri Rosdoynag Provihn (PDDRP) as an archaeological group to explore Nirn and recover its lost secrets. It is now the year 862 of the Fifth Era. Certain people have chosen to go along with the Providihn Daenthi'm Dunmeri Rosdoynag Provihn's expedition to Nirn, the abandoned planet. It is unclear as to why the newly formed group desired to make the trip now, especially with the constant threat of the Numidium. Nevertheless, the grand wizards of the PDDRP have their own plans and their workers will still be uncovering century old secrets whether the trip is performed now or in the next decade. It is now time for them to cross the Aethereal seas of Mundus, and perhaps reclaim Lost Time.

On Nirn, a holiday approaches in Satakalaam called the Serpent's Dance. Despite all of the hardships of Tamriel, it is planned to be a very large festival on its home island and the surrounding seas with travelers coming from all over Nirn to witness the event.

Ooooooooooooo, me likely. Can I join? Can I be a Redguard-Breton hybrid or do we have to be Dummer? Is Akavir going to invade again?

You can join as any race you want, but if you're a Redguard-Breton mix your mother would determine your race. I don't have Akavir planned to invade, but more than likely we'll end up going there and exploring.

Yay! Dragonland here we come! (After Dawn's Beauty of cource.)

Right, I'lll probably be an over enthusatic pure bred Brenton then and to clarify, the altmer are unplayable right?

Yes, there won't be any Altmer involved until mid-to-late RP if we visit the past.

Neat, I'll be a brenton conjurer. Could I add reasonble conjuration spells?

Mhm, the standard ones would be fine and I'll probably accept custom ones if they're reasonable and not OP. If the day is correct, you could even potentially summon a Daedric Prince.

@Boethiah any good places to look for the lore on this? I know the basic stuff you can garner from the games and a little about The Dream, but not too much about the rest of the lore. So far I've read through Numidium and Landfall on the elder scrolls wiki, but there are a lot of details that are left unexplained - the Wheels of Lull, for instance, is one thing I'm having trouble finding info on (if that's relevant, and if you're using this part of canon(?) in this RP).

Any suggestions?

You could play through Wheels of Lull if you're a certain level in Skyrim and download it, but basically it follows the story of the Chronographers (the fabricants from the Clockwork City in Morrowind) who are sort-of time travelling superheroes. The Wheels themselves are what holds Nirn together with the 'Lull' part being about keeping the Dream going. Personally, I haven't finished the mod, but I will still likely incorporate it into the RP seeing as how it would fit in really well.

In the meantime I'll be seeing if I can find any more people that are interested.

I would like to show some interest in this!! I'd love to get my Khajit assassin character out to play :D I'm new, but I'm definitely not a newb to writing!
