overview.
Bobbie Suzuki is the definition of cool under pressure—a razor-sharp mind wrapped in a battle-hardened exterior. She’s intense, calculated, and impossible to intimidate. With a no-nonsense attitude, she exudes a quiet confidence that demands respect.
"I'm a perceptive person. I know what's good and I don't venture into what's not good. I've discovered my own khazana. Everybody should."
style.
Bobbie’s look is a perfect blend of cyberpunk edge, streetwear practicality, and tactical badassery. She dresses to move, fight, and dominate—never for frills or show

Hobbies.
Knife & Blade Training – Bobbie sharpens her skills daily, perfecting her precision and speed. Throwing knives, close-quarters combat, and tactical blade work are second nature to her.
Shooting Practice – Whether at a range or in the field, she makes sure her aim is always deadly accurate.
Motorcycle Riding – The faster, the better. Nothing clears her mind like speeding through the city on her custom black bike.
Martial Arts & Parkour – She doesn’t just fight—she moves like a ghost, scaling walls, flipping over obstacles, and striking from unexpected angles.

About her ability.
Core Abilities:
🔹 Electrokinesis – She can generate, absorb, and manipulate electricity, directing it in arcs, bursts, or precise currents.
🔹 EMP Disruption – Can disable electronics, short-circuit security systems, and knock out power in a small radius.
🔹 Lightning Strikes – Can send concentrated bolts of electricity toward targets, either stunning or incinerating them.
🔹 Static Charge Manipulation – Can build up electrical charges in the air, making metal objects magnetized or even causing sparks to ignite.
🔹 Enhanced Reflexes & Speed – By stimulating her nervous system with controlled electric pulses, she can move faster, react quicker, and heighten her senses.
🔹 Taser Touch – A direct touch can send a controlled electric shock through someone’s body, enough to paralyze or knock them out.
🔹 Battery Drain & Charge – Can drain power from nearby sources (like batteries, streetlights, or even living beings) to recharge herself or boost her attacks.

Limitations.

❌ Overuse Causes Burnout – If she pushes her abilities too hard, she risks nerve damage, temporary paralysis, or unconsciousness.
❌ Water Is Dangerous – If she’s wet or submerged, using her abilities can backfire and electrocute herself.
❌ Conductivity Issues – Some materials (like rubber, ceramic, or insulated armor) can block or reduce her attacks.
❌ Needs a Power Source – While she can generate electricity, larger-scale attacks require external power sources to draw from.
❌ Precision Requires Focus – Fine control (like hacking systems or targeting a single person in a crowd) takes extreme concentration.
confident
"So what if I turn heads? Your necks could use the stretch, no?"
motivated
"If I don't do it, it wont get done right."
charming
"A handsome man is one I notice. A charming man is one who notices me."
insightful
"Why go to someone other than me for advice? I've nearly been through it all."
inviting
"If you've done something so wrong people don't want you around, you are definitely someone I do."
blunt
"You asked for my opinion, and now that you have it, I'm the bad guy? That hardly seems fair."
forgetful
"Blessed are the forgetful, for they get the better even of their blunders."
stubborn
"The wise can change their minds. The stubborn, never."
flaky
"Can't count on me."
judgmental
"Judging a person doesn't define who they are, so why can't I?"
"People come and go in your life. It is up to you choose how you want to associate with that person. It is up to you to learn and imbibe things from such a person."

history.
Bobbie Suzuki was born into a world of shadows and neon lights—raised on the streets of Tokyo, where crime syndicates and underground mercenaries thrived. Her parents were ghosts in the system, names erased from records, leaving her to fend for herself from a young age.

By the time she was 10, she had already learned the rules of survival: trust no one, fight smart, and never show weakness. She ran with street gangs, learned how to pick locks, hotwire bikes, and disappear into the city’s underbelly when things got too hot. But she was never just another kid scraping by—she was better. Faster. Smarter. She studied everything: combat, tactics, technology. She had no family, so she made Tokyo’s underground her battlefield.

At 14, everything changed. A brutal ambush left her bleeding out in an alleyway after a deal gone wrong. Just as her consciousness faded, something snapped inside her. A spark, a surge, a burning storm in her veins. Electricity erupted from her body, frying streetlights and sending a pulse through the city block. When she woke up, the alley was scorched—and the men who tried to kill her? Nothing but charred bodies.

Bobbie didn’t just survive. She became something else.

She spent the next decade mastering her ability, testing limits, and refining control. The underground became her training ground. She worked as a mercenary, information broker, and ghost operative, selling her skills to the highest bidder while hunting down secrets about her own existence.

Now, at 24, Bobbie Suzuki is a legend whispered in the underworld. A name spoken in fear and respect. Some think she’s an urban myth—a girl who commands lightning and leaves no trace. Others know the truth:

She’s very real, and she’s just getting started.

Her past is still a puzzle, and the deeper she digs, the more tangled it becomes. Why was she abandoned? What exactly triggered her abilities? And why does she feel like someone—somewhere—is watching her?

Bobbie isn’t just looking for answers. She’s looking for power. And if the world isn’t ready for her? Too bad.

commitments.
Bobbie is devoted to The Oracle, a mysterious figure (or organization) that provides her with cryptic knowledge, classified intel, and guidance in exchange for her service. She doesn’t know who or what The Oracle truly is—only that their information is always accurate, their reach is unparalleled, and their interest in her is unsettlingly personal.

She suspects The Oracle knows something about her past, her abilities, or the forces at play behind the shadows of her world. But to earn their secrets, she must follow their directives, execute their missions, and prove her worth.

Bobbie isn’t naive—she knows The Oracle is using her. But as long as they hold the key to what she seeks, she’ll play their game. The moment they outlive their usefulness? She’ll be the one calling the shots.
