Ready to set the world on fire?
History of NARVA
Long ago, the world of NARVA was safeguarded by five divine beings, gods whose powers maintained harmony and balance. They were revered by mortals as protectors, guiding their creations with wisdom and light. These gods represented the primal forces of existence, each governing a unique domain essential to life.
However, peace was shattered when a mortal, cunning and ambitious, rose to prominence by deceiving a slumbering great evil. By harnessing its power, this individual became a being of unthinkable power might, seeking to overthrow the gods and seize dominion over the world.
The battle between the gods and this corrupted being raged for years, throwing the world into despair. In the end, the gods made the ultimate sacrifice: they channeled their divine essence into one final act, destroying their foe and sealing the great evil deep within the world. Yet, in doing so, they gave up their physical forms/
Their spirits found refuge within stone statues scattered across NARVA. These statues, embedded with fragments of the gods' essence, became sacred relics, said to grant wisdom and power to those worthy of communing with the divine. Over the centuries, the statues were forgotten by many, buried by time and hidden in remote corners of the world.
Now, in an era of rising empires and awakening threats, the lost statues may hold the key to both salvation and destruction. Whispers of their existence draw adventurers and scholars, while shadows of the past begin to stir, hinting that the great evil may not be as dormant as once believed.
The gods may no longer walk the world, but their legacy lives on, awaiting the day when heroes rise to uncover their secrets and defend NARVA once more.

How the Gods Became Trapped in the Statues
During their final battle against the corrupted mortal, the gods combined their divine power into a single devastating strike. The attack obliterated their enemy and sealed the great evil away but cost the gods their physical forms. As their bodies faded, their spirits sought refuge in the physical world, each drawn to an animal that reflected their essence. These animals, sacred symbols of their domains, were crafted into statues by mortal followers long ago. Over time, the locations of these statues were forgotten, and they became hidden across the lands, waiting for those pure of heart or worthy of their power to find them.
The statues remain dormant but not powerless. In times of great need, they are said to awaken, guiding mortals toward the strength and wisdom of the gods.
