Sorry for the extended absence. Some embarrassing personal issues arose. Now, back on the subject.


If there is still interest the continuation of this, I hereby invoke rule 7. As the incumbent GM has been absent for more than 2 weeks with no contact, I am submitting the position of General Manager to a vote, and in compliance with rule 7, the electorate will be formed by all participants of this rp.

Alright. First step of the vote...nomination. Anyone who wants to become a provisional-gm candidate should nominate his/herself in this phase, by posting the phrase below:


I formally nominate myself as a Temporary GM candidate.


(This phrase is an example only. I did not nominate myself.)


In addition. each candidate should post a summary of what they will do with the rp if they are elected.


Nomination is a means to ensure that only users who wish to become the provisional GM get voted in.

How are we planning on handling the unplugged characters?


My suggestion is that we reassign them to ourselves, at least for the time being, as they have been caught in scenes that simply removing them will impact plot continuity. Later, we will have more options: 1.Find a suitable reason for them to disappear. 2. Continue playing them, if the user in question likes it 3. The original owner may return and claim their character back.


IMPORTANT: In absolutely no circumstance should we attempt give the character to anyone who refuses to play as it.

Oh my goodness this is ridiculous. We don't need to vote, quarantinetimer you're the best choice for GM because you're being really weird about organization.

Agreed, they guy who is actually putting in effort to start it back up seems most qualified to me. If you want I'll happily help you with story and stuff (since I do play a villain character after all), but I don't think I can breathe life into this rp myself.

Well, we have a majority...accepted. One last important thing before we disband the committee and go back to having fun, dealing with Taz and Ryder.


Anyone who feels the calling to play as them (at least temporarily) should claim possession in a post. If a character has not been claimed within 1.5 working days, I will seek the least-awkward way of removing them from the scene.

The extended backlog of character applications pending processing is starting to get on my nerves. Since we may loose two characters, I'm looking into the possibility of accepting some of them (if the user is still interested), to freshen up the act and keep people engaged. Some suggestions on who to choose would be nice.


We will restart posting right after Ryder's and Taz's statuses are confirmed. Dealing with the char. applications will NOT delay the start of posting.

If noone claims them I would be interested in a dramatic death scene to heighten the sense of drama.

May I also suggest moving away from the current story and restarting the entire universe? We could still have the threat bugs trying to eat everything but maybe not at the warehouse.

Crazy cults using ancient alien artifact to make people go crazy

Well, there actually is. Since you've been away form this for so long its better to start anew. Plus without those tow players part of it will be missing.
