If I understand correctly we would start with a L-crystal smuggling deal. A deal that will be independently crashed by several of our OC's that want to steal/confiscate/utilize these crystals. Or they want the bounty on one of the smugglers/OC's, or they are hired to protect the smugglers. Stuff. I can only imagine the chaos that ensues.

And then the Devor attack, making things worse. The chaos is also the dependent factor on getting the characters to work together, as in the confusion they're likely to miss/ignore the fact that they are on different sides.

Status report, first update is on it's way now had a delay due to our percussion director telling us the uniform we'd need for our performance the day before, so I've been scrambling around all day. We're getting started today even if I go sleepless tonight.

@Cry U 945 I don't mean to add anything more to whatever your doing but @MrPotato has just added a CS involving mechas. Should we add mechs to the lore now?

@MrPotato @Zaire Ananta You both will have to check with the GM (@Cry U 945) about things your going to be bringing along with your characters.


@MrPotato: I love the idea about giant robots and everything but you'll have to have that idea approved by @Cry U 945 for approval. Everybody else here do have advanced technology but not piloting any giant war machines. Just post a short blurb about the history/technology/usages/etc. of your mechs (as there will be more than one if you bring them in) here in the OOC.


@Zaire Ananta: I like your idea as well. I've played several other RPs as an amnesiac cyborg too. The cyborg/weapon/AI should get by without a hitch (I'm using an AI as well) but your backstory with the empire and Jaak Ti will need to be approved by @Cry U 945. Just post information about the empire and Jaak Ti (society/ranking/government/history/etc.) here.

So, I literally just spent 40 minutes working on telling @Zaire Ananta and @MrPotato what they need to do to improve their characters and what they need to add lore-wise, accidentally switched tabs and lost it all. I'm letting you guys know I saw that stuff was going on, and I'm not ignoring you. In fact, I did manage to fix the BB code break in the lore. Now however, I have to be up in less than 5 hours, and to make sure I don't end up a living zombie tomorrow, I have to go to bed. Tomorrow I'll help you guys with everything, and should finish up the starter post. I'm thinking we'll start the RP with the present group and have everybody who'll join join at a specific point, so we can get things rolling. But for now, goodnight guys, and again, sorry for the delay, as life seems it wants to hit me with everything it can now instead of later. We'll get stuff done tomorrow, unless I get screwed over with family stuff again (like I did yesterday after the percussion stuff and today).
