Dizzy and disoriented you've awaken in an uknown location with no means of contact to the outside world. All your original clothing has been removed, and replaced with a simple white outfit that looks to belong to those who could be considered as prisoners. Although your current whereabouts are unknown, according to your surroundings you are no longer anywhere near home. With nothing but the clothes on your back and a few small personal trinkets that you doubt are going to be of much use, you decided to set out and start exploring the horrors unknown. Or you could just sit there for the rest of your remaining days and wither away, that works for us too.
Try as you might, you and seven other survivors will soon come to realize that escaping isn't going to be such an easy task. However, if you all work together you might be able to escape this horrid maze with only a few cuts and bruises. Will you be able to all band together and set your differences aside to make it all out alive, or are you all going to tear each other apart from the ground up before our traps have the opportunity to do so instead? Whatever your choices may be, just remember that we're all watching you, and that you signed up for this. No one gets put in here without a reason, and no one gets out of it alive either. And if you so do happen to find a way to cheat the system, there isn't going to be a single place on Earth that you can hide from us.

The Rules.
All games have certain requirements to be followed, break them and suffer the dire consequences.
We don't allow cheaters.
We don't allow cheaters.
1. Follow all the normal site rules and guidelines provided.
2. Do not leave the group without reason unless you wish to face sudden death.
3. Be literate. We prefer quantity over quality and two to three minimum paragraphs are the bare requirement.
4. If you are absent for a long brief period of time without sudden notice we will kill off your characters and make room for someone else to take your place.
5. Do not make any major story decisions regarding other survivors without letting the rest of us know first OOC.
6. If you need to be absent please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly while you are away for the moment.
7. Feel free to give suggestions or any other ideas that you may have.
8. All survivors are put into the Cube for a reason and are connected with one another. Feel free to coordinate with others OOC and figure out your place among who.
9. Each character has their own role and special benefits that can contribute overall to the team. Be prepared to pick a role and each survivor must have something that sets them apart from the others.
10. No Mary Sue characters or god modding your way to freedom. This is a psychological horror that requires a full team to work together, and you are stripped of your bare essentials and left only with knowledge and the help of your companions to guide yourselves.
11. You are not expected to like every single character that you come across. Feel free to agree to disagree but be nice to others OOC.
12. If you do not have the free time to commit or if you feel like your life isn't of that worthy value I would suggest looking somewhere else. We plan to make this a long-term story driven game, and several other players have already dropped out much to our demise.
13. Romance is allowed, but we would suggest keeping it to a bare minimum. It's hard to imagine that being trapped inside of a deadly cube could serve as the most romantic of settings.
14. Mature audiences are suggested, but our little game will be taking a more sadistic appeal over sexual factors.
15. Feel free to contact me if you have any concerns, issues, or may need help getting caught back on pace after a hiatus.
16. Drama is highly encouraged, and your characters are suggested to adapt and react realistically as if you were put into the actual situation.
17. Everyone is allowed to keep one item that might prove useful to themselves or the team. This item can't be anything obvious like a gun, but could be something useful like a flashlight or a bottled water since you will all probably be staying here for a very long time without access to food and other basic necessities. Share among everyone else, or keep it all for yourselves. The choice is yours.
19. If you disagree with someone do not intentionally seek them out and pick fights with them on purpose.
20. Realistic face claims are preferred.
21. We will be communicating strictly over the services that RpNation provides.
22. Do not harass other users in any shape or form.
23. Although we may be sadistic, we still have our own morals. Take your racism and homophobia elsewhere and we won't have to erase your memories.
24. Have fun!
25. You will be given a warning if any of the major rules are broken, if you refuse to cease your actions you will be banned from the game for a week, and if you still continue even after that you will be automatically removed altogether and eliminated.

Authors Note.
Hello everyone! It's been literal ages since I've last used RpNation, but I've improved a lot over the years and now I'm back to show off my newly founded skills! Lately I've been in this funk where I've been trying to take part in some pretty awesome Roleplays, but they never seem to kick off and they normally die out a few days later which is always a heart breaker for me. I've gotten so sick of it all that I've finally decided to take it upon myself to make my own, and I hope that enough people are interested in this to make this vision a reality! The Cube is based off of one of my favorite horror movies which is highly underrated, but turned out to be one of the best horror experiences that I've had in a long time.
Although it would be amazing if I wasn't the only one who knew where The Cube came from, watching the movies aren't a requirement and anyone can participate if the concept seems interesting enough to you. Hopefully we can all band together and create a worthwhile experience that none of us will ever forget. Can you also believe that this is my first time using the new BBcode for this site? I hope that this all looks good, because I sure put a lot of effort into it! Thanks for taking your time to read everything, and if you're interested feel free to leave a comment down below or even feel free to send me a personal PM of the sorts.
