Hello! Looking to make an RP with some systems similar to ARPGs such as DIablo, Wolcen, Last Epoch, Lost Ark, Path of Exile, etc etc.
More specifically, I am hoping to have a high-tech sword&sorcery setting where the two meld together and mesh where all are viable. In addition, I'm hoping to play around with giving the group loot, and the PCs wielding intense powers that are beyond most mortals (but not necessarily their enemies).
The plot idea is that the PCs are conscripted for a coming battle and end up in the same squad. During this battle, they somehow unlock or are granted powers. They are then tasked to find an artefact that can seal the bridge between their world and the enemy's fully, and for good.
