Realistic or Modern The Cordon Facility (INTEREST CHECK)

I'm not gonna be too strict with what you can and can't have with your character, all I'm gonna ask is that they be between 9 and and 17, and they aren't just an edgy sonic OC if y'know what I mean. Angst here is good! It's encouraged, but don't let that be your whole character, if that makes sense. They're all still people.

Power wise, I'd like to keep it to one per character. Something like the Quirk system from BNHA feels like a good base of what I'm looking for if you're familiar with it
