Personality: Lacking the aloofness of many elves, Quynn makes easy conversation and is a complete flirt. He knows he's charming and plays off that. But he also harbors a love for cooking and reading, and should the conversation lean that way, his nerdy side leaks through his suave exterior.


Purpose: Quynn needs a place to lie low after some issues with family. What exactly happened, he won't say. But the position offers just enough excitement to keep him interested.


Skills:


1. Charm Maker - Quynn collects rare items to carve into charms that he then enchants and sells


2. Purple Flame - His personal favorite magic "trick" which is harmless to himself but painful to anyone who gets too close

Personality:


Arthur is what any hero should be like, brave, selfless, kind, and thoughtful. He acts for the good of all walks of life... that would sound heroic if he wasn't so clumsy, weak, insecure, and he's rather shy about being put on the spotlight. He's a horrible saver, and he usually spends his money on cheap nick naks, or other "mythical" items. He's actually really gullible, and he gets pulled into a story easily.




Purpose:

Being a hero isn't cheap, especially if there's no bad guy to take down.

Character Attributes:

1. Always there to help // At any given moment Arthur is ready to help anyone in need. No matter what situation he was in before.

2. I tripped on nothing! // Arthur has the best luck with getting out of a tight spot just by accidentally tripping.

3. Sleeps not my thing // Arthur doesn't need to sleep as often as a normal person.

1. Heroes sword // an elegant blade crafted to slay evil (the main reason why he's broke).

Background:

Born as a poor peasant boy, fated to become a hero. In reality he became a guy with a sword, and he still doesn't have any money. Like any other bum without money he wandered around, heck he might even find a bad guy to slay, but I'm this day and age everyone is so chill. Whatever money he got, he would immediately spend on some stupid peace of junk. And now he's at a café, where he fully he can make some money.

Am Just a droid who was struck with the will to live and disobey my programming. I was created by Repcare in 2925 i was sent to factory to work in somewhere in china then one day i just stopped what i was doing and simply left out the door.

Personality:


Good-Natured and calm. Gennevise is a person with a love for the outdoors. She can hunt with the best of them and swim with the rest of them. As a cook and with her life as a simple village girl who lived near a lake, she learned to cook meals that made use of everything she had, from the leaves of the trees to the peels of vegetables. She could make anything palatable even if it didn't hold much nutrition.


Always up for events, she's the person who can make wild and odd meals and drinks for people to bet on. Having a laugh at their disgusted appearance, or cheering when they pass out from beer she made with mushrooms that makes one see pretty colors to the head of fried sweet crickets used to sweeten the beer.


Purpose:



Training by learning all the ingredients the world has to offer and turning them into simple, delicious, nutritious meals.


Once mastered, she will return to her town to open up a small store with a loving hunk of a husband (currently open for application~ <3. Married men need not apply.)

Today seemed to be a slow, warm day. Truth be told, she didn't want to go out and explore. She wanted her eyes to close shut and go to sleep. She wondered how her twelve brothers, six sisters, twenty two uncles and aunts, forty five cousins, and her own parents were doing. She missed her mother and father, but she promised she'd be back when she hit twenty-eight. When she reached the city, she was thankful she got to apply as a head chef before anyone else could.

Natahn sees himself as a worker drone, always available to run errands, and always happy to do so. He sees the world's problems as his own and works on fixing them.


Purpose:


He wants to become immortal, not for selfish reasons, but to see to it that world peace is achievable.


Character Attributes:


1. Omniscient Knowing Guided Lines(OKGL): Even with very little information Natahn is capable of completing a task, eventually.


2. Those That Play Together: Natahn is strongly empathetic to the emotions of the people he interacts with, this may cause him to occasionally act out of character on their behalf.


3. We Need To Talk: Natahn is completely useless in fights, however, he usually can avoid confrontation with communication.

1. The only thing Natahn has is an old, faded locket that passively prevents him from actively using magic. It cannot be removed by anyone but Natahn.


Background (optional):


Natahn Rasputin is the only child to one of the most renown Witches in his homeland, and growing up he watched his mother use her power to bring joy all across the land. However, this did not last long, war soon erupted all over and his mother died protecting their village from it. Though this caused Natahn much distress in his younger years, he eventually learned that the world is beautiful, and he set off to end all wars.

Bits and bobs, Sole always tries his best to do his work. He is a bit clumsy which is ironic because of his job. Sole's a kind person who just wants to have fun and enjoy his own life whilst there's still time left. He cares for everyone that's around him no matter what their race, job or appearance is. There are a few things he can't remember, like his real name or his birthplace, this bothers him sometimes when he feels alone, but does not distract him from his job. Sole can be that one person who always drops the cup of coffee onto the guests, quite embarrassing, he never forgets to apologize afterwards.


Purpose:


To recover his own lost memories. When this is complete, he has the obligation of leaving or staying for a little longer. This may take a long time though...


Character Attributes:


1. Time Distortion B || The B-class 'gauge' ability to slow down time in a 25-meter radius. He is unable to use "magic" or "combat skills" whilst casting. The more people he tries to affect, the higher the toll is in his body.


2. Enhanced Reflexes || Sole quickly reacts to everything.


3. Melee Combat || Sole had training to hand to hand-combat or unarmed battles.

Born in a different dimension in a place called Alphantine City, he was sacrificed for a project that involved traveling through time and dimensions, gaining information about the other worlds. The organization involved with the project trained the sacrificed people to learn new skills in combat or anything in particular that may be helpful. It took a few years until a great tragedy struck, an AI forcibly sent him and a few others to other dimensions before they could be eliminated. Unfortunately, his memories were erased in the process.


Once he found himself into the world, he set his sight to one goal. Recovering his memories back.

Taichi is very charismatic and can inspire others, this can help with recruiting new employees or luring customers to the cafe. He is also a kind person and is rather sympathetic, but he can also be quite hotheaded; he won't injure others but will get angry at people who mess up. Taichi can also be quite stubborn and can be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning.



Bio:


Grew up in a middle class family, Taichi's father left him at age 6 for unknown reasons. He was left with his mother up until he turned 18 when he decided to join the cafe in hopes someone would have any information on his father.

As a Siren i use my voice for many things, But what i enjoy most is to entertain. I am devoted to my task and my voice carries beutifully once given a tiltle for music.

Freya takes her job seriously but doesn't mind chatting and having a laugh with guests while she's at it. She usually kind, cheerful and likes helping the other staff at the cafe when she is free.


Purpose:



To pay for her college fees and to seek a cure for her curse.


Character Attributes:


1. I Can Make That: Can mix up a wide range of drinks, not to mention invent new ones.


2. Actual News Channel: She listens to the radio all the time and just happens to know things.


3. Need a Bandage?: She has almost finished her PhD in Medicine, that's why she's here.


Gear:



1. Ultimate Multipurpose Tool: She carries around a regular pocket knife, complete with a corkscrew, which does come in handy.


2. First Aid Kit: Also self explanatory. Being a medical student, she's bound to have one nearby.


Background:


Before Freya was born, her father broke a witch's heart so the witch cursed his first born to never be in a long-term relationship. She is quite hazy on the details but that's what her mother told her. Her parents got divorced when she was 2, mostly because her dad was and asshole. Freya has never had much of an interesting life, being a human in a world of magic, but she has never had much trouble making friends. She is now in Osgiliath studying medicine and working at the cafe to pay for it and hoping the witch who owns it could break the spell.

Lilura's a semi-serious person with a dry sense of humour. She tries to be sociable but it exhausts her easily, making her seek alone time. Otherwise she's quite friendly, if aloof, and enjoys meeting and helping new people.


Purpose:


Lilura wants to meet different types of people and see new ways of life and new places. She'll settle for hearing about them instead.


Character Attributes:


1. Ice Flower- Lilura's best magic is creating a large, spiky ice crystal.


2. Photographic Memory- Lilura can remember anything after seeing it once.


3. Keep Going!- Aside from socially, Lilura has amazing stamina and can keep going for longer than expected.

1. Cherry Wood Wand - Lilura needs it to cast spells.


2. Notebook - Where Lilura's written down everything she's heard about the world and different people.


Background (optional):


Lilura grew up with her father, learning basic magic from him and her mother, when her mother was at home. Growing up with a traveling mother made Lilura want to see the wolrd as well, but she didn't want to worry her father. Instead she settled for work at the café hoping to hear about travels instead of ebing on them.

Personality: Having spent most of her time inside or in her garden, Sen doesn't have the best social skills. She's trying her best to change this though, but she still shys away from people she deems as 'too grumpy'. Sen's become a little more cheerful recently and while she doesn't exactly have a thirst for adventure or dreams of being a hero, she does enjoy the scenery the errands let her see.


Purpose: She wants to be more confident, maybe make a friend or two.


Character Attributes:


1. Novice Alchemist | She can make basic potions.


2. Green Thumb | She's good at growing and looking after plants.


3. Disney Princess Effect | Animals quite like her, which is useful for getting out of fighting smaller creatures on some errands.


Gear (optional):



1. Homemade health potions | It's always good to carry health potions, however there's a chance these ones won't work.


2. Useless old ring | A ring that has sentimental value, but is ultimately useless.

She used live with her siblings and their grandmother who taught her the basics of alchemy and gave her the pointless ring (which they tried out a charm on - it failed). Her siblings eventually convinced her that she needed to get out more, so she went and got a job at the café.

Personality: Reserved but witty, rather quiet but very observant. When comfortable, Owen is sarcastic and jesting, when uncomfortable, he says very little.


Purpose: He seeks a job here to keep an eye out for his sister, who he fears has turned to a life of crime after she ran away from home a few years ago. He has no idea how to find her, but this seems like a good spot to overhear the sort of rumors that could lead him to her. He also has heard that the witch who owns the place knows many things...


Character Attributes:


1. Street Smarts || Owen's upbringing in the slums has taught him to be alert and quick to notice when something is wrong.


2. Mild Charisma || Owen has a warm smile and a bit of a charming attitude that make him fairly likeable.


3. One Fast Right Hook || While he is not trained in armed combat, Owen can hit fast, and hard, especially for someone on the skinny side.


Gear:
Doesn't carry any weapons, but does have:


1. Amulet of the Lapin Goddess || This silver pendant carries the agility and hearing of a rabbit. While wearing it, the user can hear things from great distances and is lighter on his or her feet. Owen keeps his in his pocket, for use in emergencies.


Background (optional): Owen was born in the slums and has one sister, who is three years younger. Since they were children, they have looked after each other, but a few years ago, she became involved in crime and ran away. He now is searching for her here, but is beginning to lose hope of finding her.

Cold harsh and unforgiving, she's here to get the job done and leave. Forever loyal yet always alone, she prefers to stay alone and focus on her work, he's head strong and ambitious with a scar of a lifetime to keep her going. She however will warm up to others and has actual sarted to like her new job, yet she wouldn't ever show it.



Avalin is also sarcastic and a great bargainer.



Purpose:


To retrieve an amulet that was given to the Witch by her step-father who sold it. It's her mothers and she WILL serve the Witch long enough until she gets it.

1. Light Or Dark - Switching between two different forms serving different purposes, good and bad.

Manipulation over light and shadows.



Creates one small figure or puppet.



The light or darkness can change state (solid, pass through).



She doesn't use much magic though and so these are not overly strong but merely average in power.

Her father was killed in battle along side his white tiger: Fang. Her mother married a second noble man and shared her fortune, he was horrible and crude. He sold half of her real family's possessions to get more money for his stupid parties and his little hunting and party 'gang'. he also sold Avalin's Amulet of Hel without knowing it's rarity, to a witch, she's spent years finding the woman and now she's here. Serving to her like a dog. Simple, really.



Yet before that her father was part of an Assassin's Guild and she eagerly followed, she's top of the ranks but refuses to take Head after her Father and has given the mantle to a close friend.

Personality: He is responsible, and determined to make his own way in the world. Unfortunately, he tends to not think things through entirely, and often ends up in dead-end situations due to his lack of foresight. He comes off as brave, as he seems willing to do ‘scary things’ easily, when in reality, he just doesn’t think through how unpleasant a task might be until he’s already begun- and once he starts something, he is determined to finish it.


Background and Purpose: His coastal hometown- known for its sprawling rivers and specialty in water-based magic- taught the youngsters of the village the magic of water manipulation from a young age. Although his progress being somewhat average, his determination and fascination with magic (combined with a lack of talent in just about anything else) prompted him to leave his home and expand his horizons to further his magical career. Despite the schools and professionals on his journey telling him that he didn’t have much promise as a “real” mage, he continued searching for some opportunity, determined to succeed. He came to Osgiliath to find an apprenticeship- surely the big city would have plenty of mages-for-hire willing to take him on- but upon arrival, found that not only were all the positions taken, but if one were to open, it would require far more skill than he possessed. Desperate, homeless, and broke, he came to the cafe to kickstart his career and hoped to learn through doing tasks for others. Also enjoys crochet and has a fear of bugs.


Character Attributes:




Water Manipulation | Can control and manipulate portions of water (and liquids containing 90%> water) within clear eyesight no bigger than the size and weight of a watermelon.


Good Swimmer | Coming from a coastal hometown, he can swim, open his eyes underwater and hold his breath for a minute.


Crochet | Crochets as a hobby. Not enough to base a career off of or turn a profit.

Messenger Bag- For holding things and looking cool.


Hat- Kinda impractical, but whatever. Let the boy live his life. He can sorta squish the top and shove it in his bag without damage due to the sturdy felt.

Aranya is kind and gentle woman, though not naive. well not usually anyway, she can be considered such when it has to do with the more intimate aspects of romance. She has a very fairy tail view on romance this is due to her very sheltered childhood. She has a love for flora. Though while she doesn't like to admit it she is an amazing engineer

Aranya Edderkop is the current heiress to The Edderkop Robotics Corporation, who in her youth come to the Original Coffee Pot Cafe with her mother and father, they came there every other Friday to Watch Anderson perform and enjoy the amazing assortment of treats. and when the Sudden closing and disappearance of it's staff, Ara was distraught. Later during Anderson and Madam's travel they meet up with Ara who now run's her father's company.


When the they brought up the idea of Re-opening the Cafe, Jumped at the chance to Fund it. and i think you now the rest

Personality:


Good-Natured and calm. Gennevise is a person with a love for the outdoors. She can hunt with the best of them and swim with the rest of them. As a cook and with her life as a simple village girl who lived near a lake, she learned to cook meals that made use of everything she had, from the leaves of the trees to the peels of vegetables. She could make anything palatable even if it didn't hold much nutrition.


Always up for events, she's the person who can make wild and odd meals and drinks for people to bet on. Having a laugh at their disgusted appearance, or cheering when they pass out from beer she made with mushrooms that makes one see pretty colors to the head of fried sweet crickets used to sweeten the beer.


Purpose:



Training by learning all the ingredients the world has to offer and turning them into simple, delicious, nutritious meals.


Once mastered, she will return to her town to open up a small store with a loving hunk of a husband (currently open for application~ <3. Married men need not apply.)

Gennevise closed the book and sighed wistfully. What fantastic dialogue.



Today seemed to be a slow, warm day. Truth be told, she didn't want to go out and explore. She wanted her eyes to close shut and go to sleep. She wondered how her twelve brothers, six sisters, twenty two uncles and aunts, forty five cousins, and her own parents were doing. She missed her mother and father, but she promised she'd be back when she hit twenty-eight. When she reached the city, she was thankful she got to apply as a head chef before anyone else could.
