I was going to go with a masterwork sword for the additional 300, and the bulk of my money on a suit of plate mail for 1500.

and upgrading Wayfarer's list, we have:
- Sherwood: Minotaur
- Silent Wayfarer: psychic warrior or gunslinger
- WarDragon: an inquisitor or some spontaneous caster
- SehirothSage: a wizard or an Oracle
- Madmal: nothing yet
- Kasheal: Magus
-Exthalion: likewise

Well it might be obvious I have just finished rereading all my Dresden Files books and having had a quick look at all the pathfinder stuff (again started a lot quicker then I expected ^^ ) I am going to have to go with Magus.
Expect to see me trying to do some badass sword & sorcery.... and then fail miserably.

I have a compulsion to fill the blanks on the party balance (Probably why I also play Leona so much on League of Legends...) which most of the times means i get the divine caster role.
