Long ago the tribals of Aku lived similar to the others who called the land of Jarrak home.
This changed very swiftly and abruptly however...
A alien invasion was interuppted by a battle between territorial dragons. As the grey insectoid beings were unprepared for such a event, the ship was knocked off course down to the planet with much structural damage... Enough for the foriegn atmosphere to seep in and begin eating at the Maūîť brain, oxygen being much like a drug to this alien race.
The Maūîť still invaded the planet, though the intellectual reasons why got lost in the crash... Instead the Maūîť captured and forced whatever tribals they could into captivity and just sort of kept them like pets you can exploit for slave labour or experimentation.
Over the years many changes happened in Aku, the flora and fauna began to mutate from exposure to foriegn chemicals, creatures and technology... But the biggest change came from the tribals of Aku and the surviving Maūîť.
As the deterioration of the Maūîť intelligence increased they became more like doddering mentors than the drunken rulers of before. With the tribals showing the aliens the magical stones of varying kind called Runes the Maūîť were able to adapt their own technology for human use.
Projectile weapons unseen on this planet, weapons that outclass the magic artefacts of Maho and the elemental engineering of the Jareedi.
In present day the Maūîť have been dead for a long time, the land since was renamed Akuma to represent the significant transformations that occurred. The people taking the lessons and gifts from those past to carve a future forward...
This future looked secure, though the Fighting strength of Akuma is the smallest, the warriors of Akuma are feared throughout the lands of Jarrak.
So much so that both kingdoms of Maho and Jareedi at constant war with each other over land, have never crossed the borders of Akuma.
Despite the people of Akuma being uninvolved with kingdoms of Jarack, the tribals have have found strange individuals who use mysterious magic, with interrogation these individuals claimed to be from a kingdom overseas laying down the foundation for invasion.
It is unknown what is true or false, but as a Proud Akuman who has proved themselves in battle with valour and moxie.
You have been chosen by the elder to form a squad of elites to represent Akuma's best interest.
The Chosen squad will travel from Akuma into Maho to reach the Embassy that is known as Rolragga where representatives of Maho and Jareedi discuss diplomatic efforts and attempt schemes...
Your orders being to prevent war by sharing evidence of manipulation or if need be by a show of force.
Like all Akuman squads yours will consist of five capable warriors.
Like most Akuman elites you will receive treasured/limited technology to aid in your quest.
Like most of my rp's there is four spots open and you are able to get in quick to choose what flavor sauce you want on dinner.
This being the powers of the akumans...
1) telepathy, reading minds and speaking without words.
2) beastmaster, a bit like telepathy but for animals and monsters. And exploitation of said animals or monsters.
3) thunder, shoot electricity.
4) telekinesis, effect the world via mental and magical effort alone.
5) enhances, using magic to become stronger/faster/durable/smarter by magical effort. One at a time mind you and they are done in order of difficulty.
If four people rock up to claim a spot and power aswell as make a cs when that page is up
ill play the fifth of the squad and take the unchosen power.
Optional roles can pop up provided we have enough players and someone wants to play something different.
These roles being important characters from the kingdoms of Jareedi and Maho.
