Background:
Haruki's mother was Japanese and his father was British. They met when his mother moved to Birmingham. They fell in love and years later, had Haruki. His mother insisted on a Japanese name if he was going to learn English first. So he learned English primarily and Japanese at home with his mother. Because of his heritage he got bullied at school and had trouble making friends at first. He's had many traumatic experiences which has shaped him to be the way he is, but he doesn't mind anymore. It's become a part of him that he accepts.

Why you joined the show: Tiff has a big online persona and a huge following on social media, she is also an armature high fashion model. Her fans contacted her about the show and she was told it'd be so good if she did it 'cause she's single and usually posts 'Single gal' Oriented posts. Her agent confirmed with her that having a 'sexy and famous' partner, preferable one with a social media following similar to hers would be adventurous to her public image. To the cameras she is just 'looking for true love'

Your Personality: Tiff's personality is usually hidden under a fake, happy go lucky "My-life-is-amazing" type persona that she has adopted to get into her chosen industry. Originally she entered with the hopes of becoming a fashion designer, and her Instagram started out full of different outfits she had made herself or pieced together. Now it's pretty much an empty shell full of sponsored items and brand name clothes. She outwardly acts like nothing could possibly faze her, she is impossibly angelic. Underneath all that, Tiff has a pretty glass-half-empty view of the world. She likes a good drink and is passionate about a good whiskey. She lives for adrenaline, and will usually try anything, unless others can see it and it's bad for her rep. SHe wants to be the carefree girl she was before the career change.
Background: Tiff's family was well below the poverty line growing up. They were lovely people, and both supported their only daughter fully. They saved every cent they owned so that Tiff could go to collage and study fashion design. Half way through her course, when Tiff was in her seccond year, she got an oppitunity to model at an ameture fashion show. Someone who followed her instagram liked the way she looked and offered her a lot of money and an agent. She figured, at the expence of her dreams and happiness, she could help her parents out. Because of her, their debts were through the roof and with this money she fixed them.
Her father has since stopped accepting payments from her, he'll just send them right back. He tells her she's not being herself and she should go finish her degree. But could she do that when she was so successful at what she was doing?

Emma's parents want her to have a partner, now that she's finished her education and got the qualifications she aimed to obtain. Her parents are old-fashioned and insisted she be with a good man. It didn't help that her older sister was engaged and already has a date for the wedding. Emma had to confess to her parents that she was gay. Well... she thinks bisexual now but she definitely loves girls. She's unsure with guys. To her surprise, her family took it well, especially her sister; who was straight. Nonetheless, her parents kept insisting she be with someone. So she's on the show.

Emma wants a partner that's loyal, honest and really commits to the relationship. Of course, she's the same.

Emma is a little shy around strangers but opens up the more she knows someone. Nothing really angers her unless it's personal insults that are unjustifiable. She is well-mannered and polite, even around others that aren't.

Background:

Being raised in Westminster, Emma is the second child in her family. Her older sister is her role model, helping her through Emma's minor struggles such as homework and girl issues. Their parents are out working half the time but love both their children dearly.

Emma's parents wanted her to have a boyfriend, even she finished her education and got the qualifications she aimed to obtain. Her sister was engaged for a month at this point. So Emma came clean to her parents, after telling her sister privately.

Background:
Kai was born in Japan to two Japanese parents and was adopted a few days after he came out of the hospital. His adoptive parents were a nice and rich couple from Manchester -UK where he spent most of his childhood.
As a child, Kai was a bundle of energy and tended to get into trouble because of that as well as his curious and direct nature.

When he was fourteen he first fell in love with a boy, it was also his best friend so his confession of his feeling caused the two to drift apart. Once Kai decided to come out and tell his parents about his sexual orientation things became bad, His parents did accept him but at school, word got out and he was severely bullied. The main bully? Was Kai’s former best friend and first love interest.

Kai suffered trough it for a while but eventually started standing up for himself and became a stronger person because of it. His parents still decided to move to London so Kai could get a chance at a new start.

Background: He grew up in Scotland with his Mum, Dad and older sister. At a high school party a game of spin the bottle helped him confirm his attraction to men, shortly after he had came out to his friends and family. Your Personality: Kelly has a very extrovert personality, easily getting along in social situations with no problem. She cares little for what people think and is just trying to enjoy life and live it to the fullest. Kelly does what she wants and has almost no shame for hat she does, laughing along with others when she falls on her face. She comes off weird to most people, doing what she wants not caring if it's impulse or logical.

Background: Kelly was born into a small house filled with a lot of people. She had many siblings and also lived with her cousins. Due to this she grew up with a very little sense of personal space or privacy. She became accustomed to just going with the flow and having as much fun as she could in any situation. Nothing overall bad happened to her during her childhood. She came out almost as soon as she figured out she was bi and didn't really care about the people who didn't agree.​

Her parents didn't really approve either, saying you are either gay or your not, but she just shrugged it off saying that she was nothing then. She loves having fun and can often be seen as crazy for her lack of caring in the world. She just wants to have fun in this very short period of time she has on earth, the concept of death terrifies her. She moved out of her parent's house when she was 18 and now lives on her own and is currently not in university.
