I have a question relating to planets/galaxies

In this rp, one can simply walk from Metropolis (Superman's city) straight into New York City (Spider-man, Fantastic Four, Daredevil, etc) There is another added on area, the Abyss Between Worlds, however at the beginning of the rp the characters don't know that this area even exists.

If that's the case with cities, is it similar with planets like one can fly from Tuchunka (Krogan homeworld where Mordin did most of his work STG) to the forest moon of Endor within a short period of time?

Sorry its taken so long for me to reply to this again. I've needed some time to figure some personal stuff out. 
I have more bad news. My laptop has been infected with a computer virus and I'm using the family computer to post this. Sadly as a result of this virus I won't be able to post as frequently within this week, but I will try to reply to this RP when I can 
Well I received a fake notification from the police (well, the maker of the virus pretending to be the police) saying that I'd broken multiple laws (such as online piracy, computer hacking and downloading illegal porn) and that until I paid a 100 pound fine my browser was locked. I try to open a new tab and it redirects me to that page, I try to close the internet and the same page jumps up again. Until I fix the virus, my computer is essentially dead. According to the real police, this virus is common and can be resolved quite easily.

Virus is gone. It turns out that the particular virus is meant to lock down the entire computer, claiming to be via the police (or FBI if you live in America) but thanks to the sheer badassery of my laptop (well, the anti-viral system I have in place) it only locked down my browsers. It took longer to find a solution than to fix the problem really. Finding and removing the virus only took around five hours.
