If your knowledge is as low as you claim, then YouTube videos would really help. (O:))

Start with pen and paper and a camera to show us the basics, then upgrade to the computer. I'm a bit of an autodidact though, so don't mind me.

Your claim of becoming good at drawing in a month is ridiculous, it does not take one month to get good at drawing, it takes years of practice and learning.

Yeah, but I said to be GOOD. Not mastering it. Maybe I'll extend to three months.

Nobody is a master, ask anyone how long it takes for them to be good at something like art or playing an instrument. The time needed to become "good" at something varies as some people learn faster than others, but art is an entirely different thing. It doesn't matter what kind it is, one month to be "good" is unrealistic. Now three months is more realistic.

Also, I draw like a seven...

...months old.

Being "good" in three months is almost impossible. But being "OK" at it is very certain. Also, I need advice.

Creativity is not the same thing as artistic talent, that is the basic thing you should know when getting into art. Creativity is an important factor when creating art, but when you don't have any ideas you won't be able to do anything. So to start off, start tracing to get familiar with the things you'd like to draw, but you can't keep tracing forever. There are many ways to learn, and there is no right or wrong way to make art.

Don't think that I'm an expert of any kind, I'm a mediocre pixel artist who's been doing the same thing for two years and I still suck. With time comes skill, and you will learn everything in the future. Just follow your heart and eventually, if you are determined enough and keep drawing, you will eventually "art gud."
