  Arguably the most dangerous villainous organisation in the galaxy, and certainly the most notorious, the Chrome Council is controlled by four heads--Troonoch, Lilith, Brutus, and Church. Their main base of operations is believed to be on the planet Scopenus.

  Another widely known villainous organisation, Diabolous are the enemies of the Chrome Council. They're less organised than their rivals and mostly considered to be less dangerous or intimidating. Diabolous are led by a man called The Bomber, who is rash but quite strong, and arguably the only real threat among the organisation.

  The Guardians are, as their name suggest, a more heroic organisation. They protect Scopenus from invaders and from the two other villainous organisations. Their head is a non-human called Geeth. The Guardians answer to a bigger intergalactic force known as Eru.

  The Hunters are the final prominent faction. Similar to the Eru, the Hunters are intergalactic. However, unlike the other factions, the Hunters are compromised of several smaller factions, teams, and even individuals. They're the faction of mercenaries and bounty hunters, and arguably the most widespread of all factions.

So this roleplay, Anomaly Unit, takes place in a distantly futuristic cyberpunk city. Your character will be a supervillain who was chosen by the Chrome Council, a universal villainous organisation, to be part of them. However, first, your character must go through a trial: S/he has to accomplish a 'difficult' feat.

In the Chrome Council, they help your character build up his powers, learn new powers, techniques, strategies...etc.

The Council's base on Scopenus, our main planet, has four main heads:

> Troonoch - A great and powerful demon, Troonoch is overseer of the demonic arts.
> Lilith - A serpentine humanoid, Lilith is the overseer of those who manipulate the mystic arts to their will.
> Brutus - As his name suggest, Brutus relies on sheer strength; it is said that he could demolish whole planets with his fist. He's the overseer of those who use their natural physical traits.
> Doctor Church - The overseer of intellect and technology. Once a normal man operating in the shadows, Church has managed to rise rapidly in ranks until he became a head of the CC. He has replaced several parts of his body with technology, although he tends to rely on biological and biotechnological engineering more.

There are four types of villains:
- Dealers - They make deals with demons, ancient gods, or even angels to gain power.
- Magicians - They rely on the mystic arts and magic to accomplish feats.
- Natural - They rely on their racial and physical traits and strength and mutations to accomplish their goals.
- Intellects - They rely on their extensive intellect to accomplish their desired goals and enhance themselves and partners.

The Chrome Council is attempting to recruit a group of the best villains they could find to create The Anomaly Unit, a powerful team to demolish their most powerful of enemies.
