A city of peace, tranquility, and safety...rent apart by greed and cruelty. That is once what the great city state of Roque was. A vast city populating the sole landmass on the planet Fortunia. It was peaceful, safe, and a gem of beauty. Its inhabitants were content to live and work within this city to better themselves further into the future. General and advanced steps were made into the technology of their age. So much to a point where experimentation with a nigh unlimited source of energy was begun. Omicron Rays. Radiation free, invisible, and harmless. Found in blue growing rocks beneath the planets surface. A single rock could potentially power the city for decades alone. The future was bright and glorious.
Until it happened. An explosion tore apart the research facility...and after that things changed. People changed. Everything changed...and it would never be the same again. A darker future was coming to Roque, a future delivered at the hands of The Coalition...
