Appearance:not a handsome man but by no means a disgusting mess. Jay is Just under six feet and usually has a dopey drunk smile. He has scars all over his body but only one on his face, across his cheek is a faded number written in hapen calligraphy.
Hair brown eyes green.
Gear: weapons. a wakizashi, ten throwing knives, various types of bombs, a flintlock handcannon, (five shots left) one pouch of caltrops.
Armour. Mostly leather with chain mail in specific places. Cloth shirt and pants. His hat is mostly decayed.

Small bio:
Jay and his twin brother Bo were kidnaped at a young age of 4 by blue dragon scouts on the wolf seas. their parents died on the looted ship, they still to this day have no clue of their heritage. The twins were raised by Xiao Karasu, the blue dragon himself on his pirate ship the soaring heights.
The twins learned how to fight and work on a ship. It was punishable by death. However during a experiment Xiao learned of Jays talent with smoke. This prompted him to treat he boys a tad better and he went on teaching the boys of talent. It was punishable by whipping.
At age twenty Jay and Bo left the soaring heights on relatively good terms, and hired themselves to whoever needed them and could pay. At age twenty five the twins have bounties on them and are known through most of Seivor as “The Demon twins”
Jays bounty is at thirty thousand six hundred and twenty gold. The twins are usually hunted on site in any Bullaria capital.

This can be accepted I just wanted to tell you that no points have been put into the K skills. So you have knowledge of fencing, guns, and wind talent. Cause of that 8 intelligence.

Also I know that I haven’t finished a map so it’s hard to make up a hometown and such but I’d say your character is from the kulle nation.

Not saying a fourteen year old couldnt hunt bounties but is it fair to say he travels alone from place to place looking for bounty?

The Bullaria hunt pirates, criminals of all sorts, and the coloured dragons.
The kulle pay bounties for criminals if they have a bounty posted.
coloured dragons if you can prove said target was important or had a bounty.

She was trained as a deadly weapon, using long range, conductive metal weaponry to electrocute her foes before they got too close. She was trained only to obey and to kill, so while she is very intelligent, she speaks little. She has little experience with social interactions, so she can be unintentionally blunt/rude. At 18, Arashi grew tired of being under control of the army, and saught freedom on the high seas. She now works as an assassin of sorts, and is always careful to hide who she is. There is a bounty on her head from the Hapen army for 20,000 - but only if she is brought back alive.

Looks good, just to make sure though she uses weapons to electrocute people. She doesn’t arc Lightning like a master wizard?

The weapons you described were gonna be a mini boss’s weapon so yea your fine to be like that shooting thunder from the hands is also ok but Don’t expect to one shot other players or enemies without good reason behind it, would you like to make your own reason to be at boline? Or me to introduce your character?

I like that you edited but you became a mini boss with 24 points in your stats aha all have to equal 18 to start, you can level up in the rp and add onto stats but not yet.

She was a loyal crewmate to her captain, and listened to everything he said, enjoying her life now away from home, thinking that maybe this, what she found, was what a true family felt like that.

His father owned a weapons store, so growing up he was taught how to Repair, Clean, and most importantly use firearms and blades. At the age of 10, he was in the store with his father when it was robbed by bandits. He hid in the store and wasn't spotted. He saw the bandits kill his father, making him an orphan in the process. He took a blade from the store, and lived rough on the streets for the next, surviving off of stolen food and drink. Having worked up enough skill from stealing food, he eventually became a thief, making a living from stealing from stores and passersby, eventually deciding to move up in life at the age of 20, commandeering himself a relatively small (But large enough to house a small crew) ship in the dead of night, slaughtering the crew of 10 with a blunderbuss stolen from the weapons store that replaced his fathers.

Both good.. but following the plot you won’t have a pirate crew and ship of your own disposal. The players all share a ship. one player can’t just have a small force.

Small bio: One of the Itariten Chimera, a rare breed of Chimera, created by the combination of two hybrid monsters, Amaya spent most of her life hidden within Riga by her father, a Cambion named Masaru, after her mother's "mysterious disappearance".

Despite her father's orders, Amaya couldn't help but observe, and even sneak out to interact among the humans and other beings as much as she could. It wasn't until the Cold War began when her interests in human affairs really bloomed. She wanted to be a part of the War, like her father...but on the opposing side: The pirates. With her knowledge of the waters and her skills in combat, perhaps this 4 foot 10 girl could show that what she lacks in size, she makes up for in valor! But...would the pirates be willing to accept her?
