The upload had taken longer than was expected. It also wasn’t overly complete since this race seemed to have some kind of organization system that the winged race didn’t. Normally that wouldn’t be bad except that apparently it had filtered into their language. The being drew in a faint sigh before drawing the technology apart. The ear cuff went back on, connecting with a soft chime. The mask pulled back on. The screen turned off and the device slid into the being’s boot once again. Then they rolled their shoulders. They had at least enough of the language to get by. Now they just needed to return the communication device (”phone” the translator provided in the back of the mind) and then they could go retrieve what was theirs.

The wings unfurled nearly silently, the grey a little bit lighter this time, the patterning seeming to move like smoke. The red edging on the primaries remained the same, the pattern one that the being actually liked for all that it was really supposed to have been the last one. The wings flicked, shaking off the last of the faint tingle. Then they snapped, the being out from under the bridge and rising into the sky in a single fluid motion. The phone was dropped off in some kind of plant not far from where it had been picked up, startling the person who was searching and then the being was gone.

Gliding high and between the shadows they made their way back to where they had come through. The skeleton of the building was easy to find after all, hence dropping the bag there. It also provided the perfect kind of obstacles course in case something happened. Drawing wings up the being flared for just a moment, hoping that the speed of the display would keep them from being noticed. Feet touched against the metal beams and the wings folded down, obscuring them into a rolling shadow from the back. Below someone was moving, the being narrowing their eyes. It looked like they were going underground? Oh that was going to be unfortunate, especially since a look around the area that the being had dropped the bag showed nothing. The feathers slicked down, creating a smooth flow even as the wings drew in slightly tighter. Had they really moved it somewhere closed in and cut off from the sky?

Robin didn’t do anything to stop Kage from taking the box although he did raise an eyebrow. The box looked like it had an electronic lock on it. If they said that they could though. “Sure,” He turned, opening up one of the boxes stacked in the corner beside a duffle bag. “Just be carefu-”

A buzz cut through his words, Robin’s gaze jerking to the cameras. A moment later the sudden tension in the fighter relaxed. That was one of the heroes already signed to the team, a child of one of the official league. Robin hadn’t realized that the person had access to the tower already. The secondary buzz however wasn’t expected, Robin outright frowning at the screen.

Slowly he straightened, watching the darkness for signs of movement or something being out of place even as Will came in. He spared a glance back. “You missed angels falling from the sky and a fight.” His tone didn’t hold any sort of condemning air. Luck had brought everyone together early enough to deal with it. Turning back he set his hands over the keyboard. His eyes weren’t picking up anything but the computer was programed with be better. A moment later the outline showed up in red, the shadow that wasn’t there before blatantly obvious up in the high reaches of the tower. “It looks like the lead might have just come back though.” The lead hadn’t displayed a weapon beforehand, and actually looked rather calm currently, perched with wings folded. Were they waiting to ambush them, or to sneak in. “Kage, you want to work on the box. A few of us will go out and see if this one is willing to actually talk and the rest ready to back us up in case the answer is no?”

Sure while you do that I will see what I can do in the mean time" she said as her shadow moved and formed into over a dozen finger like constructs as she started to work on getting the box opened and writing every combination down she tried and crossed them out when the didn't work.

"Oh Robin while you are out there look for a small pocket watch if you find it please give it to me as I had lost it when the angel person shot upwards in the air suddenly" she asked him as the watch was important to her as it was from her elder brother .........even if he was a killer

Will had thought Robin was completely joking for a moment. Angels? Really? Well... Wasn't completely ludicrous. He ice skated with a demon weekly and had actually met a faerie before so he figured a real angel was not impossible. Well then. I always miss the fun stuff it seems. He groans, momentarily feeling like he just wanted to kick some ass. Although after he downed the rest of this coffee. Although when Robin mentioned a box his attention perks. Wait. Angels giving people boxes? Are you sure this thing isn't like Pandora's box? Don't blame me if you wind up giving the entire tower demon pox. Demon pox was a joke Isroh had convinced Will of. Will was fully convinced that accepting things from angels would give him some form of demonic plague. Never had the demon thought Will might come in contact with one. Or what he thought was one.

Can I come? This sounds like fun, and I want as far away from that He motions toward the box.As possible. Wills hands settled in the pockets of his hoodie after he set down the cup on a counter, boots clacking against the floor. He then realized if they were going somewhere else to meet a possibly dangerous person, he should probably use the water vapor here rather than waste the vapor when in a pinch. He knew that water vapor was like gold and best note wasted. He'd rather be able to use all available water in an area for blocking and repairing his sword and shield, rather than using it up for having to make his weapons.

He extends a hand, a bit of fog began to build up in the room as the water condenses around Will, then sticks to itself in a patter Will's practiced so often it was like second nature. A short sword and a shield. It was a sheer blue at first but eventually the ice began to hiss as the air escaped the space between the crystals and it solidified to a glimmering pale white, yet got much heavier. He's been playing around with designs recently and this shield was elaborate as all get out. In the center was a demonic skull with horns, fangs and a snake winding through the eye sockets as well as intricate embellishments around the face of the shield. The surface was slightly convexed outward so that strikes would glance right off and bring opponents to the sides, opening themselves up for attack. He tugs one one elbow length, leather glove and slips the shield over his forearm, tightening his grip on the handle. The sword was another work of art in itself. He's been working with different designs, at the beginning he manifested a simple short sword like a spartan would use. But through the years he started playing with it more. He thinned out the blade, because water is heavy and frozen water can be ever heavier, he worked to thin it out, compromising for a lighter weight and more razor-like cutting edge than for the strength. The water needed to make it incredibly durable was better spent on the shield in his opinion. He realized also that he hardly ever would use both sides of his blade so he opted to make it more one sided. He inspects his work, flicking off the extra slush before letting the water in the air re-vaporize and the surrounding fog disperses.

James observed and analyzed, basically what he did best, he decided that he wanted to go outside, he was sure he didn't want to be there if something wrong happens with the box Kage was opening, so he continued to think and said. "I'm going out" then he procede to summon his spear and pitted his hood on, while in his head he praticed defensive and blocking spells just if things got nasty. He deciuded to take his spellbook out as he awaited for the response of the others and practice some spells. He also decided to look for a trracking spell in order to help find Kage's watch.

Lucky

She stares admiringly for a minute at the communicator Robin gave her before slipping it into a pocket.

Once Robin starts to loot the bag, Lucky's attention is riveted on what's dumped out. Once a thief, always a thief! She doesn't pocket anything, though, just looks in fascination at what boys with wings carry with them. With one finger, she pokes at the clothes and the armor experimentally. The food gets a cursory look before she sniffs in dismissal.

When the masked woman offers to pick the lock, Lucky chuckles and raises a finger before making it glow with pink energy. "Why pick when you can...watch it fall apart instead?"

Demonhunter Demonhunter
When the strange boy with the wild hair shows up, Lucky gives him a blank look lacing in recognition. Then she shrugs. If Robin objects to the guy, she'll act on that but in the meantime, it's not her team. Who knows what else the Boy Wonder has cleared without telling anyone? If anything, she's a little relieved that he apparently recruited intentionally instead of just waiting for an open cast call.

"I'm not sure we've actually gotten to the 'welcome to the whatever thing'," Lucky says in reply. She almost offers up her name but his evident disinterest incites her own. Instead, she leans back against a wall, pink pigtails bouncing as she inspects the newest arrival.

AngelofMusic AngelofMusic
When Robin mentions the return of the angel, Lucky perks back up. Glancing at Kage and the lock, she shrugs and says "I'd probably just get it stuck anyway", clearly turning the 'get the box open' job over to the other girl.

"I'm in," she says to Robin, and follows his lead out.

raven flame raven flame
"Pocket watch?" Lucky looks surprised. Then her face, usually whimsical and indifferent, softens a little. "We'll keep an eye out."

Aram nodded at Robin. Right, they needed to examine the contents of the bag first. Apparently, that took first priority. He peeked over as he started rummaging through it, taking out the contents for all to see. It looked like any average backpack to him, even the contents. This was probably that flying guy's personal stuff. Aram wondered why he decided to drop it. Since this was his personal belongings, shouldn't he have kept it close to him? There were clothes and everything. The metal box then appeared and it was locked. Okay, now that looked important.

Then Kage volunteered to pick the lock. "Not to put you guys down or anything but isn't that alien tech? Wouldn't that be really hard to lockpick?" He asked. However, since Robin didn't object to it, he simply shrugged after saying that, indicating that there was no real need to answer him. Lucky even volunteered to break it apart using her own magic. He didn't get her power so he assumed that it was powerful enough to break something like a lock without setting it off. He watched in wonder as Kage's shadow created multiple constructs and began to fiddle with the electronic lock.

The alarm buzzed once. A man came in. He certainly didn't know who this man was. However, just by the vibe he was getting from the man, he knew that he wasn't exactly the nicest person out there. But Aram brushed it aside. Robin seemed to welcome the guy so that meant he was no trouble, and that he was a teammate now. He seemed relatively disinterested though, so that pushed Aram to think that this man wasn't exactly the most willing volunteer for the team. He also seemed to think that the box was something like the pandora's box - he heard that it contained all evils within it. If he remembered correctly, that was from the Greek correct? An Angel would not have it. But he supposed mythologies could be intertwined.

Another buzz but this time it looked like the lead flier from before. Robin quickly asked for volunteers to go topside. He then looked at the new guy who seemed to have created a fog around him. Aram wasn't sure what the intention of the man is but he saw a sword in his hands that wasn't there before. The blond male shook his head and turned to Robin who was already going up.

"Yeah, I'll go too. And I'll keep a lookout for it, Kage."

He followed close behind Lucky, finding more comfort with the older teen than any of the others in the room aside from Robin. A lone hero he may have been, but he was still young. Once outside, however, he stayed near the entrance - near enough to hear what they were talking about but far enough so he would be able to nock an arrow onto his bow and shoot before the 'angel' could reach him... unless the guy had some sort of long-ranged power; in which case, Aram needed the element of surprise.

Robin nodded to the group, although he did pause as several actively drew weapons. Raising an eyebrow he held out his hand. “We are going up there to talk to them, not fight them, hopefully. The lead showed no signs of having a weapon or wanting to fight.” In fact the lead had taken the first opportunity to run away as quickly as they could. “Keep the weapons at ready but not open or it may cause a fight.” Or spook the lead into running again. They had no idea about this being after all, beyond that they had brought clothing, food, and some weird box.

He led the way back through the hallway and up to the surface. The door opened easily enough, Robin stepping out into the night air. From this side the lead flier was somewhat easier to see. Mainly just because of the flow of pale hair that crowned their head. Robin wasn’t going to lie and say he would be able to find the speck however if he wasn’t specifically looking for it. Glancing back at the others with a gesture to wait for just a moment he stepped forward. His gaze settled on the shadow, his voice pitched to carry up that high. “We know you’re there. Come down so we can talk.”

Outside he was better able to look around. No sign of the two guards, which was probably a good thing since they were far more fight happy. Fortunately it looked like there wasn’t anyone else lurking around either. At least not right at that moment.

The being hadn’t realized that they had been spotted. They just thought that the group was coming up from the hatch that the bag was surely down for some kind of patrol. Certainly the group looked armed enough for such a thing with one of them actively carrying a sword and another with a bow. When the masked and caped one stepped forward however, calling out the being felt its heart sink. They were spotted, and challenged. No, actually, the translator kicking in and catching up. The group just wanted to talk?

The being…might be able to do that. Rising from the slight crouch they spread wings. The leap wasn’t that great, and honestly a full display of the wings wasn’t necessary. It made for an impressive show however, stepping off the high beam and with a single beat gliding down to one of the first cross beams from the ground. Still high enough to get away easily, not trapped on the ground but seemingly within range for their slightly more limited language. Not that the being was surprised about how close one had to be for their language to work. Not one yet had had wings, meaning that they had probably never been influenced by the need to speak over the rush of flight.

The wings folded to something like a half furl as the being crouched. A smaller vulnerable target, and one that the wings could be brought up and around easily even as they launched into flight. “I do not want a fight. I want only my bag back.” The tone sounded somewhat bland, something that they would probably attribute to the translator if it occurred to them that there was one. The actual reason was closer to the being trying to reveal nothing and the muffling of the mask, instinct fighting with the mind not to shuffle the wings in and out. They did not like being this close to an unknown force who may or may not have the very important items within the bag.

Will nods at the whole 'no instigating thing'. Damn... he liked instigating. He didn't want to dissolve the work he'd just made as getting the water out of the air the second time was much harder than the first. Seemed after that it just got finicky and never turned out right. He did have some nice hooks on his belt do he kept his weapons there to keep them ready to use.

He follows Robin out, half-haphazardly paying attention. More casually absorbing information as he went. But the air began misting up again as the water condensed. He decided if things went south it'd be better to have all this water available and ready to use rather than waiting for it to condense again.

His eyes do catch on the streets below though, then back to the winged.... man? An eyebrow raised as he kept trying to figure that out before his mind kinda settled on man... With a very distinct question mark following. Either way he was still a bit suspicious. Last pretty face he'd met had asked him for directions and then immediately proceeded to bite him in the ass. Of course he wanted pandora's box back. Then again he was fairly certain the real pandora's box was actually a jar. But that was besides the point. He decided to let Robin talk it out, he'd just do as he always did: Sit aside and by super judgy.

Kage hummed an odd tune as she worked one that seemed to be haunting but caring the feeling of safety and security as she worked on opening the box using a pad she wrote down each and every combination she used with the symbols and frowned seeing it was taking far longer then she expected, but no matter she would still get it open either way.

Lucky

The flight of the winged man surprises Lucky despite herself. She knows he can fly, obviously. But throwing hex-bolts long range is different than seeing a man just drop in out of the sky and make an entrance. There is only one way to react to being impressed despite herself; Lucky delivers a perfectly executed golf clap.

"Is it your bag?" Lucky asks. "Those men after you looked like police. Did you steal it?"

She crosses her arms, looking smug and completely confident.

"Po-lice?" The one who had actually spoken drew the beings attention primarily although none of the others were allowed out of sight. Tilting their head slightly to the side, they sighed. "I do not know the meaning of that word, my translator does direct words between languages." For a moment, the being went still, then the wings drew in slightly. Right, don't reveal anything that you don't have to. "Yes, the bag is mine. I can promise you that the clothing in it wouldn't fit the guards at all." All in all the tone still came out flat although there was a faint hint of a smile, the wings drawing in tighter.

Robin had to admit, he hadn’t actually expected it to be so easy. Granted, the angel was smart enough to stay higher up and far enough that it wasn’t a completely foolhardy plan. Everyone here, except will, already knew that the wings were shielded somehow, and the feathers were apparently sharp enough to slice through the cabling on his mundane weapons. Maybe the angel had missed Lucky’s long range bolts? Or the black coating Aram could give his arrows which had injured one of the guards. Robin would believe that. The lead had been running away, and while good enough to have packed a bag of supplies and outfly the guards, didn’t seem to be that experienced with dealing with potentially hostile forces. Certainly the fidgeting wings suggested that they weren’t near as confident as the tone and hints of sarcasm suggested. Robin was sure it was sarcasm too and not just the apparent translator. Was that why the others hadn’t responded to Kage at all? They couldn’t understand the language? If so then why was the lead different, why did they get a translator that knew at least some English.

“The clothes might be yours, but what about the rest? Were the guards chasing you for the box you have in there?” Robin wasn’t going to bother to deny that they had gone through the contents. Even someone without experience should know that it was a logical step or they wouldn’t have ensured that it was locked up nice and tight.

Kage frowned under her mask and she sighed and simply grabbed the box and went outside holding it to her chest and keeping out of sight so as not to startle the angel like being and yet received where she could hear the conversation clearly

Lucky

"Those are good questions, don't you think?" Lucky added, arms still crossed as she glared in expectation at the young man with wings. The truth was, she didn't know what her team's chances were in a fight with this mysterious guy. These new Titans were exactly that; new and untested. But in her experience, confidence was 90% of victory and she had confidence in spades.

"What's your story, Speedy? Answer what we want to know and I'm sure we can work something out. We're not the bad guys here."

Left unspoken was the implicit suspicion that the same could not be said for the intruder...

The stillness of the wings matched about the same expression in the eyes of the being as they looked at Robin. So they had found the box. The being rather hoped that they had just glanced in. Regardless, to get through the lock would take days, literally, and even then unless done absolutely perfectly right it would trigger quite the nasty safeguard. Not that the being wanted to kill anyone, especially for no reason more than curiosity but it did have to be protected, even if the only one who knew what was in it was those who had created it.

“The guards likely do not know the box exists.” If they did they would have happily laid down their lives trying to get it. Patterned wings opened enough to fully resettle, the twitching starting to ease. This was after all, the truth, even if a few details were left out. Regardless of whatever they might think of it, the being was sure of this, and felt no guilt. The one with pink hair was talking. The beings gaze turned to her, staring with the same sort of intensity as any bird of prey. Then the head crocked to the side. “Speedy?” The translator had caught the meaning of the rest of the words well enough, although it was fitting them together oddly, and that one it hadn’t even tried. “You must speak to me literally, and of equal or it won’t make much sense.”

Shaking their head, the being looked back to the lead, although the pink haired wasn’t quite let out of the direct line of sight. “The guards are after me, not any of my things. I upset them, by destroying a prototype technology to control the tears between realms.” For a moment he paused, looking mystified by his own words, then drew in a breath to continue. “I hope that makes sense translated. Regardless, I stopped them from using a gate to move an army. The Akanuki…” There was another slight pause, then a slight shake of the head. “They are dead, the Kiyote under them fled so there is no one who knows how to rebuild it. The only other prototype that was known to exist was what brought us here. That is now destroyed as well, which will make the guards more upset when they realize.” One of the anchor points was most certainly gone, the being having struck it squarely with an explosive. The rest had probably fallen to the ground several hundred feet below, shattering into too many pieces to retrieve. If not, well, it took a full set to do anything useful.

Robin glanced back at Lucky when she started talking, since the winged being was clearly more inclined not to fight. A good thing, although it would be interesting to see how long it lasted against Lucky’s almost hostile tone. Granted, it was valid to question on if this guy was on the side of good or not. Guards were generally considered the good guys after all.

The description of the beings crimes however, had Robin sliding more towards the idea that these guards might not be on the side of justice. He knew perfectly well about beings that felt they could march armies across transdimensional doorways and he had no intention of letting that happen again. To think that a single being had decided to stop that however, and had apparently placed the army in a position where it would take quite a while to rebuild the gate. Enough time for the people on this side to prepare. It was an impressive feat, and one that had Robin narrowing his eyes. It didn’t have to be the feat of someone who was morally good after all, especially considering a few key details. The…Akanuki? For instance. According to this being the builder of the doorway was dead. How had he died however? Robin was willing to bet it wasn’t peacefully in his sleep, and it seemed stupid for an army to kill someone like that. That didn’t exactly sound like a hero type, although he did spare a glance at those around him, specifically at Lucky before he said anything. Taking a deep breath he looked back to the winged being. “So you destroyed any way for them to get off their home plane, while also trapping yourself and the two guards chasing you here. What was the purpose of that? What did you plan to do once you got here?”

Will, meanwhile had zoned out. Giving a shit was just so hard. He wanted to care, he really did... he just. Can't. His attention span was like that of a natt. He hadn't had his first glass of vodka today so there went most of his focus and then it was early. Unless pancakes were involved, not much would keep his attention. Although more mention of the box did catch his attention. For a second or two.

His attention went all over the place before settling on his own sword. The artistry was beautiful, designs no blacksmith could forge in iron, but his fingers caught the tiniest of flaws. A slight dip in the dull side of the sword. It didn't effect the integrity of the sword, it just bugged the carrier. He rotates it in his hand before collecting enough water to fix it. Then his attention was pulled to robin and bird man again.

"Oh fun, inter-dimensional dove hunting." He mumbles.

The being’s wings that had seemed to settle for just a moment drew in slightly farther at the question. Really it was an obvious one, although unfortunately there wasn’t really a good answer for it. “I did not mean to bring anyone with me. I did not take well how close behind they were.” Really it had been a surprise since the being was notably fast for their kind, and the guards had been in far heavier armor. They did admit however, that there had been a lot more guards chasing them, and that they had been more concerned with getting the gate open than putting distance between them and those chasing them.

A shift in one of the others caught the being’s attention, their gaze staring with the same intensity as when set on Lucky, if not more. As the blade was turned, the wings spread slightly once again, enough to see the grey on grey pattern while one hand reached slightly up for the hilt of the sword sheathed straight down their back. There wasn’t a threat of attack yet, really on either side the being thought but it was safer to be ready to flee, or fight. “I was thinking only of shutting the tear and getting away where they could not reach. I did not have settled plans following.” To start with it was next to impossible to plan when the being had no idea what would be on the other side of the tear. At best they had hoped it was somewhere that they could manage to stay free of any kind of confinement and to survive well enough until they made a plan.

Lucky

"...You know, I think he might be telling the truth," Lucky said to Robin. With a raised eyebrow and a nonchalant smile, the young woman stretched and leaned against an exposed metal pillar as if settling in for a long conversation. "If nothing else, I don't think he has allies here. If he had, he'd have called them in by now since he obviously wants his box and we haven't given it to him yet."

"Let's take this inside, give Speedy something to drink, and get the whole story before we plan our next move. Or let's take him out now, tie him up and interrogate him inside. Either way, we're not getting anywhere standing out here."

Lucky really didn't sound like she much cared which option Robin decided to go with. However far she'd come, there were evidently limits to her conscience. And yet at the same time she plainly didn't mind doing the 'right' thing. Maybe she even hoped Robin would. A test perhaps?

Will hadn't quite thought of the fact him messing with his sword might would make their friend here uncomfortable. Then again, if he thought of it, would he really care? Chances are, that answer would be no. Chris would have every right to be unnerved around Will, he was notoriously unpredictable, quite literally crucified people who were even accused of causing others unimaginable pain, whether they were actually guilty or not, and could easily be described as somewhat of a self-righteous lunatic. Anyone who was smart would be uncomfortable.

"Because point blank telling someone they may get taken as a captive is a wonderful way to win their favor." He deadpans a lucky's suggestions. He lets his sword fall, sharp edge burying itself about 6 inches into the roof. Whoops. He'd have to get that fixed later. Either way, Will was the king of instilling a sense of false safety. He could make you feel so wonderfully secure as he slips a noose around your neck with little care in the world. Sometimes he'd even go so far as to play the role of an incubus, allowing himself to be the bait.

He knew what he'd do if he were in robin's position... and lets just be glad Will WASN'T in robin's shoes. For everyone else's sake.

Robin nodded slightly in acknowledgement of Lucky’s first comment before giving both of the new teammates a long look. “We are not taking anyone prisoner.” Without really good reason and so far the guy had been willing to talk and get along with them, even more so than some of the team members he was trying to form.

Stepping forward he raised his hand slightly, feeling a bit silly after the fact. What was he trying to do, call the humanoid like a hunting falcon? “We have your things, and your box downstairs. Come inside and we can discuss a little more your situation and maybe if we can help out.” Lucky did have a point about getting them somewhere else so that at least they weren’t shouting up at this guy. Plus, inside Robin could get a better look at how he moved, study his reactions to things. They would also be out of sight of anyone passing by. It hadn’t been an issue yet but there was the two guards actively searching for this being.

Rather than seem taken aback by the conversation, the being’s wings actually flickered, and then settled into a loose fold at its back. The head gave a slight crock to the side, not in misunderstanding of the words themselves, but at the concept that was probably actually translated correctly. Feeling a slight smirk work its way across the thin lips under the mask, the being rolled from the crouch to standing. If they thought that rope or cord would work, then clearly they had no idea what they were dealing with.

The being stepped off the beam without a hint of hesitation or even thought that it might upset someone. Of course, the wings opening into an easy flare made it blatantly obvious that there was reason to fear falling. The glide down wasn’t completely vertical however, Chris instead landing with a single beat before the group. Not directly in front of Robin though. Instead the being stood off towards Lucky’s side almost, putting Robin in the direct line of attack for the one who still had his sword within easy reach. “I will accept, if my things become mine again.” As for helping…well, that would remain to be seen.

Aram stood silently throughout the entire conversation. He didn't really know how to speak or interrogate or anything like that. He was better at fighting than talking to be honest. He let Lucky and Robin and that other guy, Will, handle remembering the information. He absorbed some of it but then he began moving around while trying to look for Kage's pocket watch. It wasn't very far away and he didn't pass the being with wings while doing so, so that was probably good. He picked it up and opened it, found that it was in working order before pocketing it. He'll give it to Kage later.

The blond male walked back towards them to hear that they would either capture the being to get answers or just go inside and talk to him. Robin was inclined for the latter. Aram seemed to perk up at the prospect. Hey, if they didn't have to fight, then all the better right? The being with wings seemed to agree with this and then flew or glided towards them and landed in front of the newly made team. "I'll make some drinks." He said with a rather silly grin on his face. Be it as it may, he was still a young lad compared to the others and hadn't been in the hero business for long. So for him, the best thing he could do was at least attempt to make some service.

He turned back to enter the area before looking back again, "Excuse me, but what can we actually call you?" He asked the being with wings. "Because calling you Speedy-" He gestured to Lucky who had come up with the nickname. "Or some other nickname, isn't actually ideal y'know?" He continued. Hopefully, the being with wings wouldn't be all that suspicious or outright deny his request to have a name to go with the face. It may not be any useful information, not by a long shot, but it would make interacting with him easier. Well, that was personal preference anyhow.
