Soleil Grayson/Solwing
Appearance (picture or written description):
464dac10bcd4b1d61ec64bc9291bf639.jpg
Name: Soleil Grayson
Nickname: Sol
Alias: Solwing
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Species/Race: Human/Tamaranian
Powers/Abilities: Flight, pyrokenesis - currently in the form of fire bolts, superhuman strength (to come), combat - currently weak, as she hasn't started training with her father
Backstory: Soleil is the daughter of Starfire & Robin, in an alternate timeline. In a battle with Slade, they were slain. Vowing to save her parents, she tracks down someone who can assist her in traveling back in time to save them. Something goes wrong, and she ends up in this current timeline. The good news? They’re alive. The bad news? They’re teenagers. Sol now needs to either avoid them and go after Slade herself, or join them and risk exposing herself and ruining her chance at saving their future.

~Full Backstory~

Soleil Grayson, just freshly eighteen, trudged down the long halls from her room to the training room, headphones in and eyes glued to the holographic screen coming from the communicator on her wrist. She was looking for music to train with during her sparring match with her father. He had promised that after she turned eighteen, he’d start sparring with her holding nothing back. She’d spar with him as a kid, but Robin would always go easy on her. He wanted her to understand the basics, but he didn’t want her to get hurt.

“I’m ready!” She’d tell him. He’d chuckle each time.

“You will be one day."

“Hey dad, I’m ready to kick your ass for once.” She said loudly, music blaring from her headphones. She looked up from the screen, closing it. Her father wasn’t there yet. Odd. He was usually waiting, ready to scold her for being late, monologues about how Bruce wouldn’t stand for impunctuality flowing from his mouth.

She grabbed her staff, ready to use it in case he decided to sneak attack, and inched forward.

“Dad? You here?” She called out. Silence. She pulled up her communicator and tried to call her dad. No answer. She tried calling her mom - again no answer. Okay, this is not good. She thought. She ran to the main control room to check the locations system to see if they were registering. Nothing.

“Where are you guys?” She asked aloud, a combination of aggravation and worry making her voice gruff.

She checked their last ping.

“Slade’s domain? Why would they be there?"

The screen started flashing both Robin and Starfire’s profiles

COMMUNICATIONS OFFLINE

Sol had to find them, and fast.

~

Soleil made her way through Slade’s lair carefully, but swiftly, searching for her parents.

Ah, the fledgling has arrived. Here to save mommy and daddy dearest? Slade’s voice echoed through the lair. You’ll need to hurry. They don’t have much time left.

The sound of an analog clock ticked over the intercom.

“I’m coming for them, Slade. And then, I’m coming for YOU!” Soleil shouted.

In the distance, she heard a metallic banging. A pipe hitting something, or something hitting the pipe. She made her way towards the sound.

As she searched, the sound started to grow faint in power. She was still getting close, but the pounding sounded weaker, as if they were losing strength.

“Keep going, I’m almost there!” She knew she was close - if they could just hold on a little longer.

Rounding on the room the banging was coming from, the banging stopped, and then so did the ticking. Something hitting the floor caused a loud clatter, just as Soleil scanned the room and found what she feared most.

Her mother, Starfire, laid lifeless in a pool of blood, ran through with a weapon.

Her father, Robin, laid with his staff next to him. He was propped up against the wall next to a large pipe. He was riddled with holes, surrounded by blood. He had used what little strength he had left to sound out where they were.

A tear fell down her cheek.

“I will avenge you. No matter what cost.”
Fandom origin (if Canon character. This can be skipped for original characters): Teen Titans
Personality: Soleil is reserved, like her father, but sweet like her mother. Coming from the future, she has to be guarded so that the Titans don’t catch on.
Other: From an alternate time-line. Daughter of Robin & Starfire

Name: Alvaro

Alias:
Calculha

Age:
18

Gender:
Male

Species/Race:
Skartarian

Powers/Abilities:
Fire manipulation. Knows hand-to-hand combat and a swordsman

Backstory:
Alvaro comes from a different world that’s inside the Earth’s crust known as Skartaris. He was born on the Great Fire Mountain and until he reached his later childhood years in lived with his mother in the forests. He grew up in a nomadic lifestyle as his mother and him would go from one place to another. However, when he was 7 his mother died and left him alone in the forest to fend for himself. But he was a child of the woods and he was able to get along fine just on his own. Something called him back to the Great Fire Mountain but the homecoming wasn’t something that he enjoyed as he was attacked by a dinosaur that proved to be too large and dangerous for him to take on his own. The stress of the situation was what caused his powers to burst out the dinosaur was accidentally scored to death. Unfortunately, soldiers from Thera saw and captured him and took him to the King of Thera. The King and his people thought of Alvaro as a God. He was used as a symbol for their right to rule over the people of Skartaris. Alvaro didn’t like it in Thera, but they gave him food and shelter so he told himself that it was going to be temporary before he knew it was reaching his tween years and the King was growing more irritated by Alvaro’s constant need to fight anyone, and the random bursts of running away. Soon their god was imprisoned within the Kingdom. He missed the feel of adrenaline as he ran toward a dinosaur or a giant monster to take it down. Enjoying the ground of the palace compared to the plush bed they provided him. Eventually, the Theran army was stopped by Warlord, or by those of Earth knew him, Travis Morgan. Alvaro counted himself lucky when Travis took him in. Even then Travis had to deal with Alvaro running away to stay in the forest that surrounded Shamballah. He still caused Travis and his wife Tara a great deal of stress because he would be all to ready to fight anyone who, from Alvaro’s own words, were looking for a fight.

Years later when Alvaro accidentally went into a portal and was teleported into the ocean of Jump City.

Personality:
Alvaro is easy to trust and to those he calls his friends he’s very energetic and friendly. However, he’s also very brash and would get into a fight without thinking. He may not be smart but he relies on his instinct and is able to know when someone is looking for a fight. If they are he is glad to give them what they want. If he doesn’t understand something right away he gets annoyed. When someone says something that he deems as an insult he gets annoyed. Someone cuts in front of him he gets annoyed. Because of his brash, punch and ask questions later kind of attitude those who are rational might have a hard time dealing with him.

Other:
Because of his life in Skartaris he doesn’t know how technology works and would rather break them than figure it out. Has to be told not to hunt the animals at the zoo.

Character Intro:

Alvaro gasped for breath as he surfaced. He didn’t take notice of the sky as he closed his eyes and swam to the nearest patch of land. He really messed up, he didn’t expect to get swept up in the water after diving in. His back pressed to the ground he finally opened his eyes to look at the familiar sky. His body might have been chilled from the water but his blood turned hot as he stared up at a sky that was not his own. The sun that stayed in high-noon was not where it should have been.

Something was wrong and Alvaro felt the adrenaline in his veins pump with one of the few things he hated. Fear. Alvaro didn’t like fear, it was thick and stuck to the back of his throat that it made him feel like he was suffocating.

He quickly got up and reached for his sword. Nothing. He let out a curse as he took a look at his surroundings. Across the water was a large kingdom with castles that reached high and reflected the sky.

He frantically took in his surroundings. He was alone on a small island with a large tower.

“Grand wizard?” He thought to himself as he walked to the front door.

He raised his fist and violently knocked on the door.
“’Ey geezer let me in!”

After a minute of no one answering he felt the burning fear twist into anger. The door had no handle which annoyed him further. He raised his foot and began to kick it. If no one was going to let him in he would force his way in. He wanted answers and the wizard, or king, or whatever lived in the tower was going to give him answers whether they like it or not!

Name: Cole Mitchel
Nickname:
Noir, Coal, Monster, Mr.Black.
Alias: The Dharc.
Age:
17yrs
Gender:
Male.
Species/Race: Azerathian/Human Hybrid.
Powers/Abilities
IMG_1360.png
Vessel of The Dharc- Cole holds within him an evil living weapon called Dharc. it manifests as a Black substance that can have the properties of a solid, liquid, gas, or even a plasma. When this weapon manifests it painfully converts the entirety of coles body into the blackish substance and they share a consciousness while controlling this new black ooze body. It can harden and soften itself at will, morph and shift its shape? And seemingly regenerate from any damage. Its strength, Speed, and Awareness is vastly above Coles standard levels but still inferior to being like demigods and kryptonians. However the magical nature of this ability does give it advantages against kryptonians. This power is not without risk however…malicious emotions and evil intentions from any source within its vicinity will be absorbed creating more of the dark material. Cole has a limit to how much of this material he can control at one time and once he is beyond that limit Dharc will steer the excess black material usually seeking to grow enough material to usurp control from Cole. Luckily Cole can usually Turn off his transformation on a moments notice reverting back to his human form when he sees fit. However in the event that Dharc is able to match or surpass the amount of Dark material that cole can control, Dharc may be able to take over.

Frenzied- Cole actually does not know how to fight very well, Dharc either considering how young the entity is. This lack of experience paired with their slight similarities to Bipolar disorder steming from their dual mind tends to make them a ferocious and unpredictable combatant.
Backstory:
Magic exists in many worlds, often crossing between them and forming a kind of bridge between worlds. A few centuries ago this occurred in our world connecting Azerath, to earth. The man named Arthur Mitchel was a magic user of some skill who managed to cross this magical bridge and found himself stranded in the new realm. At first he was viewed as an outsider and a threat. But after enough time had passed, he wound up proving himself a good man and a friend to the people of azerath. Eventually after many decades, he would find someone to call friend, and shortly after that he would sire a child with her. Thus Cole was born. Yet it was around this time that whispers of a cult like following to the demon god trigon began to rear its head. Fearing a threat to the realm Arthur would begin working in a weapon he hoped to use against the demon, a darkness that could absorb the evil the demon radiated, and use it against him.

Things rarely go according to plan however, the weapon was completed but it was not what he intended, the thing itself was evil and required a special kind of host to function. Alas eventually the demon god would come, and Taking the weapon Dharc, Arthur would attempt to face this threat and would utterly fail. Being destroyed and scattered along with most of Azerath, but arthur was a methodical man, and even his failure was something he prepared for. With Arthurs fall, his lover would return to their abode and take their son, along with the Contained sample of Dharc that was left in the lab. With these two things in hand she would flee the realm going to Arthurs home world of Earth.

Cole would be raised on earth from the age of 6 months to the present day, and unbeknownst to him he was being subtly prepared for his fathers final plan for him. His mother would perform rituals on him, feed him carefully mixed potions, and monitor his day to day activities fairly closely. For a long time he thought she was just a little crazy, and maybe he was right. But on his seventeenth birthday he would learn differently. A cult devoted to trigon would find his home and using magic and lesser demons would nearly kill him and his mother. Even when his mother gave him the Piece of Dharc, the wicked being would not heed his instructions and instead relished the idea if him and his mother dying. Luckily A man named John Constantine was already investigating this cult and he intervened. During which time Dharc took over Cole and tried to kill the magic user, yet John was able to Restrict Dharc, trapping him within Coles Will and forcing the Dark homunculus to submit to Coles will.

Still, his mother and he would need to go into hiding, and he himself was now a much easier to find being, with him now having a dark aura any magic user could identify. So under the suggestion of Constantine he was put in contact with Batman, who would in turn have him sent to the Titans tower to learn to master his abilities, and use them for good. Strangely enough Cole seems indifferent to this, after all for him its just another person steering his life for him, and he cannot seem to find the willpower to do anything about it.
Personality: Cole is a bit of a nihilistic guy to be honest. He rarely seems to care about anything thats not immediately obvious as a problem and even then he seems very low energy about it. He sleeps alot, tends to keep to himself, and doesnt really care if people make an effort to get to know him. He seems to just drift through life but he seems to have a good heart if nothing else. People being hurt by others tends to piss him off. Unfortunately for most he has an odd sense of morality, Basing his moral code off of Negative Entropy. Basically the way he sees it Entropy and chaos are forces or evil, making things breakdown and become worse, life is the exception, atoms stacked in organized self replicating systems. Thus whatever is good for the development of life can be considered good, and whatever is bad for the development of life is to him evil. This form of moral absolutism has its issues, as to him an idea can be more dangerous than a nuclear bomb, and that same bomb can be used for good. This has on a few occasions lead to some serious disagreements as he is willing to sacrifice a few lives to save many, something most heroes have a problem with.
Other:
IMG_1265.jpeg
Consuming negative energy causes Dharc to grow in size and mass. When the amount of mass exceeds Coles ability to control, Dharc will control the excess. If the excess ever becomes greater than the darkness cole can control Dharc will take over and seek to consume more negative energy in an effort to assert permanent control. Like a chain reaction this can quickly get out of hand and Dharc can become akin to a Kaiju or a Slithering slimy disaster.
Shared mind- Dharc and Cole are united mentally everything one knows the other does as well. Memories and dreams are shared between the two. Their Personality is interchangeable and sometimes Dharc will speak through Cole and vice versa.

Holy & Good- Holy magical items, grounds, sanctified individuals, and Relics tend to be detrimental to Dharc, not as much as a demon, these holy energy cannot destroy him, but they can weaken him considerably and prevent him from entering a place or touching a person. Likewise positive emotions like Love, Hope, Joy, and Compassion actually get absorbed by Dharc as well, their effects are much less than the negative emotions he devours, however positive emotions will still cause the Black substance to dissipate rather than grow.

Character Intro:
Another dreary day of high school had taken its toll by the time Cole stepped off of the bus to begin the short walk home. His gut told him something was wrong as he approached his house, but he stuffed it down and buried that feeling as he got closer to the door. Just before he reached the knob however he felt something more than his gut, his nape hairs stood up and he took a brief moment to notice the same thing was happening to his arm hair before he noticed the broken window on his front porch. As he stepped away from the door to investigate, the door exploded into splinters and purple light and a half cooked dude in a black and red robe came out sprawling in the yard. He didn’t even wait to see if the man was still moving before he began to hustle his way in. “Maaa!!!” He shouted as he entered and Narrowly avoided a dagger aimed for his head, before a second purple bolt flew from his mothers hand slamming the black and red robed man into the wall with a scorch mark imprinting itself around him. “Cole! Get to the basement now! You must open The Vault, it will open to your touch, GO NOW!!!” she shouted at him gathering more entropic energy into her hands. Coles eyes shifted towards the basement door just through the kitchen, but they paused on the fireplace for a moment his brow furrowing in confusion as he saw the red crackling portal. Nonetheless his legs began moving even as his mind struggled to absorb what was going on. The portal crackled and two more robed men came out this time with a scantily clad woman in black behind them. Flickers of Violet and Red filled the living room as he opened the basement door and proceeded down the steps. He was only halfway down the steps when he felt a weight slam into him from behind. He lost his footing reached out and caught a handful of cloth in the darkness causing both him and the cultist who had shoved him to tumble down the remaining stairs. In his panic he twisted and tugged at the robe he had managed to grab and somehow landed on a soft body, which let out its own crunch on the hard concrete floor.

A pit formed in His stomach when he rose and couldnt feel the body moving even a little bit. But a heavy thud above him would snap him back to the task at hand. “The vault..” He thought to himself as he made his way to the wall opposit stairwell ~~his hand on the Red handprint that looked like a kids finger painting project. As soon as he did the red began spreading to the grout between the bricks and one by one the bricks folded in to reveal a black metal box about four inches across. “What the hell i-“ he started saying as he reached for it but just before he touched it the black box melted before his eyes and moved towards him like a magnet. He tried to retract his hand but was nowhere near fast enough as it swept over him and began melting his body into it, he cried out in agony and tried to swat it away before everything went black…
<~~~>

When he finally came too, Cole found his home in rubble, black and red clad bodies were strewn about and before him sat his mother, ragged and mildly injured but otherwise okay, beside her stood a man in a tan trench coat with a light cigarette and a flaming sword in his hands. “What in the actual f-“ He started before being cut off. “You were possessed mate, apparently your Mum here thought it was a good idea to make you a monsters skinsuit, It was a bloody stupid idea, but i managed to fix it up a bit. Still, you may want to find a better school, i know a guy, expect a call and i suggest you pack up…whats left of your stuff.” He said nonchalantly while taking a drag of his cigarette and turning to walk away. “Try not to kill anyone else would ya?” and just like that the man in the coat was gone. Him and his mom took the guys advice and made their escape with what little they had, but a few hours later, just as they had settled in their new hotel, Batman came to see them, THE Batman. That was all three weeks ago, some paperwork to take him out of school, a few greased palms to get his records erased and covered up, and a short flight later he found himself in Jump city landing on an island with a Tower shaped like a giant letter T. “Wow…what brilliant architect build this Crap?” he would mutter to himself as the javalin came down on the underground tarmac. Clearly his new home was something he was less than impressed with…yet something within him seemed to grow excited as he grew closer. Sooner than he thinks, Cole will come to learn what this Something Is.

1688794378863.png
Name: Carrol Dreemurr
Nickname: Carrie
Alias: Barabajagal
Age: 16
Gender: Female, She/They
Species/Race: Human-Monster
Powers/Abilities:
Superhuman Physical Abilities: Carrol is very physically capable, possessing superhuman physical abilities beyond those of a normal human. Additionally she possesses a notable resilience to critical damage and can survive and regenerate from lethal injuries if given time to rest and nonlethal injuries during battle, although only within reason, being unable to regenerate lost limbs for example
Supernatural Martial Arts Affinity/Adoptive Muscle Memory: Carrol is an immensely talented martial artist, Carrol can copy any/all movements/actions after observing them performed once, including acrobatics, martial arts, and other physical stunts. Though her copies are imperfect without practice, especially for things like mystic martial arts, they’re leagues above what even a peak condition human would be able to do with the same amount of info.
Ravenous Appetite:Carrol is shown to have a massive appetite, as she can stuff herself with the full list of items on the menu of a restaurant in order to rejuvenate herself. Despite her toned body and slim physique, she is able to stuff down large meals and even chug an entire pitcher of water with a single gulp, showing her enhanced metabolism
Accelerated Development (Mental/Physical): Claire possesses a rapidly accelerating development rate, both physically and mentally, her body gradually adapting and evolving through combat experience. This can range from further enhancing her physical condition, to developing new powers, such as consciously overdriving her reflexes for a temporary period to keep up with a much faster opponent, or adapting night vision to deal with dark spaces.
Crisis Mode: Whenever Carrol’s body is pushed to its limit, she may pass out and undergo a radical transformation in which her power is boosted, often accompanied by an aura of murderous intent. This is called her “Crisis Mode.” It only lasts as long as her body can detect immediate danger, and she returns to her incapacitated state afterwards. The power she gains in crisis mode notably doesn’t seem to leave her body due to her power stockpiling, meaning when she fully awakens, she will be many times more powerful than she was before.
Indomitable Will:Carrol possesses immense willpower, beyond that of any normal human. She can battle through even the most intense pains, and combat strong psychic powers and mental status effects.
Power Stockpiling: Carrol’s body stockpiles strength and agility, allowing her to grow beyond what a normal human body would allow and to gradually accumulate more and more power.
Acquired Fighting Styles:
Combination Martial Arts: A seemingly unnamed fighting style. It can be assumed she has experience in different fighting styles and tries to replicate things needed for different situations from different styles. It’s a series of teachings that she subconsciously uses in combat, sort of like Jeet Kune Do. Although it maximizes the weakpoints of her opponents and is, unlike most superpowers which are more generalized, directly designed by her subconscious need to hurt other people.
Fist of the Flowing River: A mystical fighting style taught to her by Son-Pok-Cho, though her mastery of it is below his. Based on self defense and the usage of an opponent’s own force against themself, The fist of the Flowing River is said to provide "an unbreakable defense capable of leading around ones oponent by the tongue like a stream of water, only to crash into them with the force of a rushing waterfall." It can redirect, and reflect attacks with twice or half their power. Those skilled in the martial art become able to dominate their opponents in combat using only their fists, and it trains their bodies to harden their senses and fighting instinct, a highly destructive combination for someone like Carrol, who was already a martial arts prodigy.

Backstory:Carrol Dreemurr, also known by her villainous alias of “Barabajagal” Is a young girl either 16 - 17 BoS. Born in a home in suburban Atlanta georgia, Carrol was bullied as a child due to her horns. She grew up being mistreated, especially during recess whenever the other children would take part in imaginative games. She explains that the only one they ever included her in was “heroes and monsters” and that she always had to play the role of the villain, Everyone is free to choose what role they play but she was the loner kid, always gloomy and without friends. Everyone knew who the hero was going to be. And she didn't stand a chance. Naturally, there was no scenario where the monster wins. And she was always the loser.
The popular kid at the center of everything would always beat up the underdog that no one liked... That was just the way the world worked… From this view of the world that grew from her own experience being bullied and mistreated, her cynicism was only bolstered by her increase in comprehension of the other places of contention in the world. Misogyny, Racism, Corruption, It all made her disgusted with humanity.
She decided that she wouldn’t accept the notion that the popular will win, and the hated will lose, and vowed to see through the corruption of the world’s narrative. Becoming the absolute evil that the world needed in order to force a unity against a common enemy. So that no-one would be left behind. In her own words.
After running away from home, she sought out the Temple of The Fist of the Flowing River, run by the Cho family, and specifically, one of their final remaining members “Son Pok Cho” an elderly man from china. The Temple was located in an unknown location only revealing itself to those who sought the power to defend themselves. Somehow, however, Carrol’s own willpower manifested itself in her arrival, seemingly conquering the long-standing mystical nature of the location.
She trained under Son Pok Cho along with dozens of other students, all from different parts of the world and some from even different time periods. Distinctly, she was his best student. With the number two being far behind. And Cho began to see her as a daughter he never had. But the feeling was secretly one-sided.
Carrol learned the nature of the Fist of the Flowing River, and made it apparent that she’d likely be the candidate to carry on teaching. But this was not meant to be. There was great darkness that Carrol hid almost to a sociopathic degree.
One day, when Cho went to take a rest in his private quarters. Carrol said something that would forever change her destiny. “I’m done. There’s nothing left for me to learn here. I’m fighting you all for real.”
After beating every last student of Son-Pok-Cho into unconsciousness, Cho awakened to find his temple’s courtyard littered with the beaten, bloodied, and barely living bodies of his students, and Carrol standing at the center of it.
Cho, in a fit of rage, attacked Carrol, feeling betrayed by a person who he thought he could trust. Carrol was no match, and after taking a serious disciplinary beating, was expelled from the temple by Cho.
But in some ways, it may have been too late. Carrol had after all, learned one of the mystic martial arts of the world. And she had the means to use it to her own savage ends.
Fandom origin: Original Character
Personality:Carrol has a rotten, morose, and combative personality. Years of neglect by her parents and other adults and abuse by other school children has driven her into antisocial behavior and universal hate. She doesn’t like company, and she often gets angry very easily, her two moods generally shift from apathetic to furious, and she is far from mentally well by any means. Carrol is obsessed with her goals, and seems to be solely driven to live by them, even if it means taking refuge in the squalor of abandoned buildings, or going for long periods of time without sleeping. The nature of her powers and disdain for heroes mean she’d be a dangerously studious and brutally efficient star-student candidate for something like H.I.V.E. Academy. Or some other villain program, although due to her additional disdain for anyone in a position of power and the neglect she received from her teachers in normal school, it would only be a matter of time before her own goals diverged to much leading to either her own termination, or the destruction of the entire academy by her hand, as her indomitable willpower would likely make mind control or hallucinogenic hypnosis/coaxing, a non-option. Carrol has a soft spot for old people and children, and ultimately is a very deep and troubled person. While she seems meaninglessly destructive, she’s never had anyone to share affections with, due to her neglectful parents and the other adults in her life who saw her as an abomination.

"Listen mister hero, wes can do this the easy way or the hard way. The easy way is yous let me walk away with my spoyles. The hard way is I makes you lets me walk away." The man clearly had a thick accent, it wasn't quite to speech impediment levels, but it didn't make him sound educated at all.

"No! You listen here! I made a promise when I became a hero that I would defend the righteous laws of the American society. I took a vow that I would protect the values of the people. You can't just go into a convenience store and rob the cashier and think you'll get away with it because you're some sort of low-end supervillain!" Grav-Mind responds.

"Ha, you got spunk, kid... Let me see, how many punches do you think it's gonna take for me to break that?!" The man with the scarf prepares to close the distance and unleash a punch on Grav-Mind, only to stop as somebody walks past Grav.

It was a girl, she looked like she was no older than 16, she had messy, unkempt hair, and a pair of bright red horns.

"H-Hey um, little girl this area isn't safe!" Grav is puzzled on how to deal with the situation, he is an intern after all.

"Pff, little girl, that's gotsa be an old lady. You must be seein' things; just look at her face! She looks like she's in her 40s." The man in the scarf says.

"Are you what passes for a villain these days?" The girl speaks quietly, in a raspy and hateful voice.

"Yeah, so what if I ams? You got a problem with it granny?" The man in the scarf says.

"First... I'm 16... Second... Get ready for the most historic moment of your life, you insolent piece of shit." The Girl begins, still quietly. In an instant she's raised her fist and brought them to the man's groin, the sound of his more private parts and probably pelvis crunching against her fists is audible from some feet away. She then immediately, before the man can react, grabs him by the back of the head and throat and slams him headfirst into her knee, raising it with great precision and rupturing the cartilage in the man's nose, causing it to bleed.

The man collapses to the ground, his entire facade of the big scary bankrobber shattered by a girl of an indeterminate age. He's in extreme pain, twitching on the ground and likely in need of medical assistance.

"I'm taking your scarf..." The girl says, dragging the scarf off of the man's body. "Hey, Grav-Mind. You're a superhero right? I recognize your outfit. Listen, If you don't bother me while I get my shit taken care of right now, and make sure this dumbass gets to a hospital... I won't force you into an early retirement." The girl says, turning around.

Those eyes, the unadulterated, sour rage that persists through them, piercing into Grav-Mind's heroic spirit. Even just the stare from her after watching what she did is enough to give him a shiver. He steels himself however, and tries to act heroic anyway. "I-Actually um... I'm gonna need to ask you to, maybe.. Not take that man's scarf? Also... Thats um... I think uh.."

"Don't wanna take my offer? That's fine. I don't like fighting on an empty stomach. So can I at least get something to eat first?" The girl asks.

Gravmind sweatdrops. On one hand, he doesn't want to know what this girl will do if he ends up fighting her.. But according to her words, he might be able to run away or call for backup if he let her go into the convenience store and eat something. It can't be that bad of a decision...

Right...?

"Um... That's fine... Yeah, that... Sounds fair." Gravmind says. He might as well just yield for now. He tries to think of what to do here... This girl is obviously a superhuman, he could barely see her move before the man in the scarf was on the ground in too much pain to scream. Oh shit! He had to get that guy attended to medically.

As the girl moved inside, he moved over to the man and moved to try and get him over his shoulder, an ambulance from earlier had already arrived, Grav quickly brought the man to the care of paramedics, before stepping away to take out a communicator.

"G-Gorilla, Minotaur, are you there?" Grav began. "It's Grav."

"Yeah, I recognize your voice. Do you need us to come help you or something? Did that guy with the scarf turn out to be stronger than we initially profiled him as?" Gorilla asks.

"Minotaur is on line." Mini minotaur responds.

"I do need your help. That guy wasn't the issue. The new issue is... Some girl just sorta strolled up to him and left him bleeding on the ground." Grav says.

"Wait, s-she killed him?!" Minotaur asks, breaking from his normal hulk speak which he generally just does cause he thinks it sounds cool.

"No-I mean, I don't think so, he was still breathing and the way the girl hit him looked like she was using some sort of nonlethal fighting style, but she's obviously a superhuman, and she's obviously bad news. I'm at the convenience store at [ADDRESS REDACTED FOR PRIVACY]" Grav explains, looking up as he hears the door open again.

"We-We'll try to get there as soon as possible. Even if this girl is superhuman, holding her off can't be too hard right?" Gorilla asks.

"I'm done eating, get done with your communicator and lets get this over with." The girl looks like she's regenerated remarkably from her more destitute state, her 40 year old face went back to just looking like a somewhat young person with insomnia and weird red bags under her eyes.

Grav turns off his communicator. "Listen, I don't know who you are, or why you feel the need to endanger yourself by fighting me, but I've already called in backup from two of my colleagues so-"

"Good, I think I can do a three against one..." The girl says. "And since you asked. My name, is Barabajagal." The Girl says, cracking her knuckles.

Grav sweated under his mask, he hoped he hadn't pulled his two colleagues; his two friends, into a fight they couldn't win together.

[Theme - "Beatdown"]

The Immediate moments after the call, Gravmind would find himself closed in on by Barabajagal, who's movements weren't nearly as stressed or uneasy as before. The exhaustion on her face had drained away from essentially clearing out the snack isle of the convenience store, displaying an appetite somewhere between peak human and the upwards limits of someone like The Expanding Man. Seemingly even from the illness of poor nutrition she could regenerate. "I've always been wondering why you haven't moved up to Sidekick status, and you've just stayed an intern. Your two friends aren't going to provide much help, if I have any idea of who they could be." Barabajagal begins, sending her fist forwards at Grav's face.

Grav manages to dodge, boosting himself psionically to swerve out of the way and then propel a roundhouse towards Barabajagal, thinking that he's lucky she seems to be going easier than she did on the sweater villain. He also notices that she didn't shy away from taking the sweater and tying it around her neck.

Barabajagal counters the roundhouse by catching Grav's leg, and proceeds to slam him down into the ground behind her, leaving a small crack where his face contacts it.

'What the hell? I didn't even see her counter! My damn mask sensors aren't meant to recognize this kind of movement!' Grav mentally monologues. He sends a pulse of psychic energy into the ground, destabilizing a zone around himself leaving significant cracks in the ground 'I'll need to up my ante!' before using his psychic power to catapult back up and slam his foot into Barabajagal's face, further opening up the ground.

The attack collides with Barabajagal's face, sending her back a significant distance. "I see... So we're playing with the environment this time... You don't take on enemies like me frequently do you?" The hit doesn't leave any lasting marks although her skin is a tidge scuffed up. "It doesn't matter though. I didn't expect you to get a hit in this quick. And that's a problem."

"Do you only get happy when someone is fighting you?" Grav asks, suddenly coming to a realization.

"No, only when I'm stomping heroes like you into the fucking ground." Barabajagal responds.

Barabajagal enters a Seiken stance. "Since you like playing around with rough environments, try this one on for size." She says, she punches her fist down, a faint trail of blue following her fist in the attack, causing a line of ruptures on an underground pipe, the explosion of water knocks Grav, causing him to lose his balance. Her devious smile turns into a frown with gritted teeth.

'The water pipe? How did she know to hit that exact spot?' Grav has barely a moment to think a single thought, before Barabajagal closes in on him again and connects a palm thrust that strikes his forehead, aiming at his mask and leaving him spinning briefly, but just long enough for Barabajagal to connect a karate chop aimd at the front of his head as it passes by facing up.

The blunt trauma to his headset/mask causes a large crack to form on it as the back of his helmet strikes the ground, also breaking slightly from the secondary impact.

'She was... AIMING FOR MY MASK?!' Grav is mentally struck, with the sudden realization of the precision of Barabajagal's targeting style. His mask is a regulator, it helps him track movement better and better aim his psychic powers, disabling it means not only can he not aim as well, but there's a period where his powers are essentially useless because he hasn't adjusted to not having it in full functioning condition.

Grav receives an immediate stomp to the gut that causes him to recoil on the ground, spitting up vomit to one side, conveniently out of the way of Barabajagal.

Barabajagal mounts on top of Grav while he's earthbound and begins wailing on him, her punches striking most of his upper torso, leaving several fractures. "WHAT'S WRONG HERO?! IS A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL TOO MUCH FOR YOU TOO HANDLE?!" Barabajagal starts yelling, there's a combination of toxic mockery and her own angry emotions in the way that she speaks.

She hammers both her fists down into Grav's headset, busting it into 6 pieces before picking him up by the collar and lifting him up while simultaneously dismounting. "TAKE AN EARLY RETIREMENT YOU PIECE OF SHIT!" She throws him into a nearby parked motor vehicle, only for him to luckily be caught by the sudden appearance of... A certain hero with particularly hairy arms.

"Gravmind! I-I'm here!" Gorilla says. "Oh god, I-I'm so sorry. I and Minotaur tried to get here as fast as we could. We were both halfway across town and monkeybar swinging can only do you so well, even if you're... Agh! Fuck! It doesn't matter!"Gorilla says, before looking up, destitute and frowning at Barabajagal.

"Listen! I don't know what kind of lost brat you are, or what stick got shoved up your ass, but what gives you the right to do this to someone? Supervillainy is no excuse to try and cripple-" Gorilla starts to angrily discourse with Barabajagal, who interrupts her.

"Shut your fucking mouth... Blah blah blah... I get it... You're a hero... But... You don't know what I've been through, so don't talk down to me bitch. You can't possibly understand the kind of pain I've felt. What I gave your friend is barely a nano-angstrom of the hate and pain I feel in existence..." Barabajagal begins. "I'm a hero hunter. I don't follow your rules of fake saturday morning cartoon bullshit. People need to see the flaws in the society that cretins like you protect, and that starts with eliminating your influence."

"MINI MINOTAUR IS ANGRY! MINI MINOTAUR SMASH SCRUFFY GIRL!" Mini minotaur barges his way into the confrontation both verbally, and then physically by bringing his fists down on Barabajagal, who arfully dodges, flipping around and slamming her shin into the side of his head, cracking his natural body armor.

"Your two braincell friend arrived. I'd suggest you put down that gravity-shifting runt and fight me before I turn minotaur into mincemeat." Barabajagal threatens. Slamming the heel of her foot into Minotaur's head in a piston kick aimed directly at the point of stress from her previous attack, sending him recoiling, holding his face where she struck, and letting out a wild yell.

Gorilla sets Grav down, closing her eyes and exhaling, before opening them up and letting out an apeish scream. She goes into her full animal form and charges at Barabajagal, sending her fist rocketing forwards.

Which Barabajagal responds to by twirling around her fist, redirecting it with her leg directly into Minotaur, taking advantage of the flaws in Gorilla's stance due to her unbridled rage.

The redirection is aimed too, it sends the attack directly into the side of Minotaur's head, Seemingly knocking him out right off the bat.

"Y-MINOTAUR!" Gorilla cries out. "G- YOU BITCH!" She swings her arms again, trying to sweep Barabajagal with a vicious backhand, only to have Barabajagal dodge under the choreographed attack. And send her own punch into Gorilla's face, causing the bone in her jaw to pop.

The punch is soon countered by Gorilla who wipes the blood from her mouth and sends Barabajagal flying into a nearby automobile with a straight punch to the face, the car crunching against her impact.

Gorilla, enraged, picks up a nearby parked moped and hurls it at Barabajagal, who just moments before impact, springs from the car, and leaps over the moped, landing in a hunched position and spitting out some blood.

"...That hurt... A little..." Barabajagal wipes her own blood.

"How did... What the fuck are you?" Gorilla asks, incredulous as to how Barabajagal dodged.

"The term they used for me before I ran away from home was mutant. Or genetic aberration. Originally it was just the horns, and that was almost livable, but it turns out I might not even be fully human in the first place." Barabajagal says. "You can't understand. you can turn off your powers whenever you feel like it." She says. "By the way, you know how cars run on gasoline?"

Gorilla remains silent. Before her eyes widen.

Barabajagal immediately speeds over, leaving a trail of dust and catching her own scarf around Gorilla's neck,

She takes out a lighter she stole from the convenience store and chucks it into Gorilla with a lit flame, causing a fire to spread across her furry body. forcing her to leave her transformed state in order to not suffer from serious burns.

As she looks up, Barabajagal slams the pad of her foot with a bent knee, straight into gorilla's now human form nose, before extending the full force of the kick, sending Gorilla artfully into the window of the convenience store.

She lowers her arms. Looking over the damages.

Something is off.. Mini minotaur isn't where they fell down.

"MINOTAUR SMAAAAASH!" Mini minotaur brings his fist down from behind, and Barabajagal's eyes widen, forcing her to turn around, a blue trail fully emanating from her hands this time, she counters the attack by sending Minotaur's own fist back straight into his face, causing him to fully crack his dermal armor and knock himself out.

The blue aura dissipates. "You scared me. I guess I let my little secret slip out..." Barabajagal says. Holding her wrist in her other hand, and looking down at Minotaur on the floor. "..."

She exhales. "That's enough hero hunting for today... I didn't even plan this..." she says, before turning and walking away to leave.

Civilian Name: Rachel Roth
Nickname: Rae
Alias: Raven
Age: probably between 16 - 17
Gender: female
Species/Race: Half-Human Half-Extradimensional Demon
Powers/Abilities:
As the daughter of a supremely powerful and dangerous inter-dimensional demon, Raven has naturally inherited abilities due to her father. Her powers are controlled by emotion: the more she feels, the more energy is released. When overcome with anger, Raven’s body transforms. Sets of glowing, red eyes open on her forehead. In this form, Raven displays greater power — all at the cost of her control. In this form, Raven can be a pure destructive force.[8] She often chants the incantation "Azarath Metrion Zinthos" to focus her abilities even further, allowing her to perform much greater feats; she also uses this phrase as a mantra while meditating.

Magic: Raven has been shown using spells and incantations for various effects. The dark magic she learned from Malchior allowed her to forcibly morph Beast Boy, discharge uncontrollable amounts of dark energy, and break Rorek's binding spell on Malchior. Even when she switched powers with her teammates, Raven proved she could still perform magic, even while operating with Robin's lack of superpowers

Empathic Ability: Raven has the empathic ability to read and manipulate the emotions of others.
Clairsentience: As an empath, Raven can sense things. She can sense people if they're nearby] or have been in certain place. She has also claimed that she could sense if someone's mind had been tampered with.

Healing: Raven can sense pain and disease and remove them from a person’s body and assimilate them into her own, where they are expunged. She can also heal herself by going into a trance of emotional calm.

Precognition: Raven can receive precognitive flashes of the future when exposed to extreme emotion.

Soul-Self Projection: Raven can project her “soul-self,” a powerful bird-shaped astral form normally composed of dark energy. The soul-self separates from her body and possesses all her powers and more. It allows her to cover great distances, serves as a portal to other dimensions, can be used to enter the minds of others, pass through solid matter or through fire, and even alter her own appearance. Raven’s soul-self is also capable of absorbing all manner of weapons and sending them “elsewhere.” Her soul-self can't be outside her body for more than five minutes. Though normally composed of dark energy and bird-like in image, Raven's soul-self has been shaped in her normal image and manifested in different colors (most notably white).

Telekinesis: Raven can telekinetically manipulate objects by putting a little of her soul into whatever she is moving – she becomes a part of it and it becomes a part of her. Robin claimed that Raven's almost as good at moving Earth as Terra. The limit to how much matter she is able to control is unknown, though she can at least move close to two tons. Whenever she takes control of something, it is normally (though not always) encased in the same dark energy that composes her soul-self.

Energy Projection: Raven can mold her soul-self energy into any shape, from giant hands to razor-sharp blades. She can send solid bolts as projectiles and create force-field domes. Furthermore, she is able to use her soul-self to augment her physical strikes, either increasing their raw power or adding slashing damage to them

Levitation: Raven can levitate off the ground and hover, normally without visible projection of her dark energy as is shown when she moves things. Her power is also sufficient to enable her to counter the gravitational pull of other planets as well as physically carry someone as heavy as Starfire.[6]

Teleportation: Raven’s soul-self can transport herself and any other being to any place on Earth. At times, Raven has been shown creating portals with her dark energy in order to travel, rather than utilizing her soul-self. Teleportation can wear Raven out in according to the distance she is teleporting and how much she is carrying with her.

Fear Manifestation: When Raven would not admit her fears, the fear found another way out through her powers. She proved able to manifest her fears as monsters, albeit unintentionally. When she found the bravery to admit her fear, Raven was able to banish all her creations into nothingness and restore her teammates.

Power Bestowal: Raven could give others some of her power to use for themselves. The given power can seemingly be returned through touch.

Superhuman Durability: Raven is capable withstanding lethal physical damage to regular humans. Raven has been shown to survive Terra's geokinesis, Doctor Light's energy beams and even Monsieur Mallah and Mammoth's physical attacks.

Backstory:Arella, Raven's mother, was chosen to become the bride of the demonic Trigon. Abandoned by the demon, Arella was bent on suicide (while carrying Raven) when she was taken in by the pacifistic disciples of Temple Azarath, a group who had centuries earlier forsaken life on Earth to pursue their own nonviolent lifestyle. In their inter-dimensional world, Raven, Arella's daughter by Trigon, was born. Fearing that the child would bring evil among them, Juris, a magistrate of Azarath, attempted to cast the infant Raven into Limbo, only to be destroyed himself. Azar, the spiritual leader of the temple, then took the young Raven under her personal tutelage, instructing her in the truth of her parentage, and in pacifism, meditation, and the submergence of her emotions to resist Trigon's influence, while perfecting her powers of teleportation, astral projection, and empathic healing.

Later, after Azar's death (in which she entered another plane of existence), when Raven was plagued by prophetic dreams of Trigon and, defying her teachers, she confronted her demon father in Limbo at his bidding. Trigon spared her and Arella after satisfying himself that, upon his return when she reached adulthood, he could seduce Raven into becoming his ally. When Raven turned sixteen/eighteen, she sensed Trigon's power returning and fled to Earth. Raven arrived at Jump City, where she met several super-powered youths fighting a rampaging alien girl (Starfire). Raven managed to discern the girl's true reason for her demolition work and convinced the others into a more peaceful approach, which won them the alien's friendship. Despite Raven's obvious insecurity, the others invited her to join them in defeating the truly hostile aliens the Gordanians, who had attempted to enslave the girl and her presence proved ultimately essential to the motley crew's triumph over the Gordanians. Afterward, the group decided to stay together and formed the original Teen Titans. Though Raven, still feeling alienated from her new friends, remained distant to them, the other Titans soon came to learn more about her origins.

Fandom origin: Teen Titans (The animated series)
Personality:Raven is one of the most mysterious characters throughout the series. She is quiet, troubled, brooding, grim, moody, seemingly emotionless, intelligent, studious and sarcastic. She can always come up with a smart remark, specifically in reply to most of the Teen Titans' antics and attempts at humor. Her appearance and attitude appear to be that of a typical modern goth female. However, as much as she may seem slightly distant and anti-social, producer Sam Register describes her as a "...dark character, but a character everyone can relate to. She is a recluse and sort of to herself. We thought that would be a good dynamic with the rest of the team. She does have a dark background in the comic." Robin also said that she is "the most hopeful person [he has] ever known."
Raven is often portrayed as the most mature member of the group, often giving her own advice to the the others about various subjects, and generally staying cool and calm, even in desperate situations. She is, however, also the most emotionally-restrained of the Titans, appearing secretive and distant; she initially does not allow any of her fellow Titans into her room and spends most of her time by herself, usually meditating or reading one of her numerous books. Even though she is serious and cautious about her emotions, just like she was trying to tell Doctor Light saying, "Don't come any closer." The reason for her emotional restraint is due to the adverse effects her emotions have on her powers. If her emotions become out of control, her powers can become erratic and spontaneous, becoming active without her will. In the course of the series, however, she gradually, if only slightly, seems to warm up to her teammates. As shown through her quick suspicion of Terra, it is difficult for Raven to build trust for anyone, and even more difficult to truly forgive if that trust was to be broken. Eventually, she was able to forgive Terra.
Raven is often shown to make sarcastic remarks about almost everything and can be seen as rather rude at times, but there is a slight chance this personality was not always who she was. When the Titans first met, Raven appeared to be more innocent and insecure. She declined Beast Boy's offer to get pizza, probably because she is afraid that he would not like her, and because of him, feels as if she does not fit in with the others. Both Cyborg and Robin were not hesitant to accept her as a friend, even when she was not so sure herself. She was the first one to verbally recognize the others as friends, and even openly admits to Beast Boy being funny, which no sooner than a moment later, seems to regret making that statement. Her pessimistic and sarcastic attitude is then likely derived from having to put up with Beast Boy's constant corny jokes and immaturity. Despite her seemingly unfriendly attitude, Raven does indeed care greatly about the people she is attached to
