Heyo thanks for coming, the bare minimum I need to accept a character is below but you can add more if it seems relevant or you want. Stuff like family and friends, Nindo, planned appearance in the future etc.
I'm happy for people to create their own jutsu an such but know I might ask for clarification or a edit if it seems to much or doesn't fit.
If you wanted to make a demon host maybe pm me first so we can go over stuff. Everything below in brackets can be deleted.

I'm ok with characters being able to use more than one chakra nature but not at the start of the rp. They would be learned or practiced in game.)

Name: Shai Kisaru
Age: 13
Notable info: 4/1, 5'8" 1/2 ft. ("Yes. The half an inch is relevant. Please do not disregard it" - Shai) mannerisms? Elegant and unhinged. Wind/Yang chakra nature. I may add something later. I have no clue what should be here.

Personality: Shai is an elegant and well mannered young man. He's very well versed on etiquette and social norms. He is however a spiteful and easily angered man. He carries himself with a level of grace and dignity yet goes out of his way to behave in an uncouth shameless manner because he can. He loathes pompous self-righteous folk.

In that regards, he has something of a soft spot. He takes joy in helping those humble or less fortunate with little to no expectations of anything in return.

Appearance: Shai has light skin, blue eyes and light Auburn messy hair that he calls 'stylish and has much personality just like the rest of him'. He usually boasts a somewhat cocky grin.

Backstory/clan info:
Kisaru clan is known for The Merchant's Guild. TMG is ran by the various prominent families. The Merchant's Guild own various businesses from farms to to tool making servings. Various businesses and craftsmen seek out the Kisaru for financial aid. In doing so become partners with the TMG. They have a strict code of conduct for those who seek their aid as to ensure quality in their financial decisions.

Combat wise, they are known for flowing movements. Patterns, twists, turns and large circular movements. The use of daggers, kunai, tekko and all extremely close range weapons are commonly used weapons by Kisaru ninjas. The number 8 is a very important number in the clan. Many things repeat 8 times. 8 steps, 8 movements, 8 attacks, 8 forms and more.

Shai was born into a family with two well respected parents and three siblings, two years apart each. His father was an advisor of the Merchants guild, his mother was a tailor, both hailing from prominent families. His eldest brother, Shirai was in line to eventually follow in his father's footsteps. His second brother, Shaolei would follow in his mother's footsteps. The third child, a girl, Shura would desire to one day to become a teacher, and Shai would desire to become a shinobi.

Something surprisingly encouraged by his father who believed it may bring some prestige to the Kisaru clan name, and his own name as the father of a skilled shinobi. Such a man was loyal to his village, if a bit ambitious in the case of Shiroi Kisaru, his father.

In the case of Shai, it was more or less an opportunity to get out, put his skills to use, and see the world. As far as Shai was concerned, combat was like dancing. He was light on his feet, both utilized big movements and flexibility helped a lot. As a result, he refers to training as playing.

Kekkei Genkai: N/A

Best at: taijutsu and fishing. He is skilled with double daggers. He carries six and a pair of tekko. Two are deer horn/crescent moon daggers he wears on his belt, two are throwing daggers connected to chains he wears as extra belts. daggers with triangular blades that are sheathed inside his jacket. His tekko are hidden within his gauntlets.

Preferred/known Jutsu:

Smoke dome - genin - The user exhales a thick cloud of smoke that forms itself into a defensive dome. The dome of smoke can be made small to encase just the ninja, or large to encase and protect a squad of ninja.

Armor of wind - Genin - The user utilizes his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around himself. The wind forms a circle around the user, five feet in radius, so ten feet in diameter.

wind blade jutsu - A technique created by Shai. It is used to coat a weapon to give it extra cutting power. It's not very powerful, but over time he may further improve it. A genin level technique as it currently stands.

Dance of the twin blades - A kisaru clan ability/Yang style. chakra flows through the user's body as they move around more focused and alert. Agile and limber for more fluid movements. A Chunin level jutsu. Although Shai has practiced this, he has not fully mastered it yet.

Name: Kirishiki Kimiko
Age: 13

Personality:
She's not the most social person, but she tries to work on it when she can, she will not hesitate to jump in to save her friend should she have to, she also loves animals. She's determined in battle and doesn't give up until she has to or is pulled away from it. On off days she's either found training or reading depending on her mood, she will train in the rain if she can. She's kind to animals though.

Hairstyle: White hair that's sightly wavy reaching the middle of her back that covers one eye most of the time, usually it's in a messy ponytail or braid (depending on how much time she has)

Casual: A black dress with golden rose patterns, combat boots, black leggings, fingerless gloves. (her dress has long sleeves in fall and winter and short or none in spring and summer), white torn scarf

Backstory/clan info:
The Kirishiki clan moved to Konoha from a winter like area with a lot of snow, but the conditions worsened and getting food was getting harder.
Instead of settling in the village itself they decided to live outside it in the forest though. Giving them more oppertunities to train, there's also the matter of the Inuzuka clan. Their ninneko companions wouldn't agree with living inside the village, which led to some arguments, but mostly teasing, but they eventually agreed since they did need the extra space to train.

Kimiko has a black ninneko with white stripes and a diamond pattern on the forehead, which she has called Yami for it's tendency to lurk in the shadows. While she herself has no problem with dogs, there's a clear preference to cats there, the same goes for just about everyone in her clan. They bond with their partner when they reach age 5. Yami wears a kimono with armor underneath. She also wears a blank headbank Kimiko made when she was younger.

Their ninneko companions mainly use their claws as weapons, which they can make sharper by making chakra flow to them, they can use their fleas as projectiles. They can transform into a monster cat using a special food pill, but how that's made is a secret knows to only a few within the clan, they can also use genjutsu.

Body Replacement Technique
The instant before they are to be struck by an attack, the user replaces themselves with a block of wood or something similar.
Shadow Clone Jutsu
This jutsu allows the user to create one or more copies of themselves. The user's chakra is evenly divided between themselves and their clones, so the more clones made, the less chakra the user ends up with
Transformation technique
This allows the user to take the appearance of whatever they choose, be it an inanimate object, other person, or animal
Escape rope jutsu
A basic jutsu learned to escape ropes. etc
Four legs technique
By surrounding their body with chakra and moving about on all fours, the user's speed and accuracy are significantly enhanced, which in turn makes their attacks more damaging. They gain a more feral appearance: their canine teeth lengthen, their finger and toenails become claw-like, and their pupils turn to slits.
Electric Claw
The user coats they hands in lightning to strike at opponents, this is usually paired with the four legs technique, but can be used as a stand alone
Electric Blade
This technique allows the user to chanel lightning from the blade of their weapons and use it to try to stun opponent (on a lower level)
