Skills: (what they are notably good at be it naturally or learned over time, singing, cooking, fighting whatever.)
Flaws: (bad jokes, social problems, stupidity, naivety, a missing eye a old injury etc etc. For every three skills add one flaw. Or more if you want...

First arc opens in the southern Ocean where pirates attack a ship heading to the south pole. The Abstract emerges from a iceberg during the confrontation.
Joining after that point would be during the teams travels when it makes sense. If you like you can make a secondary character to play as now and your proper character can join later on when it makes more sense to the narrative.)
