As long as this is the case and he is more humanish sized (obviously wouldn't need to be exactly in human height range) then it's all good. I'll have a look at the sheet now though since I haven't been able to yet

Yes, they will be NPCs that players are more than welcome to include in their posts if necessary. Or if you would prefer someone else to briefly write for them I am more than happy to do that since I already plan for major NPCs to be under my control (such as champions, professors, and other major figureheads in the universe)

I could use someone to control Some grunts or Giovanni himself to try and recruit Ardyn. I need to edit my last post with Shinobu's intro so I could edit's Ardyn's intro to start his first encounter with Team Rocket.

I can see what I can do. It likely won't be Giovanni approaching him, given I doubt he would personally go out of his way to recruit, but I'll think of something nonetheless. Probably won't happen until I get around to posting for Ven though. Hopefully that'll be tomorrow but I make no promises
