Alright folks you all know the drill here and what this is for so let's chat OOC in OOC! No clutter in CS asking for updates on character status or other non CS posts that can be found in the character section. Please?! Thanks! It will help keep things nice and neat during the character phase and moving forward. While keeping our OOC active for questions, talk and all that good stuff and will be easier to find too. Besides using the search bar and what not.

Lastly we should all know the rules I set out and edited in during the interest check phase. But a couple here to remind us before the CS hits! Please remember that while canon clans exist, the canon characters DO NOT exist in this Rp, so please no mentors being canon characters or relatives and so on and so forth. Also if any custom Hiden and KGs will be existing or get created for this Rp then run them by me first and recall the max rule for Kg and Hiden clans in Takigakure."Kg is 2 and Hiden is 4" I doubt a small village would have more then that in terms of clans with Hiden and kgs.

A Koi fish summoning huh? Interesting. A Chunin and above ranks can have summons as long as they are reasonable, so yes. I know my Head Ninja will have a mushroom crab summoning.

what do you mean by the numbers for kg and hiden? Like max total for each person or the village as a whole?
Because I know for sure I'll be having a kg for one of mine if not for two.
And possibly a hiden too. But definitely my two higher ranked will have summons.

Oh and is it possible for them to come from other villages? Like perhaps they were born elsewhere but grew up in the waterfall village???

I mean the village will only have two Kg wielding clans and four Hiden clans as a whole. Because I don't see a small village having much in terms of Kg and Hiden like the leaf with the clans they have with Hidens and such. So I'll only be accepting so many Kg clans and so many Hiden clans.

If born in another village and they grew up in the Waterfall so their Kg or Hiden is more of a adoption? Then I might allow some more in that form but not many beyond the overall total given above. But yes if explained in background then I'll allow non Waterfall born shinobi into the Rp.

1: Nah, only your basic and common releases count against it. So, Earth, Fire, Lightning, Water, Wind, Yang and Yin.
2: Yes that is correct

Last question, since the answer to 1 was that Kekkei Genkai don't count toward it. Well, kind of a multi-question thing.

Are you going to consider Dark Release a combination Kekkei Genkai, or treated as an independent Nature Release, like Shikotsumyaku? If a combination Kekkei Genkai, it would technically add a second Nature Release to the character outside of the Dark Release, right? It's why I wanted to confirm all of this with you.

Dark Release I'll say it will be independent. The Kg has no element to it that I can recall though I've only read about it in Wikia and not seen it. So like other kgs I won't count it as one of your elements. If you're going to use it with a genin then you'll have 1 element still though just keep in mind the skill with your Kg won't be high as a genin and same for all with kgs at genin level.

Arne Adding more to the CS is allowed yes. ^^ If people already have a jutsu list and wish to include it then feel free to include it, if desired. Just for now it's not required.

Alright, so kg will be its own Nature Release then. Also, the character's gonna be more than just low in skill with the kg; won't have control over their kg and won't even know how to use their basic Nature Release :x

The Silent Z quick heads up since idk if that's going to conflict with anything you've planned. I'm planning to make an Uzumaki character for my anbu member since Uzushio is already canonically destroyed for quite a while now if we're starting around the same time period as the show.

Since I don't recall any Hiden or Kg relating to the Uzumaki. I'm fine with a Uzumaki OC as they were said to have scattered after the villages destruction where they originated. So it makes sense for the Waterfall to be one possible option while also it doesn't conflict with any plans I have. So yeah I'm cool with this idea and yeah timeline is the same as Original naruto at this stage.

Also a heads up: Bad weather here so internet issues have begun and my replies might vary for awhile.

I'm going to have it as a kg clan from Takigakure, just for simplicity of reason as to why Dark Release is here rather than kept to its village. If anyone else wants to take this village kg spot though, I'm alright with it.

So far you and Ai are the only ones who have mentioned Kgs, so it should be fine and sounds cool. Since dark releases Origin is unknown it would be interesting to see it from Takigakure. Imo.

It'll be equally interesting to see a Shinobi who's virtually incapable of anything possess such a potentially powerful kg.
