Tagging

So, when creating an rp, I try to do the tag thing and it will say that I'm doing it wrong. Will someone be so kind as to tell me the proper way to do it?

When you're in the rich text editor, all you have to do is type @(Username here). It will give you a selection of names when you're typing to make it easier. In the BBCode editor, the code (I think) is {user=(User ID, which can be seen when viewing their profile and it is in the address bar)}Whatever you want{/user} and just switch the braces for brackets

If you mean roleplay tags for forum roleplays - you need to enter a comma (,) after each tag.

But, it won't let me create it unless I tag people to begin with. At least, that's what I think it does.
