I took it that way, everyone is on their way to the gate and then someone points out the path after they realize it's jammed.

I don't believe our characters have gotten to the gate though yet, and I think it's still up in the air whether or not they will see the other path. Alexei is the only one who knows the gate is jammed yet, yes?

Yes! You can write your post with your character riding the cable car either alone, or with another character! They'll all be meeting in front of the gate. Once they're there, I'll reveal the possible scenarios.

EDIT: As for the other question, a paragraph is good. I tend to believe in quality over quantity. :-)

Not yet, sadly. I hope they'll find it soon. I'll be making a ton of calls until they do because I know from others' past experiences that they don't take missing packages seriously enough. Especially if it's not via Priority Mail or something. Rip.

I JUST GOT CAUGHT UP AND ALL OF THOSE CONSPIRACY THEORIES HAVE MY VERY INTRIGUED! Everyone's ideas are marvelous and make me even more excited about the post.

Seeing as Karin is afraid of serial killers, she wouldn't go alone. That just calls for immediate death on her part. Even though she doesn't know of any actual serial killers on the loose, a reclusive place is somewhere a killer would be- so her little paranoid self wouldn't risk it. With that said, she'd probably go with Kat and Teddie, where ever they went, she'd follow- but even if that wasn't the case, she'd probably still climb the gate and help others over it. There has to be a reason as to why the road isn't traveled often, and it isn't because the gate got jammed because Emm said that it happened often. I think there might be some mysterious lore behind this whole place and they don't know about it.

I'm getting myself a little too excited. I'm probably going to post tonight, maybe within the hour if I get in a huge writing mood
