    Personality:
    A reserved personnel with a swirl of charismatic dose that commands respect of those that receives them. Their eloquent and decisive nature both in action and words make them a capable representative of the Sarti Corporation. A patient man and a cunning warrior, Lam prefers to discern facts from hearsays. Uncompromising in deeds as he is fluid in negotiations, many Syndicate members have come to respect the man's competence as well as his undying loyalty to Viktor Samanova - despite his past affiliations with the 86 Dragons.
    Backstory:
    Born in Hong Kong, Lam underwent a rough childhood in the complicated streets of old Kowloon. His troubled childhood brought him to the doorsteps of the 86 Dragons at the peak of their power in the 90's. There, he grew up to be one of the most efficient courier of the triad, then later an enforcer. His profound loyalty to the Head of the Dragon at the time made him earned him a notable reputation on the streets, despite his young age.

    Following a shift of power ushered by the new candidate for the seat of the Hong Kong Triad, Lam became a victim of the subsequent purge which left him for dead. At least, until he was saved by Viktor Samanova, of whom was a new player in town at the time. Recuperated and sent overseas for education for a few years, Lam eventually returned to Hong Kong to oversee the Syndicate's security details under Viktor once again. Thanks to the Marshal's investment in his educationa and training, Lam resurfaced as a leader. Despite the wrongs that he suffered in the past, the man showed profound patience and chose to honor his savior's deeds over revenge. Even so, when the Sarti Corporation gained tremendous grounds over the recent turf wars to establish their base of operations, Lam found a certain sense of pride as the wheel of karma turns in his favor.

    Appearance: Habitually wears a silver pendant around his neck with the inscription of "Salus Rei Publicae Suprema Lex Esto" His muscles are tight and hard under his skin, but packed into his lengthy size and loose clothes, it is not evident.

    III. Background
    Personality: An outgoing person, Santiago is never one to seem too diligent, hardworking or eloquent of a person. He begins his day with a Caipirinha and ends it with a Bellini. Often the relaxed manager passes through his-Sarti Corp's-warehouse with a magnetic smile and affable demeanor that simply invites people's attention. Possessing a minor arrogant streak, the man does not try to hide it but is not wholly ignorant of its existence. And many new workers mistake his approachable nature for something else although they quickly learn that while he is not as strict as the rest of Sarti's managers, his punishments are just as harmful perhaps moreso.

    Backstory: Santiago Mercado-Ferraro, one born to Alfonso Mercado-Ferraro and Márcia Serra, spent much of his life under careful tutelage by his father. But before his father became aware of him or vice-versa, Santiago underwent an interesting period on the streets of Brazil. It came naturally to him, uncannily natural. Still, he suffered. It was only when at the age of seven did Santiago's father, Alfonso learned of his birth and quickly flew over to Brazil. Despite having only learned about him days ago, Santiago brimmed with excitement. And his father certainly lived up to the child's expectations, low as they were. In the blink of a few months, he and his mother were whisked away to Italy where the young boy remained.

    After completing his education, Santiago followed in his father's footsteps and enlisted in the Italian army. At the age of twenty, Santiago participated in several peacekeeping missions around the middle east. Cutting his teeth on insurgents and "freedom fighters," their tactics and fanaticism and the sand and dust and panhandling did not blunt his smile. His cool-head and talent for violence shot him up for a candidacy in the special forces which he almost failed, but made it by with the skin of his teeth. He left the forces when he learned that his mother had fallen terminally ill with cancer. She died soon after her diagnoses.

    Santiago went to work in a warehouse for Sarti Corporation. The pay had been livable and the benefits were forgivable, hours weren't all that bad. He would be content to keep working until he finished his higher education, but was one day approached by a representative of the higher-ups.

    Now Santiago was not a criminal, but his brief stint in Brazil made him keenly aware of illicit activities. Under normal circumstances, he would've immediately reported this act to the police, but his nose sussed out that this "organisation" is not at all what it seems. He had always wondered how the Law looked from the other side, so out of a begrudging curiosity accepted the offer handed before his feet.

    Finishing what remained of his education, Santiago returned and rose to the level of warehouse manager. A modest position, but the frequent shuffling of locales did not tickle Santiago's fancy. Least the carnal aspects made up for it.

    III. BACKGROUND
    Personality: (Notes: Morally-gray, selective curiosity, adrenaline addiction, physical touch love language, words that incite chaos)

    Backstory: Aisulu was born in a small, dying town in Kazakhstan, where its people were forced to relocate to the city due to work opportunities. She was put up for adoption as a toddler because her birth mother had passed during labor and the elders that had taken her in could not longer care for her. The Campbells, a wealthy philanthropic family in Connecticut, adopted her at the age of three.

    The Campbells were quick to realize Aisulu's natural affinity towards technology and knowledge. She learned quickly for her age, so they put her into many programs for the academically gifted. The pursuit of knowledge came at the price of her never having a real childhood, however. She didn't know what it was like to grow up as a normal girl or how to make friends her own age. Everyone around her was much older and had other plans for her.

    Growing up, Aisulu always had a questionable relationship with her older brother of three years. There were many encounters where she felt uncomfortable but was too fearful to bring the topic up with parents who'd never really cared for her on an emotional level. On the night of her 14th birthday, however, he went too far. This night resulted in her breaking bones on her brother's face and her being forced to serve two years in juvenile prison.

    The broken bond between her family made an emancipation easier when she was released. Aisulu entered the world of sugaring and hacking in order to survive until she got bored one night and decided to hack into Sarti Corporations. She made the novice mistake of leaving her signature "The Prophet" in one of her codes which led to her being tracked down and recruited.

    They paid for her to get an official higher education and now she heads one of their subdepartments.

    IV. ABILITIES & SKILLS
    Relevant Skills & Experiences:
    - Aisulu is a computer whiz and is well-known in the black market as the "Prophet."
    - Contrary to what one may assume, she's rather skilled with knives. She regularly carries a set of butterfly knives on her and often plays with them idly.
    - Late night prank calls as a child helped her develop a knack for voice acting and acting in general.
    - Though she isn't the most skilled fighter by any means, Aisulu can hold her ground. She knows the basics of physical combat and small arm weaponry. Enough to protect herself, but maybe not enough to send her on the forefront.
    - She's a good pick pocket. This is another skill she developed because she was bored.

    Connie is a loud, some might say obnoxious, girl that does not like to sit still for long. Quite different from her father, the famed Connor J. McKinley, and more in line with her great grandfather, Caleb McKinley
    Backstory: Like most the work for the Syndicate, Connie is a descendant of one of it's original members. But as far as she knew, being taught the proper use, techniques, and maintenance of firearms and hand to hand combat was what ever girl did growing up. She did, of course, eventually realize that her childhood was far from normal. But at that point, what was she to do? Especially since she had started to like what she had been raised to do. So there she was, the big girl with the big guns in a world that seemed to think a dinky little 9 mm would stop anyone.

    IV. Abilities & Skills
    Relevant Skills & Experiences:

    1. Heavy Weapons Girl: Connie was trained in the use of most fire arms, but she really seemed to enjoy the big guns. LMGs and their bigger siblings, shotguns, anything that made a loud bang and/or a good kick to it was her cup of tea.
    2. Rough and Tumble: Having learned mixed martial arts in her teen years, she's more than ready to break someone's arm in a fight.
    3. Big Guns Never Tire: Having to carry around the large amounts of ammunition required to fire her favorite play things, Connie has naturally built up an amazing endurance and can jog for miles with a full equipment load and enough bullets to cut down a small tree.
    4. And Boom Goes the Dynamite: If you want an impressive fireworks display, give this girl a call, she'll have some bootlegged fireworks rigged up in no time.

    Personality:
    Hinami maintains a cool head even in the most tense situations, never clouded by heightened emotions. While she does not appear to be quick to anger, this does not provide any salvation from her brutality in combat. Relaxed demeanour aside, she certainly does relish in a fight. That is the extent of her sadism however, as outside of such things she is amicable to her peers and enjoys delivering the occasional dry joke.
    Backstory:
    At some point in history, a member of the originally British Watson family, descended from an employee of the Syndicate, married one of the Japanese Kojima family. The resulting child, Hinami, had found herself an affinity for illegal street racing at a young age, proving herself to be a prodigious motorcyclist. And with a career in street racing came rivals.

    Surprisingly, within the most prideful and skilled recurring opponent she faced, there was a respectable sportsman. Racing against them felt more like a fun game than a competition, and eventually they stopped facing each other for the money and instead did it for their own enjoyment. Then one night, she won the wrong game. Her rival had found themselves indebted on the Yakuza, and on that night intended to use the prize money to help pay them off, but was too dignified to inform Hinami of the situation. The mob beat them to death not long after.

    In perhaps one of the only instances of Hinami making a hasty decision as a result of her emotion, she offered her services to the rival Yakuza family and was recruited into the gang war against the ones that had killed her friend. She made herself useful as a reliable getaway driver as well as a driveby fighter, adding automobiles to her repertoire of vehicle proficiencies, and developing a significant skillset in various weapons and unarmed martial arts.

    She was on the losing side, though. The family she'd aligned herself with was eventually almost wiped out. By this time she'd exhausted her will for vengeance. It'd been years since she'd started fighting, and the ones responsible for her personal vendetta had likely already perished in the conflict. It was at this point that she was recruited into the Syndicate. As it turned out, she apparently had a family history with them.
