Personnel
Personality:
I've always been fascinated with birds since I was a child, my father always told me how they were protective of their family but also distant enough for personal growth to ensue, much like how he protected others through his ops and missions. Both him and them inspired my to be the mother I never had for other life forms, both animals and humans alike. I vowed to do everything in my power to protect those who I care about, and to protect those that were unable to protect themselves. I've tried my best, but sometimes our best is not enough...
Deep down Sylve shows qualities and traits akin to a mother, loving and protective of all life forms despite her stance of whether she cares for them or not, yet is berried by the fact that she keeps her distance from others and tends to give off a feeling of gloom, sorrow, and deep thought. When she is not out protecting those she has been tasked to protect or just protecting those in need, and not training, then she is often found secluding herself away from the rest of the world. Lost in deep thought, or a good book, she tends to be reflecting on past events and dreaming of what is to come. She is protective, and some might even say over protective, of people she either cares for and people she is tasked to protect. She has always been the first to lay down her life to protect those in need of protecting, not shying away from death, acting as a sort of modern day romanticized knight. Due to her extensive training she has mastered her emotions, during combat, and no longer has a chance of being inhibited due to her emotions clouding her judgement.
Due to her habits of isolating herself from others she has show that she is still open to interaction, she is just not known to be one to seek out attention or interaction, she is mistaken for a cold and detached person when viewed by people that do not know her well, but in fact she is actually a friendly and insightful woman. Conversing with Sylve leads to one finding out she is not only kind and friendly, but also intelligent when it comes to many problems; such as math, philosophies, problems, and strangely enough even friendships (even though she will act like she doesn't know much about them). Sylve also show's off a more flirtatious side of herself when interacting with other females, most notably those in a higher position then herself.
History:
When I was a child, I did not have a full family. My mother was no where to be found and my father would not speak of her. Although it has been a toll on my earlier life, it did not affect me as many others in similar positions of myself. My early life was spent between normal school life, practicing with my father when he was home from deployments, and my fascination with birds. Although school was much less important to me, deciding to drop off after sophomore year to op out and focus completely on the military. From a young age I was fascinated with birds, and I still am today, with their ability to, seemingly, effortlessly through the air by use of their majestic wings. During my free time I would just watch and study many different species of birds, my father always telling me of their motherly behavior and how they were similar to how he was; protecting others. This helped solidify my decision to want to be like my father, a great sniper that could protect those in need. He helped train me personally, we making my first sniper when the time came, and even was able to help get training from the STP the military offered him.
It is unknown how Sylve was so talented and quick to learning in the way of sniping, but she quickly blew through our training program and rose to be better then all of our top snipers. Corporal Zeke, considered to be one of the greatest snipers to leave our program, always stood with his statement that his daughter was better then him, and it was proven right time and time again. Under normal circumstances we would not allow a young child to enter our training programs, but after much persuasion by Zeke it was decided she could enlist in a more basic version of the training program until she reaches an older age. Quickly Sylve flew through the program, catching the eye of many higher ups, and putting to shame many other snipers enrolled. Upon reaching a more acceptable age, she made it into the actual boot camp, AIT, and other regiments to suite her choice in going into the Special Ops division; where she rigorously trained until she turned 18 and was officially enlisted.
During her time Sylve has completed nearly 50 ops and missions with her unit, the Skyburners, and earned multiple awards in honors for her bravery and prowess in her field. However during one of her later ops she was unable to protect her squadron while on active guard duty for a peace conference and lost every other member, including her father, leaving herself to be the sole survivor. She seems to have not recovered emotionally from that event, but yet at the same time has enhanced her resolve for protecting others.
I remember it like it was yesterday, that fateful night where I lost everything...The IJN was just spreading and countries were quick to notice that this thing needed to be stopped. Unexpectedly Russia offered an Alliance with the U.S to help quicken the research and offer more resources to help as well. With this alliance accepted, a treaty was to be drafted and signed by both sides in Moscow. My squadron, the Skyburners, was sent on the U.S's side to protect the ambassadors and representatives. Me, my father, and the rest of the squad met up with the Russian's defense unit three days in advance to set up defense perimeter and ensure maximum security; everything was riding on this signing.
At first we were skeptical of each other, only cooperating for the good of our countries, but soon both of our teams became friends as set up got closer to being finished. Their leader in particular had caught my eye, she was quite beautiful. Perhaps one of the best looking girl's I've ever seen. Samantha was her name; Russian accent, pale white skin, Black hair with gold ornaments, and about 5'8. She must of caught me eyeing her now and again as soon she had confronted me in private, I was scared at first but quickly turned to elated as she had asked me out on a date after this mess was all cleared up. I was like a love-struck child at that moment, enthralled I of course accepted and eagerly awaited for all of this to be over. Of course soon it would be all over...
Fast forward to the fated night of the meeting, and the drafting had started. Our teams broken off into 4 main groups, the main bulk of my squadron took the inside while the Russian team took the outer perimeter. My father, our current leader, and one of their snipers had taken perch to monitor the front of the palace while me and Samantha had taken to monitoring the back half. We each had monitors connecting to the other perch with active feed. This allowed us to communicate and keep company during those stressful times.
Watches duty was swapped every hour to allow the previous person to rest and recoup from the stress, we talked about a number of things, and nothing eventful happened until it got close to the signing of the treaty. Unknown shipments began to arrive and so we radioed down to their teams to check them and shoe them away. More time passed and nothing really happened and Samantha decided to spend her break a little differently...
Suddenly everything changed, an explosion rocked the lower floors and jarred us into action. We could hear the panicked screaming as a second explosion went off and we lost contact with the inner team as the outer team began to evacuate as many people as they could. Right after we arrived at the front gate a third explosion went off, my father ordered me to stay as the rest of the crew went in to rescue as many people as they could. People started to flood out, but before they could get out themselves the building collapsed and was engulfed in flames. I lost everything that day...
At age 20 she came into contact, and was ultimately infected, with the IJN virus and, instead of dying, she was one of the lucky few to instead be mutated. The mutation she received were Bat-like Wing structures, effectively turning her into an Avian. However unlike many of the people who gained mutations, she instead accepted them and began training herself to be able to use those said wings while still going on recon missions, going out of her way nearly every time to help smaller towns and villages to stay alive from zombies and other, more hostile, survivors. Her greatest achievement being that for a whole week protected a small town from Raiders until a visible retreat on their part was ensued.
Even though she was enlisted with the rest of the Enhanced, Sylve had remained active in the military due to her already being in top condition with her prior training both with, and without, her mutations. Once the military base was constructed in New York she was transferred there for a few months before being transferred to the Enhanced Squadron and sent out to combat the threats.
Other: Fruit Punch Gatorade
Combat
Squad Role:
Sniper&Recon- Due to her ability to fly she is able to keep distance from the group and be able to see threats and targets ahead or behind the group. She has also spent most of her life as a sniper within the military due to her father, Corporal Zeke Zanzi, being a renown sniper.
Equipment:
Sylve has access to a total of four weapons in her arsenal, which she does not carry one most of the time outside of the base, her main weapon being the high-tech sniper known as the Quick Fix RR4. Her Quick Fix RR4 is a state-of-the-art sniper that comes complete with a scope that changes zoom between short-scope, for closer targets, and long-scope for longer targets. The Quick Fix also is capable with multiple experimental ammunition specifically designed for supporting teams from far away. She keeps a mixture of her normal .338 Lapua Magnum cartridge for killing, Gas pellets for stunning/confusing enemies and providing cover for allies trying to escape, tranquilizers for quickly knocking out a foe, and Wards; projectiles that latch onto the surface they land on and producing spy camera's that give Sylve active feed through her other equipment.
Sylve's final weapon is something she holds dear to her, it was something her and her father made together before he was killed during a mission, and that would be Deadeye; her first sniper riffle. This sniper helped train her even further in her accuracy, due to the lack of a scope, and has ever since been her sniper that she trains with. Although she does not take it out on missions she always uses it around the base, and just like all her other weapons she keeps them in pristine condition.
Outside of her weapon arsenal she uses the T.I.N.E.R. Recon headset, a headset that (once activated) will move from the sides of her head to covering her eyes, granting her the ability to scan the environment using Thermal, Infrared, Night Vision, Electrical, and also for Radiation. She can swap back and forth between them at will and can also hook up to the spy cams she can shoot.

- Sylve has received many awards and military honors within her time of active duty, receiving The Marksmanship Badge, The Medal of Honor, and The Distinguished Service Medal.
Powers: Not as extreme as most cases in terms of powers derived by mutations, Sylve does however have the ability to fly due to her wings (which has now become effortless over the years) and an even stronger enhanced condition. She is prone to thunderstorms and electrical attack during flying though and tends to stay away from them all together. She also has complete control over her wings, able to extend them and fold them at will.
Skills:
Enhanced Aim: Due to years of training and execution Sylve can judge extremely long distances amazingly accurately, and undergo multiple calculations in order to hit a target accurately. If a target is moving the user can calculate the best method to hit the target. Visual obstructions like light to medium smoke and vegetation do not hinder her ability to get an accurate bead on the target, and her intense focus on whatever she's shooting at allows her to shut out outside distractions. Sylve can compensate for environmental factors that would normally throw off their aim like wind, air resistance, gravity, and radiant heat (which distorts the image of the target).
