In the world of Oqerat, the continent of eoqeodolon is in danger again, for several ages it has come under threat from several evils. Some of whom have returned at the moment, some of whom haven't, more will be brought in as the story begins.
11,000 years ago the evil gods of chaos and dark magic respectively named pandemon and akuma wreaked havoc on the entire world before they and their minions were sealed away by the other gods who returned to their realm of agantu afterwards.
Eight thousand years ago Tyrannus the poisoner, a green dragon who had learned the dark arts awoke from the slumber he entered at the end of the war of the gods awoke from his prison and decided to destroy the free kingdoms of eoqeodolon as an amusing joke, a joke that resulted in a wizard putting him in a magic induced coma.
Five thousand years ago, in the desert kingdom of tanodet the first necromancer who was named mesedsure rose and tried to conquer said kingdom with an army of the dead, the first of it's kind. Mesedsure was stopped by a priest named nekhtarhebi although his legacy would survive in a talisman shaped like the sun that had an ankh on it that contained his soul.
Three thousand years ago barad-dur the dark lord of all rose and made war on the free kingdoms of eoqeodolon with his armies and ferocious magical power before a plucky band of heroes struck him down and drove off his armies, at about the same time a fairy named zarda attempted to usurp her aunt as queen of the fairies after being corrupted by an artifact left behind by akuma before he was sealed which was called the midnight diamond, her aunt defeated her and sealed her and her armies in another dimension called the infernal sanctum which would begin a vicious cycle of zarda returning every 70 years and making war with her armies against her aunt, only to be defeated somehow and sealed again.
Two thousand years ago an elven prince named astaroth, angry that the elven kingdoms fires of succession denied him the throne of the high king of elves gathered an army of followers and waged war on the elves, the dark elves lost and retreated, their boss horribly injured establishing the so called dread domain, giving their boss magical life support armor, and scheming and plotting their return to the elven realms.
849 years ago Zodan the wicked, a survivor of a species that had been almost destroyed by pandemon and akumas war with the gods rose up with an army of monsters intent on claiming not just eoqeodolon but the entire world of Oqerat! He was killed by another band of adventurers after a long battle but would return again and again to try again.
822 years ago a lizardfolk Prince named gigroxosz, mad that his elder brother gattoxizk was named as their fathers heir, learned dark magic, created a new race of lizardfolk called reptilians to serve as his minions, and used them and his dark arts skills to attempt a hostile takeover, only to fail and be forced to retreat with his minions and establish a kingdom in the jungles of australis, the southern region of eoqeodolon, dubbing himself king lizard. Gigroxosz still lurks in those jungles to this day, According to the legends.
Unfortunately several of these evil overlords returned at the same time and are now fighting the free kingdoms/each other for the continent, and now the realm needs a hero or more than one to come in and save the day.
(I just wanted to do a heroic quest BTW)
