I am looking for collaborators, and players for a SAO themed role play. I wan it to be free, but nothing to extreme, and I need a rather small crew for up keep and monitoring. I am dead set on creating the best SAO based Rp, Rp nation has ever seen!!

Ooooo. The best SAO-based RP, RPNation has ever seen?? ^-^ Flare, I like it. Sword Art is an excellent set to have an RP in, but making it fresh and exciting is going to take some work. I mean some truly innovative and ingenious work. <----This is what makes it so difficult. There are also problems you have to address when you do it.


1. How do you make an RP in a world that's so darn big?


2. How do you involve what made SAO so great?


3. What leveling system will you go with? Is it going to be specific, or will people be the highest level at the beginning, etc


4. What other goal can you add besides clearing floors? (Getting PKERS involved would be an option; or a a virus that spreads -- if a player touches another character they get the virus that slowly lowers their HP till they die?)


5. How can I make powers speccialll?


6. You need to expand on the classes.


7. Make skills like cooking and weapon-making sexy and useful.


8. An Rper to play the system


9. Throw in twists! If you're serious about the RP and want twists, PM me.


Anyway, there's a lot more to consider, but those are a few( xD ) major points.

I have a multitude of answers for each question you have posed, but I am unsure which one of all of these answers would be best suited for the player. I wish to bring others in on my ideas, to better not only my writings, but the player's experience as well.


SAO was great for a huge fan base, the use of character development and emotion in the writing is what I want to focus on, and make it based on many groups/ couples like Kirito and Asuna.
