    History: When Miyu was fourteen years old, her older sister, Soko, had been one of the players of SAO when it first came out. Miyu herself had almost fallen into the same trap, but didn't have the money at the time, and lucked out. About two years later, her sister had been one of the few thousand to survive the game. After a few months of therapy, the two sisters bonded together, more then ever before...but even still, Soko didn't like talking about the game much. Finally, a year after the first game, the 'World Seed' was released, allowing everyone to make games to their content. A game company, Rising Sun Corp., rose to fame. Very soon after, they made a rather controversial game. Sword Art Online, the remake. At age seventeen, Miyu became determined to explore, and conquer the game her sister was trapped in for so long. Though Soko herself refused to play the game, with Miyu's determination, the older sister gave in to at least discussing the beginnings of the game. With a few hints and tips in store, Miyu delved into the same game, that was once her sister's nightmare.

    Personality: Ai is a sporty, very athletic person. In her school, she's known as the swim team leader, and a very talented soccer player. She has taken Judo and Kendo over the years, but dropped out of both of them. Because while she flourishes in swimming and soccer. something about martial arts and things of that nature just kill her spirit. She holds an air of superiority over the other students, and is known for being very strict to her training. While considered 'popular', Ai doesn't have that many friends. Not because she can't make any, but because sports and her home life are more important to her. She gets hit on for her looks, but teased for not being very feminine. But not many people get away with it...I'm sure you can understand why.


    History: Ai is one of those lucky people. She never really had any terrible things happen in her past, no real hardships, etc. She lived in a family that wasn't poor, but weren't rich, and they were happy with it...more so, her parents were happy with it. The simplicity of their life was to boring for Ai, so she set out to become great in something. Trying Judo and Kendo at age five and six, nearly killed her spirit for any form of sports. But with encouragement, she backed out, and found other things. Ai quickly rose to the top in her swimming team, winning a few awards even. Soccer was pretty much the same story, but she has yet to achieve the rank of 'captain'.


    Relationships: None, currently.


    Other: Though she once despised any type of video game, Ai grew a large interest in them during, and after the SAO incident. So when the SAO remake finally came out, she decided to try out the game that caused a few thousand people's lives.

    History : Kou was just a regular student at a local school. He is not the type that stands out and attract attention from his schoolmate, but he was really good at numbers. So he would regularly ace Math and Physics class. At first, when the original SAO launched, Kou was one of the people that interested about the game. He even planned to line up with others so he can bought the new game. Luckily, when his turn to buy came, the game was sold out.


    The news that most people who played SAO died really shocked him. He almost burn his Nerve-gear, but he kept hesitating. Not long, the game was said to be cleared and people who was still in the game survived. Few years later, when he walked around the city he noticed his crush, Miyu, was going to a game store and bought the new game from Rising Sun Corp., a controversial SAO remake. Determined to win Miyu's heart via the game, Kou overcomed his fear and decided to play the game, with the help of guides he found on the internet.

Personality: Easily angered, easily flustered, loosing his cool isn't very uncommon for him. He's also very ambitous, and will strive to achieve his goals. While he sets goals, they to be on the more acheivable side of the spectrum. A little naïve at times.


History: He moved to Japan to live with his aunt and uncle right after the release of SAO. He didn't think much about it. When he attended school he found himself constantly getting 1uped by Kuo. He later developed a sort of rivalry, although it was completely one sided.

    History: Elle was born into the life of a rich woman, and being the heir of a well-known Japanese company, was expected to act like a lady. And so she did. It was all one big hoax, though. She never liked doing what her parents wanted, or being lady-like, for that matter. Early in her childhood, her mother(the German) divorced her father(the Japanese) because she fell in love with someone else. The split took its toll on her dad, and he was left in broken pieces for a couple of months. The two helped each other through it all, and despite the fact she still disliked her father for forcing her to behave proper, it somehow brought them closer. Of course, when she turned seventeen, the escalation of their a-okay daddy-daughter relationship plummeted. He was thinking of marrying her to their rival's heir, and soon, it'd become a reality. She met Bianca, and despite the fact she was the sister of this heir, instantly befriended the girl. Unlike Elle, however—who wanted nothing to do with lady-like things, pretending to be interested in them—Bianca wanted everything a rich life could offer. Expensive cars, houses, jewelry—jewelry especially. Soon, Bianca found out that Elle had a secret tomboy side. As both an enemy and friend, she dared her to play SAO for three months, and if she could trick a gamer-friend that she is a boy within those three months, Bianca would do everything in her power to call off the to-be wedding.

Personality || Alex is timid, shy, and everything she isn't when she plays video games. Plain. That's the word best used to describe her and the word she hates to hear. She is bullied at school and not really listened to at home since her parents are busy working most of the time so she escapes this life she would describe as pathetic and goes to another she wishes she couldn't leave. She is slightly obsessed with the recent incident in SAO and wishes she could be apart of something like that although the thought did scare her a little.

History || Alex has been bullied her whole life for being so sensitive. She makes an easy target and can often be seen crying even at her older age. Her mother and father, although a happy family, spend most of their time working and prefer it this way even if it means less time with their only child.

Personality: The lonely foolish Otaku. Ira lacks the ability to be around others, always has and always will. Humans easily frighten him. Ira is submissive and docile, not really wanting to fight against the orders of others. Ira finds dealing with other humans a hassle so if it can be helped it would rather stay away from them. They say once in a blue moon Ira actually opens up to others, and maybe, just maybe makes a friend; but this is rare, and im talking unicorn rare.


History: Who here remembers the SAO accident where 3,000 plus people died? Well Ira remembers it too, very well. Ira was one of the few to survive that hell, but what happened within the invisible walls of that world changed, nae, broke Ira. Soon after Ira found out he was to not leave SAO until someone cleared the 100th floor Ira partied up as quickly as he could. Soon after the party was made it met with deadly erosion. The party leader was killed and the second party leader only ran the party into the ground. As it disbanded Ira kept all its members in his friends list and even became good friends with a few of them. As he travailed further up the tower he encountered more hardships. Ira made friends and lost all of them sooner or later. Ira walked up the tower, watching everyone around him fall as if cursed. Some two years later, when the survivors were free, Ira walked out of that game a more, broken man. He blamed himself for the death of his friends, the first thing Ira did after he escaped from the game was delete his SAO account and shut himself in his room for three whole days.

    Personality: Lisette usually keeps up a upbeat and happy personality archetype. Usually fighting most things with wit, she's also a very no-nonsense person when it comes to high-stake tasks. Though realistically, the only 'high-stake' task is mostly schoolwork for her. Being well educated, she gained access to various tutors as well to help her succeed. Often having a brash nature, she rushes into action without reason. Though like the high-stake tasks, it doesn't effect much in real life unless she participated in sports, which she usually does.


    History: Born from an Japanese mother and an Irish father, she was moved away from Japan to Ireland because of her father's work reasons. Not seeing her mother much as an effect, she still learned mild Japanese just in case. Throughout the years of her life she grew a hate for her father's attitude and 'bullshit' to a point where she moved back to Japan at the age of 14. Once impressing her classmates with her Japanese skills, being in Japan means Lisette's Japanese skills were at a grade five level at best. Though she didn't really care and started saving up for a Nervegear headset. Once raising enough money, she finally purchased it until a coincidental moment occurred. Just as she was about to put on the headset, Lisette's mother came in and told her about the SAO incident that started just an hour ago and she quickly set the headset away where it collected dust. Soon enough, the incident was over and she purchased AmuSphere and booted up the game.

    Personality || Sawyer is fairly calm with most things. Not that much surprises her and if it does she takes care not to express it. In her family she has always been the level headed and calm one so that is how she is most comfortable. She has the instinct to take care of others and do what she can for them. Even if she doesn't show it with expression or deep emotions, many could tell through her actions that she really cares about the close people around her. The thing others often don't and will rarely ever see is when she breaks down and her full emotions are raw for anyone to see. Nobody wants to be around her then. She is nothing like she usually is and the closest correlation could be a mental breakdown. Keeping everything locked inside can be tough for anyone and Sawyer is only human after all.

    History || Although Saywer's family has always had troubles, they've always taken care to stick together. Sawyer is kind of the one that keeps everything together by being the strong one. When Sawyer was young, her mother was diagnosed with cancer. The bills have been expensive and their financial stability has always been a bit shaky. Their father isn't the strongest so along with taking care of her younger brother and mother, she often takes care of her father when it can become too much for him.

    Other || Since the family has little money and no time, Sawyer rarely if ever goes to the doctor. If she did, she would be diagnosed DID (Dissociative identity disorder) and Psychopathy. She portrays another self in the game that is highly psychopathic. However, both sides are very cunning and know to keep this under wraps.

History: Thomas quickly adapted to the rules and features of the game, looking on wikis , this let him almost abuse early, lower level players, using unfair trades and sometimes some small threats, however he never let it go so far as that his cursor turned to orange. However now he's decided to try and look for stronger prey, he'd prefer to run solo, however as he eventually realised that in order to get the real big fish, he'd need to get allies and is currently looking for someone to join.

    Personality: Kind and light hearted, Ran takes the good with the bad and focuses on the good. He is caring with those close to him and even the ones he just met. He is the one who takes on the worries, stresses and problems of others as if they where his own and does everything he can to cheer others on. For the sake of others he masks his own problems and plays the fool, or the invincible hero.


    History: Born with illness, Ran has been sickly for as long as he can remember. Born with a weak heart, the doctors didn't think he would survive more than 20 years. The treatment costed too much, so Ran was left at the hospital the day of his birth. Ran surprised everyone when he managed to make it past 15 with no medication and seemingly no problems. By the time Ran was 16 he started to fell the full effects of his sickness. He became bedridden, within the orphanage.


    Around the same time, Ran was adopted by the same doctor that had delivered him. Ran was able to get treatment for his heart problems but was still house locked. For his 17th birthday his father bought him Sword Art Online.

    History : SAO. Sword Art Online. A crazy game where if you die in that world, you die in this world. Some people don't believe that. Some people does. Some people try to prove it. Some people cower in fear. And there are people, who like to force that fear unto others.


    On the original SAO, there was a notorious guild, full of red and orange players, player who hurt and kill other players. It was the Laughing Coffin. One of their member was Shin Uraki. At first, he kill people because they cheated him. After he taste the sweet honey called murder, he became addicted and keep killing people, just for him to felt the fun and the excitement. This last until the guild was disbanded and the game was cleared. A few years later, Uraki saw the promotion of a remake of SAO. But this time, they don't die if they die in the game. It doesn't matter for Uraki. He just want to keep killing, just for the fun and excitement.

    Personality: Cho is a quiet, restrained girl. Taking in all her 'proper etiquette' training, she now shows nothing but what she was taught to. Even still, she is far from perfect. A mentality derived from her childhood, Cho wants everything in life. The best of everything. And now, being in rich family, she can get what she wants...but it's never enough for her. She no longer wanted toys, or fancy things...she wanted power, control. The only way she could get it, would be to receive her family's estate, which Cho was far from getting. So she turned her efforts elsewhere, always craving...


    History: Growing up in a poor family, Cho didn't have much to her name. Her parents tried to give her the best life they could, but in the slums of Japan, there was little they could do. Life was very hard for them, and eventually her parents had to give her up. A wealthy family in Japan, the Macno's, found they could not bear children of their own. Though it was a long journey through and through, Cho found herself adopted by this new family. Going straight from nothing, to everything, she was overwhelmed. It took many years for this little girl to get accustomed to this new life style, but she was never content...her search to sate her hunger brought her to the game of SAO. Perhaps there, she could finally find the thing that would satisfy the ever growing greed, for power.


    Relationships: None, at the moment.


    Other: Though most of her family loves her, Cho's brother, Macno Jr, greatly dislikes her. He was always scared of her, but once, he swore he seen Cho attempt to kill his father. Nothing was ever proven, but Jr never once believed he mistook what he saw...
