The world is changing. People that are... different keep appearing and its only a matter of time when one of them wants the world to be theirs. Because of this threat the U.N. have made a group called the SPHEU
(Superpowered human elimination unit.) To trak them down. How long can you run for?

Lucas sat I a coffee shop three blocks away from time square. It was his favorite coffee shop for two resons. One it was cheap and two it was good. Not the coffee, je didnt even like coffee. No it was the hot chocolate that hit the spot. Burned his tounge the first time but luckily and unlucky for him a lot a stuff only happens once. That is after all one of his powers. Powers, the reason why he wasnt in school and instead hid like a dog from a abusive master. He hated it but its the only way he could live.

Jackie crashes through the door of the coffee shop. She was running from the cops. Not the SPHEU but the cops. She clutched a small box in her hand. Jackie fell on the chair in front of one of the customers who was drinking hot chocolate.

Jackie groaned in pain as she fell off the chair. She gulped and continued to breathe heavily while staring up at the boy. "Oh...hello..."

He sighed in annoyance and put his cup down. "Hello, thanks for destroying my favorite place" he deadpaned and held out his hand for her. "Im sure the grounds dirty

Jackie frowned when the boy held his hand out. "It wasn't my fault, dammit. I was being chased by the fuzz."

She tried to get up on her own but a sharp pain ran down her side. "Ngh..."
Jackie tried to stifle her groan but failed miserably. She looked at the ground. "It's disgusting but I swear I can get up...pfft."

Unfortunately, Jackie was not able to get up. Her left shoulder was bleeding from the fall.

"Yea you are doing a great jop of getting up" he said to her and the helped her up. Lucas also made sure to be ready to steady her if needed. "Also it might be just me but you seem to have more skin showing them clothes" he joked

Jackie steadied herself with the help of the boy. "I love how you point that out first before asking something like 'Are you okay?' or something." She covered herself with a little bit of awkwardness. Her face turned slightly red as well. "Don't judge me. I was rushing. Now I need to hide somewhere. Got a place?"

"Ok ok, we have secrets, I can respect that. But im not letting you come home with me unless you telll me why there where cops where after you." He said, what was she going to say. Was it the SPHEU? Could she be a superhuman? Sadly he cant just ask her.

He looked at it and the 'cool kid' act dropped as he let out a "wwooww" and was about to touch it but decided not to. "Alright lets go then" he said and began to walk to the hole she made.

Jackie followed him out while keeping close to him. She didn't make much noise, except for her hurried breathing. It was also clear she smelled like burning rubber and desperately needed a shower, but it wasn't like she paid attention. "Don't mind the hole. I'm fine despite how bad it looks."

Jackie rolled her eyes. "I bet you wouldn't smell too hot either after the hell I've been through." She glared at his head before chuckling it off. "So, are you gonna actually let me shower?" She turned her head hopefully. "You don't even know my name! It's Jacqueline, by the way, but everyone calls me Jackie."
