Realistic or Modern Superheroes VS Villains | Lore//Rules//OOC

Anyo! Welcome to the modern world, a world where Superheroes and Villains roam the landscape and cities.

THE HEROES:
There are government controlled hero organizations (GCHO, also known as Gecko) and there are the lone vigilantes, which the government does not condone. Any vigilantes caught in the streets, even fighting crime, will be arrested and tried as equals to the criminals.

THE VILLAINS:
Just as there is Gecko, there is an organized villain association (OVA), based on a hierarchy of villains. And in the same way, as there are vigilantes, there are lone villains who stand not just against Gecko and vigilantes, but also the OVA.

THE SETTING:
Gecko HQ
OVA HQ
Streets
((Anything else acceptable within a city; i.e. bank, stores, mall, etc.))

THE RULES:
1. Minimal cussing. Don't use it unless "necessary".
2. Be respectful. All RpNation rules/terms/conditions apply.
3. No GM. Duh.
4. Fighting should not end up in killing unless previously accepted by the to-be-dead player.
5. Things that should be obvious. Be smart. Be wise.
6. If you have read the rules, please comment 'honeybadger' on your CS somewhere.

Thanks! I still haven't quite figured out how coding works so that was really helpful.

As for your character, I don't see why you couldn't have still done that if you wanted. It's not like wings are the only thing Cas going on and flying isn't his primary ability. I certainly wouldn't mind another winged person being around. :')

girl_on_fire would it be okay with you to have two winged superheroes? If you say yeah I'm going to change Serana's CS back to what it was originally, maybe retaining a more limited version of her summoning if you'll allow? If not I'll keep it as is. (I've already made one teeny change to the 'hero/villain' section though)
