Fantasy Superhero/Supervillain RP Interest Check (I swear it's not generic lol)

So maybe 5% of the world population randomly received powers sometime maybe ten years ago in the rp. The government has set up an organization to utilize these people as heroes. Some of the gifted obvi aren't good people so bam, there are villains that need stopping. But wait. There's more. The gifted got their gifts from somewhere right? There's a being who gifted those 5% in hopes that they could be used against humanity someday when their powers grew and developed. So then the gifted will have to struggle against the gifter and her implanted intentions of domination of the human race eventually.

If that at all interests you, don't feel afraid to say so! It might not be up for another day or two, but when it is I'll get all you interested peeps tagged to notify y'all.
