Hidden within the forest of [REDACTED] in Canada, there is a facility that searches for abnormal children.
From minor things like telepathy and animal communication to animal hybrids and mechromancy.
The site consists of a Director, Caretakers, Researchers, Guards and the Children
There are 3 danger levels to the children. These levels are...
Safe: Allowed to explore specific areas unwatched.
Cautious: Same as Safe, but with an earlier bed time and are watched by level 1-2 guards.
Dangerous: Must stay in their containment chamber unless a situation calls for them to be out. Watched by two level 3 guards, and typically aggressive

Chimney Swift If they're something that doesn't resemble a humanoid kid, they must be able to shapeshift. There's also some other cases like possessed objects.

I already love how this is shaping up! We've got some really cool original characters here.

Right now I'm torn between infodumping more about the biological features of Kevin's vampire leech blood, or providing some "excerpts" from his case file prior to the events of the RP. I don't want my CS to be too long, hut... ahh, I have so many good ideas!
