Rule #4: Before submitting a character, you must inform me of your intent to join. If you drop a character profile in the "Character Sign-Up" page without informing me of your intent to join, I will delete the profile you submitted on principle. If you cannot provide me with the basic courtesy of saying "Hello, I would like to join your RP!", then I don't want you here.
Rule #5: The requirements in the character skeleton are requirements, not suggestions or amounts of information which you can just wave off. You must fill out all required information with the full amount of sentences and paragraphs or your profile will not be accepted.
