Hi,

I have an idea that you may or may not want to implement.

Since there are many different levels and types of roleplayers and writers on this site, could we possibly initiate a "guild" thing?

A guild would be a group, but not as in "Looking for Group." But more like an association. For example, a guild could consist of newbies (New Writer's/Roleplayer's Guild), senior members, fantasy-roleplayers, realism writers, Roleplayer's League (with advanced writers and exclusive membership) etc. Preferably, there would be some small icon under the profile pic to indicate the guild allegiance.

You could have members who reach a certain benchmark be able to create guilds, which means an incentive to stay online and write more posts.

Sorry if this doesn't make sense. Please give me questions as they come to you!

Something like this has already been suggested - Suggestion - Clubs! - and this was the reply:

The problem with clubs is that they lead pretty quickly to cliques, and we've have a lot of trouble with those over the years. I'm not saying you can't form a club of your own; group PMs would seem to be a good way to do them. But I don't see us doing anything official with it.

There is nothing stopping you from creating a social group within private messages where you can talk with each other over shared interests. You can choose who is within that group PM. But there will be no special feature implemented.

BTW; your attachment in your signature does not work.
