Stranded Rivals
Intro / Backstory:
A cruise ship the SS Venture is following its usual path but halfway to their desired destination ends up hijacked by a group of modern-day pirates. A group of its passengers (the main characters of the story) grab a few things they can in the shortest amount of time and secretly sneak on a lifeboat to make their escape. While they are at sea they are discovered by one of the hijackers who follows them with two of his mates. They all hit a big storm that turns the water and its currents wild and unpredictable. It gets so intense the group is drifted into the waters near a hidden and now uninhabited pirate island that is hidden from the rest of the world by a thick and dense fog no one dares sail into or trough. Their and the boat of the pirates crashes so they have to swim to the island knowing they are now stranded and have no way to get off it or be rescued.

About the island:
Fuerteventura is an island That used to be inhabited by pirates and was always protected from discovery by a fog no one dared to go through. The pirates had a secret method to leave the island but the secret died with them. Now it is completely uninhabited and full of wild nature and animals as well as ruins of the past.
Hidden among the trees and wild is a small abandoned village that is slowly being claimed by nature. The island also has many caves, waterfalls, a dormant volcano, cliffs, sandy beaches, a pirate shipwreck on land, etc…
What the RP is about:
The RP is about how a group of passengers that escaped the pirates hijacking the cruise ship as well as three pirates that are now stuck living with them and how they all try to survive on the island. Eventually the group discover a hidden place that used to be inhabited by the islands ‘natives’ and settle there to protect themselves and their new home from predatory animals and hidden dangers as well as try to build a new life for themselves.
Rules/Expectations:
The rules are the usual.
- No godmoding.
- No killing other members characters without their permission.
- If you want to stop RPing don’t just disappear but let others know in the OOC.
- If it’s going to take you a while to post let others know beforehand in the OOC
As for expectation:
- Try to post at least once a day (if you cant that’s totally okay as long as you tell us up front and beforehand)
- Everyone gets one character and there are 8 passenger spots open as well as three pirates. In case there will be more people interested we can make a second group (RP) for them as well.
