Futuristic Stormbreaker University RP

It was the day or so before you'd arrive at your new school. The vessel that had come to take you to your school of choice the famous and well respected Stormbreaker University had finally finished it's rounds, picking up every student from each of the four remaining planets that had not yet been invaded by Slaugh. It was not clear what everyone's reasons for joining was but one thing was for sure, you were all about to be brothers and sisters in arms, those of you that could tough it out and make the cut that is. The ship was fairly large, practically a luxury cruiser, only this thing was built for battle in case of emergencies. It had been a at least and hour or so since the ship took off from Mars and was now headed towards the asteroid belt, it would take at least a day or so to navigate through the belt safely, but from there it would be smooth sailing so it wouldn't take them that long to get to Jupiter going at FTL speeds. You decided you would go out and explore the ship while you still had the chance and maybe get to know some of the people on board, they would be your new classmates after all.

(Alright this is how the RP will start, so we can keep things casual until we get a decent number of people to start, have fun)

It had been a few days since the ship had come to pick up her and the rest of the applicant from her home planet of Venus and even though she had been her longer than some of the other passangers she still had a tough time getting around this massive ship. She was looking for one of the many common rooms, she was hungry and needed to eat. However, unfortunately she got lost and found what seemed to be some sort of common room with a great view of the infinite cosmos that is space, sitting right outside a large window. "Whoa," She said, completely amazed, truth be told this was her first time off planet and she still wasn't entirely used to being in space. She walked up to the window to get a good look, completely forgetting that she was hungry for a moment. "We are definitely not on Venus anymore, not at all"

Akio was so exited to finally be in the school of his dreams. It was more beautiful than he could ever imagine, as it was one of the nicest looking ships in the entire Sol feet. Although he was used to being on ships like this, as his father was an admiral in Sols navy. He was always visiting his father on the outer reaches of the solar system, and was quite used to seeing the vastness of the cosmos. But again, out of the dozens of ships he had been on, this was the nicest. He had already been on the ship for a few days and had become quite familiar with its surroundings, as he gave himself a tour of the vessel the day be came on board. Now it seemed like all he could do was just relax until classes started. He decided to find a quiet place to draw, an activity that cleared his mind and made him think. He found a common room with a fantastic view of the cosmos. Sitting at the back and taking out a sheet of black paper, he began to draw what he saw, capturing every little star and nebula. After a while, a rather curious looking woman walked in, being amazed by the cosmos. She had blue skin, purple hair, and had eyes like ice. Her figure was curvy and fit, catching his eyes right away. "Wow" Akio thought to himself "Shes beautiful". He decided to incorporate her into his drawing, sketching out her figure and amazed expression looking out into the cosmos he had drawn before. He then rose up from his chair and stood beside her. "Beautiful, isnt it?" he said to her "No matter how long you look, it always seems to mesmerise you".​

As Crysta was watching everything go by, she failed to notice the boy who had been there this entire time, she was so captivated by the view that she didn't even notice everything else so understandably she jumped a little when he started to talk to her. Not out of fear but more like a person who's been woken up out of a daydream. She looked up at him and chuckled a little, nodding her head as she scratched it little, feeling a bit embarrassed and awkward that she didn't notice that he was there. "Yeah, I've never been to off planet before, well I guess technically I've been off planet three times, but all of them were on this ship so I don't think that counts" He looked human, it wasn't her first time seeing one, humans loved the tropical weather on Venus so a decent amount of them lived there or came to vacation there. " Oh, my names Danira by the way, Danira Lovell, is this your first time being in space too?" She held her hand out to shake his hand, he was taller than her so she had to look up at him.

Akio chuckled a bit when she seemingly snapped out of her trance. "How cute" he thought to himself. "Dont worry, you'll get used to it" he said responding to her comment "Pretty soon it will feel like normal life". Even though he had been around the orbit of Venus several times, he never actually saw any Yuki-Ona in person. Of course he had seen photo's in school and had learned about their culture. He was a little exited to learn more about this girl. "Nice to meet you Danira" he said while shaking her hand "Names Akio Yami. And yes, several times" he said with a little giggle "Kinda happens when your dad is an admiral"

"Yeah, I don't think that's possible" She laughed looking out the window again "I mean how do you get used to seeing all of that, the skies in Venus are pretty clear, but even there, I've never seen so mamh stars or...anything like this" She listened to him, seeming a bit surprised when he said his father was an admiral "Your dad is an admiral? So he flies space cruisers? Are they all big like this or this is the excaption? How many ships have you been on?" She looked at him curiously, he seemed to be more experienced with space crafts than she was.

"Yeah, I don't think that's possible" She laughed looking out the window again "I mean how do you get used to seeing all of that, the skies in Venus are pretty clear, but even there, I've never seen so mamh stars or...anything like this" She listened to him, seeming a bit surprised when he said his father was an admiral "Your dad is an admiral? So he flies space cruisers? Are they all big like this or this is the excaption? How many ships have you been on?" She looked at him curiously, he seemed to be more experienced with space crafts than she was.

Akio chuckled at Danira's comment "Well, my dad kind of more on the tactical side of things, and commands ships from a distance. But when I was younger, he did fly many large space cruisers like this one" he then looked out into the infinite abyss of space "And I was on every single one of them. Until I hit highschool, I had to be with him on every mission". He then turned to Danira and smiled "But this time is different. This time I'm pursuing my dreams and I'm going to make a difference". "What about you? Why did you decide to apply for StormU?"

Akio chuckled at Danira's comment "Well, my dad kind of more on the tactical side of things, and commands ships from a distance. But when I was younger, he did fly many large space cruisers like this one" he then looked out into the infinite abyss of space "And I was on every single one of them. Until I hit highschool, I had to be with him on every mission". He then turned to Danira and smiled "But this time is different. This time I'm pursuing my dreams and I'm going to make a difference". "What about you? Why did you decide to apply for StormU?"

"You went on every mission? Were they ever dangerous? Did you see any Slaugh?" She looked at him curiously, raising an eyebrow to him as he gave a rough explanation od his past experiences on space cruisers with his father when he asked her own reasons for applying to S.U. and she crossed her arms, putting a finger to her chin as she tried to come up with the best way to explain why she was there. "Well, to put it simply I'm paranoid. You know that feeling you get sometimes when someone offers to buy you food but you go with them just to make sure you don't get your order wrong? Well, that's how I feel about the war, seems like a lot of people are just trying to move closer to the sun to get as far away from the Slaugh as possible to feel safe, but they've already taken two planets and are working on a third, a few remnants have even made their way onto Jupiter and that's our biggest planet. If they thing displacement and inflation is bad now, just think about what it will be like if they have to evacuate the biggest settlement in the solar system. I mean where are they all going to go? The Great Red Spot is bigger than the entirety of earth which would be our biggest planet if Jupiter goes down" She sighed "I mean it just seems pointless to run from them and I've got a pretty decent power so I figured I could help" She blushes a little as she rubs the back of her head thinking further into the situation "Well, all of that and admittedly...I really wanna pilot a mech, they just seem really awesome and I heard they can amplify your powers to like behemoth levels!" She seemed very excited about that part, truth be told she was kind of a tech head, she enjoyed reading about the latest technology things like bio suits and nno mechs fascinated her greatly among other things. "I also heard that you have the option to make your own custom weapons and I really wanna see if they got the directions for my bio suit right!" She calmed herself down and regained her composure, clearing her throat, she felt a little embarrassed at her behavior "Of course I realize war isn't supposed to be fun and it's going to be hard, but...gotta look at the positives right?"
