Steven Universe: Next Generation

It's been twenty five years, since the revolution in gem history. A half human, half gem was born, named Steven Universe. Born from one of the most powerful and well-known gems in space, Rose Quartz. Steven spent his childhood as a protector of Earth with the Crystal Gems in Beach City, and as he got older he began to master his powers and he confessed his love for his childhood friend, Connie. They married and lived together in the temple.


They decided to have children. They wondered what would happen and how the children would be born; gem or no gem? It turned out that each child was born with a gem, but took on a more human appearance. Connie and Steven had five children and loved each and every single one of them with all of their heart. Pearl, Amethyst, and Garnet were like close relatives to the children, and they would spend their days with the Crystal Gems, playing and learning and going on missions. Steven watched his children, seeing so much of himself in them.


All was well. Until..


One day there was a loud quaking. The temple shook, then abruptly stopped. The kids all ran to their parent's room - but they had vanished. As had the gems. They searched and searched, but their family was nowhere to be found.


The kids were on their own.
