Name: Hermina Stelzner
Gender: F
Year of Birth: 18 January, 1916
Ethnicity/Citizenship: Causasian/Germany
Affiliation: Waffen-SS, NSDAP
Bio: Hermina was born to a middle class family, growing up in the city of Koblenz on the banks of the Rhine. Her father went off to the Great War, only to come home in 1915 looking 20 years older and his left arm blown off somewhere in the field of Flanders. Hermina’s childhood years were spent seeing her family and the nation suffer under the harsh terms of the Treaty of Versailles, her father went unemployed for 8 years due to his disability while her mother struggles to make ends meet, in a time that costs 100 billion Papiermarks to buy a loaf of bread and 300 billion to buy a litre of milk, the only food the family could afford were small amount of potatoes and breads. Her mother would boil the potatoes and mash them, then mix them with salt and spread them on the bread, as if they were jam and butter.

In 1925, then 9 years old Hermina was sent to take refuge with her better-off relatives in France. During this time she became acquainted with ( Rusty of Shackleford Rusty of Shackleford ’s characters), the boy Artur from Poland and the girl (placeholder for name) from Belgium.

Upon returning to Germany as a 16 year old adolescent, the National Socialist movement is picking up steam to become the fastest growing political party in Germany. Hermina was swept up by this nationalistic vision, seeing it as a rebirth of everything her father had fought for in the trenches. Hermina joined the NSDAP, and passed the test to join its paramilitary wing, the Schutzstaffel (SS), one year later she was accepted into the newly formed Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler (LSSAH), having met Himmler’s stringent requirements for recruits: German national who could prove his/her Aryan ancestry back to 1800, unmarried, without criminal record, between the ages of 17 and 23, at least 1.78 metres (5 ft 10 in) in height, 20/20 eyesight, no dental fillings, and to provide a medical certificate.

Hermina lost some friends who strongly disagreed with her political alignment, to which she couldn’t understand. In 1933 the NSDAP came to power, Hermina witnessed the living standards increase, the massive unemployment disappeared, the autobahn was built, and national defence was restored. The new regime also implemented the first law on animal welfare, started the first nationwide anti-tobacco movement, both were great in her eyes as she loved animals and hated smoking. What’s even more, the Olympics were held in Berlin. In these illusions of grandeur it truly seems the Führer had made Germany a country to be proud of again. Her childhood friends from Poland and Belgium however, don't seem to share her enthusiasm in the letters they exchange throughout the years.

In 1938, Hermina was in the battalion of the Leibstandarte that was chosen to accompany the army troops in occupying Austria during the Anschluss, the operation met with no resistance. On 1st September 1939, as the German Blitzkrieg swept into Poland, Europe was once again plunged into war. Hermina went to the front line of war alongside her comrades in the LSSAH, for a cause she thought to be righteous.

Name: Adalvox Esztergraf
Gender: Male
Year of Birth: 10 January, 1919
Ethnicity/Citizenship: Caucasian - Austrian Descent/ Germany
Affiliation: Axis/ Wehrmacht - Heer
Bio: Being born in Perchtoldsdorf, Austria, Adalvox lived life as a Middle Class Citizen within Austria, they were able to pass school barely school only managing to pass history with flying colors due to their interest in stories and it being the only class they put a lot of effort into learning about. Their life at home was relatively peaceful and tame, their parents did quite well atleast compared to others within their community. Their father was a Austro-Hungarian Aviation Trooper, but after the end of the war, they were forced back home and had their nation split, which was something they weren't happy about. Adalvox, having taken a interest in history and their fathers war stories wanted to join the military as well and prepped themselves mentally and physically at a young age in order to one day join their nations military, even though there were no enemies to fight at the time. After passing school they quickly went on to join the Austrian Military at the age of 17, becoming a Austrian Sniper due to his great accuracy, stealth abilities and his attention to details. Though when the Austria citizens started to favor unionizing with Germany, Adalvox couldn't help but secretly share the sentiment. After a while of political unrest though Austria had finally got annexed by Germany, and though Adalvox didn't celebrate they did cheer about it in private as they soon joined placed under the new German command. They were then placed under the Gebirgs-Division and took part of a German Blitzkrieg into Poland, thrilled to finally see action on the front lines and participate in a war.

Name: Fredrika Charlotte Richner

Gender: Femme

Year of Birth: November 11th 1912

Ethnicity/Citizenship: Belgian-French citizenship.

Affiliation: Legionnaire (French Foreign Legion)

Bio: Born in the city of Antwerp, Belgium, Fredrika knew of what war was like at an early age. As Germany swept through her country during the first great war, driving her mother and her out, and unfortunately killing her father in the repeated battles for her homeland's freedom. There wasn't much of battles for Belgium that she remembered, taking refuge in France, Fredrika's mother left her with distant family to join the war, with the new technologies came new war machines, and the Triple Entente needed people to work and repair these machines. Then, one of the happiest days of her life came, in 1918, a day that Fredrika remembered all to well as, not only her sixth birthday, but, the day her mother came home, with the Great War ending.

Returning home, her mother looked visibly aged, while it had only been three years, it looked to be thirty on her mother's face. With the peace, came a return home, back to Antwerp, and to a country broken by the war. What was given was nowhere near enough, and as the lethargic economy of her home nation floundered, Fredrika soon came to an uncomfortable conclusion. Lying of her age, she joined the French Foreign Legion, becoming first a simple riflewoman, though soon joined as part of the "Hatche Volante" program. A new form of infantry, with the might of a light tank, with the same deployment speed as the infantry, her regiment, "Hatche 2" was designated for quick strikes on tank units through means of quick hit-and-run tactics.

Quickly enough, she was placed along the Rhine, closest to her home of Belgium, where days quietly passed, eventually, Fredrika returned home, on a short leave. During which, came the remilitarization of the Rhineland. Fearing the worst, the Powered Infantrywoman returned to her regiment immediately. All Fredrika could do from there, was watch the tension grow between the nations, in that time, Fredrika's mother was moved to Paris, at behest of her daughter's request.

Then, her fears came true. As Germany invaded Poland. Which led to the activation of her troop, for the first time, her regiment was to face a true battle... How little did they, and Fredrika, know of what lay ahead....

Name: Soleil Barre

Gender: Male

Year of Birth: June 12, 1915

Ethnicity/Citizenship: French

Affiliation: Armee De Terre, 1st Light Mechanized Division, Lieutenant.

Bio: Despite his profession, Soleil holds no romantic feelings toward the life of a soldier. Born in the early days of the Great War he never got the chance to meet his father, who was one of those first to die in the new industrial age of death. Growing up in rural Normandy he never would have pictured himself as following in the footsteps of a dead man he had only ever heard stories about. Instead he spent much of his youth pursuing the arts, hoping to someday make a name for himself in Paris as a painter.

Unfortunately when the Great Depression rocked his homeland's still recovering economy, he found himself with little in the way of tradable skills and a need to find a way to keep his mother and 4 siblings fed. So, despite his misgivings he enlisted. Early on Soleil might have had some grad ideas. He dreamed of rising to the top and replacing the bitter old men who had sent so many to die so long ago and reform the army into something more worth of the ideals of Egality and Fraternity. But despite driving himself beyond what even he thought he could do and earning a place as an officer of the republic, Soleil has only gained a clearer veiw of how vast and labyrinthine the machine really is, and it as worn him down.

By the current day, Lt. Barre is a man who is simply tired. He's become known as needlessly harsh on his subordinates and disdainful of his superiors, but his transgressions have never passed into anything anyone can actually discharge him for. With the sudden outbreak of war in the east, many are quietly hopeful that Soleil will catch a bullet and let someone more amicable fill his post. Soleil himself secretly hopes of finding a way to escape this life he has become trapped in, and more than anything, to avoid the fate of his father.
