This is probably a stupid question but I can't seem to find the button that allows me to start conversations. Can someone point me in the right direction?

It seems you only have 8 posts. We put in a new system that you have to have 10 to start convos.

Next, the site is set so that you have to make a minimum number of posts before you can start using the Conversation (PM) system to open new conversations. This number is currently ten posts on the site, so post a couple more messages to enjoy the Conversation goodness...

So do I just click on the person's name? or is there a button?

Yep, if you click on their name it will bring up a black box with info in it. It should say 'Start Conversation' and it will start the convo with the person. Also if you click the mail tab by your notification tab, at the bottom of the box it should say 'Start a New Conversation'.

Ah okay thanks 
I still haven't be able to start a conversation with anyone lol I clicked the name but all i see is profile page, follow, and ignore. I also clicked on my mail tab and it just says show all. Am I doing something wrong? I even went to conversations started by me and there was option.

This could be the reason for it. I signed up pretty late last night. So maybe thats why. Well then I will check tomorrow and see if i can do it then.
