Hawke
Everyone was pulling extra weight around here, Hawke grumbled to himself as he dragged the brace of rabbits he had caught on patrol out to the den site. He had four paws in his mouth, and from his maw hung, swinging wildly, the four rabbits.
He wasn't paying much attention to the goings on, but did notice camp was emptier than normal. He dropped the rabbits off with one of the mothers and hunters to deal with, wanting nothing more than to collapse to the ground and nap. Iah had them on double patrols recently, and Hawke had a feeling that it was due to the Alphas having not returned.
He was just about to head to his den when a sudden vortex opened and a Dark wolf appeared. At first Hawke was more curious than alarmed, but when he caught the scent of more dark wolves, of a pack clinging to the wolves coat, Hawke felt the delayed alarm fill him fully.
He moved forward cautiously, gesturing for some of the weaker wolves, youngsters and mothers, to get back and away. Iah was missing, most of the other warriors were missing, and the hunters were probably out on a hunt. Hawke didn't catch the scent of any other dark wolves on the wind, but he was still cautious of ambush.
His golden eyes seemed to glow. "And who," he snarled, "Are you?"
