Of

Kzinti Imperial Hegemony

The Leading Patriarch

History

KzinHome is a host systems of two races the Jotoki and the Kzin. The advanced Jotoki expanded form their world and came to the Kzin Prime only when the Kzin were just starting to use gunpowder. The Jotoki were not stupid and weren't dumb, they studied the Kzin learning their aggressive nature, and tried to fold it in to their own use. Over a course of two generations the Kzin were experimented on and spoon feed Jotoki technology and knowledge. Over that course they Kzin were used as warriors for the Jotoki, but the Jotoki were trying to make the Kzin slaves of their own. Creating Telepaths it made Kzin's calm and tame. Before the Jotoki could fully make all Kzin as the tamed one, the Kzin revolted against their masters and used their own Genetic Engineering Technology against them, taking away their sentience and turning them in to the Kzin's first slave race.

After the fall of the Jotoki the ruling Overlords soon feel in to a power vacuum and civil war ragged on, all intill one was dominant. Now the Patriarch is ruler of the Kzin, all of them united under him and the houses, as now they look to create a new empire across the stars.

Culture

The Kzin Culture revolves heavily around the respective houses. For the Culture of the Kzin has not changed much since its Feudal Era, before the Jotoki Intervention. But other then that they are all united in to a culture, working and living with in their primal based hierarchy. While no one of the lower class will dare challenge the Pentarchy, but they do compete amongst them selves, from fighting to hunting. But they compete to show strength for it is all ways the strongest is the leader of the pack.

The Captain kneeled to the screen in the dark lit Captain's rooms, the screen flicked with the image of The Patriarch before it diapered to black. Getting up he sighed as he looked around his room garbing a data tablet form his table. He garbed it as he walked out, of his personal room and on to the bridge of The Prime. In the center of the bridge was a chair as the shape of a throne, Ma'Ka took command as he took to the throne. Looking at the others work at the own stations, the lights flickering on and off the computer screens as a dull orange glow filled the room form complete darkness.

The rest paid no attention to Ma'Ka as they starred at their consoles, as data and information form the scans of the Ring Asteroid Belt flooded the consoles. A few of the bridge officers were trying to figure it out while the others kept on monitoring the ship it self. Ma'Ka starred at the main screen in the bridge, showing the outside view of the ship and the Asteroid Belt as they gently floated in space. Ohh how boring this is. Ma'Ka thought to him self as he strained him self up in the throne. "States report! The Patriarch wants to be kept informed on what is happening out here. Do not make me go to him empty handed."

"So far, sir, we've got almost nothing. The strange anomaly provided almost no traces, which means that whatever caused this thing had to have been self-sufficient enough to generate the wormhole, or just part of something inexplicable that happens out here." One of the crewman said, unsure exactly how to react to his leader with this information. "We do, however, based on records and research from Jotoki documents, have ourselves a possibly habitable solar system not too far from here. Maybe a week* of FTL travel, but nothing we can't handle investigating for a while. Or, we could stay in our home system and just get a feel for space-flight. Your call."

The Captain just sat in his throne as he gripped the sides of it as he paused for a second. "It is our lot in life that we must leave home. We have been chosen to be the first for this grate honor, chosen the first to leave. We will leave our home but for the glory of it, to claim new homes for the next. That Solar system will be the first of many, head fast now! We can get a feel for space-flight with in this week and much more."
