Star Wars: New Horizon Initiative
Setting: One year before The Battle of Yavin
Desperate times have forced the Rebel Alliance's
hand. Princess Leia Organa has distributed a secret
message to all Alliance-friendly planets and outposts.
The message would contain the coordinatesof a secret
base on Dantooine.
Positioned in the outer rim, Dantooine would prove
to be an invaluable hiding place for any who wish to
support the Alliance. While the Rebel Alliance prefered
soldiers, pilots, and war strategists, it is not opposed
to accepting the likes of Smugglers and mercenaries.
Princess Leia has deemed this new base, and it's occupants,
New Horizon. The endgame mission of this initiative was
not clear, but it promised to be of prime importance in making
a large assault on the Empire that would cripple it's power.
Rumors were spreading of a new weapon the Empire had.
