About me
My name is Kas (she/her), I’m twenty-three years old and from North-West England. (This is my second X-Factor audition this month). I’ve been writing online for around ten years. I definitely don’t feel old enough for that sentence to be true, but it very sadly is.
Let the fun begin!
- I’m a psychologist/clinical social worker with interests in forensic psychology and criminal justice
- I very recently turned twenty-four - happy libra season
🕯 btw - and feeling pretty sore about the fact it’s not a Taylor Swift song. It’s a sad and boring age, but I’m STILL feeling 22, if that counts. - If you’ve made it this far , congratulations, you’ll probably be able to put up with me. I am AuDHD and queen of oversharing.
- I enjoy being friends with the people I write with - I love sending tik toks, making pinboards, creating playlists, sharing music. In my opinion, hyping each other can be the best part of writing.
- I’ll probably come to you with random headcanons/scenarios/cute ideas I think about throughout a very boring work-day, because, unfortunately, characters live rent-free in my head.
- That said, I don’t expect regular posts. Real life should be your priority and I always try to ensure that it’s mine. Sometimes, I can get a bit carried away with writing, though.
- I could’ve spent a lot of time making this look cute, but I don’t have emotional strength to do it & receive radio silence. So, politely, suffer.
- I write as long feels appropriate. I’m comfortable with anything from paragraphs to novellas.
- I love reading, history, mythology, and etymology, so I can be rather detailed when it comes to description.
- This can change depending on who I write with.
- If you want a writing sample, feel free to ask and provide the same. I get the caution.
- I write all genders and sexualities.
- I’m most confident with MxF and female characters, but if a character or dynamic clicks then it clicks.
- I also double and feel that doubling can add a lot to plot/storyline.
- I love writing romance sub-plots, but that’s not a requirement and this is obviously dependent on character chemistry.
Below are pairings I would love to write. This isn’t connected to the plots category, but we could tie them in, if you think they’d work well together.
- Post Clone-Wars - Jedi survivor x Mandalorian: Two wanted fugitives must navigate the new galaxy together if they wish to survive. Potential tropes: forced proximity, enemies to lovers, found family, grumpy x grumpier.
- Clone wars - Jedi x Politician/Key figure of a neutral system. I will write canonxoc, canonxcanon or ocxoc, for this. Potential tropes: angst, tension, forbidden, duty vs love, against all odds.
- Any era - They were both irrelevant. Two unlikely protagonists find themselves drawn into politics and power play. The fate of the Galaxy, be it defeating the empire, preventing imperial resurgence, or battling the first order. Potential tropes: angst, tension, unexpected, against all odds, high stakes.
- Any era - Bounty hunter x person of interest. A jaded bounty hunter finds themselves in the waters much deeper than they’d anticipated with this one. Potential tropes: hates everyone but her/him, tension, found family, sunshine x grump.
- Any era - ‘Good’ vs ‘evil’ . The protagonist and antagonist realise the two sides of war are not always as polarised as good versus evil. They’re enemies. They should hate each other. Then, why is it they can’t stop thinking about them? Potential tropes: angst, tension, forbidden, duty vs love, against all odds, enemies to lovers, opposites attract, good/bad, redemption.
I am happy to write canon x canon or canon x oc. My preference is to write around the clone wars, be it mid or post clone wars. Second choice would be original trilogy era, with last choice being the Disney trilogy era. I’d love to write a fix-it au for the third choice, as I’m amongst the many who were not particularly fussed over the saga.

- Characters I’d like to write against: Anakin, Luke, Ben
- Canon Pairings: Anakin x Padmé, Obi-Wan x Satine, Sabine x Shin, Luke x Mara, Ben x Rey (fix-it au)
These aren’t fixed, just ideas, feel free to bring your own or we can make our own together.
- Padmé never died and leads the rebellion against the rising empire.
- Rey is the relative of Kenobi, daughter of Korkyrach. She’s not ‘The Chosrn One’. She’s known about her abilities/heritage her whole life, but has ignored them to evade political involvement. Her connection to Ben is explained by an inherited force tie from Anakin and Obi-Wan.
- Padmé lives and chooses to leave with Anakin for his new empire. Yet, duty calls. She knows she must eventually betray him, for the good of democracy.
- Far across the Galaxy, a school for ‘Sith’ has been established to raise and teach force sensitives the ways of the dark side. Charcter A was raised here. Character B is a Jedi following up a lead for the Order.
- An ancient artifact (e.g., Sith relic) has the potential to sway war in the favour of one side. Character A is believed to have connections to its whereabouts. Character B wants it for resurgence/empire/rebellion.
- Character A is a relation to a key figure of the Empire/Rebellion that wants nothing to do with the fighting or a key figure of the Empire/Rebellion. Character B is trying to get intelligence by gaining their trust to spy on their family.
