Not so long ago in a universe not so far away.
Set in the star wars timeline of 22 BBY a mere few hours before the battle of Geonosis is to begin several key people and events in this universe are very different and in some cases nonexistant. Starting with the factions. The Republic is actually ruled and govorned by the Jedi council with Jedi representatives frpm each world sitting as senators to help make the Republic stronger. After all its a bit harder to assassinate a politician if they are a Jedi.
The Seperatists actually dont exist in this, rather the worlds on the edge of the republics territory hold onto the old Sith Empires laws and culture. The entire Sith organization like The jedi serve as the rulers of this territory, and with the rule of two never being created they are as numerous as the Jedi. For nearly a thousand years the two empires have lived in a tentative peace though A ceasefire is a more adequate description however that peace now threatens to evaporate like the morning mist.

Ten years ago a massive cosmic storm, Many hundred light years across , finally subsided after nearly 6000 years of raging. With this new region of space bordering both the Sith Empire and the Jedi Republic both factions rushed in to claim territory. Both sides fears were confirmed when they found systems with populated worlds possessing resources never before seen and of course raw materials that would greatly bolster the empire or republic. However resources were not all that was sought out, with the end of the storm came a massive disturbance in the force detectable by every jedi and sith in the galaxy...even the younglings. However it was just as suddenly lost and both sides are seeking to find it.
After ten years of peaceful expansion and alliances the borders of the two galactic superpowers once more are practically touching each other on the map. With the Young world of Earth caught in the middle and refusing to choose a side war has finally begun to break out. The seperatists muster massive fleets filled with driods and loyalists from their world. Whereas the Jedi Republic have finished production of more than a billion clones on half a dozen worlds and the two armies rush to their respective borders to prepare themselves. However the fist battles seem to be avoiding the area of wildspace. Likely hoping to keep their youngest members from second guessing their decision. With the Galaxy sitting on the razors edge one can only wonder what the future holds.
