Scientists have successfully been able to alter DNA and create clones.

, carbon copies of the modern day Joe, if they wished.
The copies were originally made to help support the troops in the united forces, such as the army and the marines. However, that great power has been abused, and clones have doubled to tripled the population of the world.
When these clones are created, they adapt all the same emotions, personality traits, memories, and experiences as the original supplier. The clones are simply born again, as a new body to an old person. With this, it gives both the clone and the original to be unsure whether they are the commander or the clone.
There has been a certain group of regular, never-second-glance people, chosen by the government. They have been, rather accidentally explain to what their job was and why they seemed so important. It's their job to squeeze themselves into the powerhouse of the reigning government, and get into them like a splinter under the world's fingernail. They need to stop the government, take them down, and halt the complete process of cloning.
